The Steelers are slated to trade Johnson to the Panthers in exchange for Donte Jackson and a pick swap, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Johnson had a relatively disappointing 2023 season as the No. 1 option in Pittsburgh, as he finished with a career-low 51 receptions to go along with 717 yards through the air and five touchdowns. After spending his first five seasons with the Steelers, the 27-year-old will compete with Adam Thielen for the No. 1 pass catching role in Carolina and look to build a rapport with Bryce Young.

McKenzie and the Giants reached an agreement Tuesday on a one-year contract, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

The deal reunites him with Giants head coach Brian Daboll, who was the offensive coordinator in Buffalo from 2018 to 2021. McKenzie was the Bills' third or fourth WR for much of that time, though his receiving production peaked in 2022 (42-423-4) under OC Ken Dorsey and then crashed in 2023 (11-82-0) when the wideout left for Indianapolis. McKenzie turns 29 in April and may end up contributing more as a return man than a wide receiver in New York.

Powell agreed to terms Tuesday to re-sign with the Vikings on a one-year contract, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.

Powell has more punt returns (86) than catches (76) in 61 career games, but he did a nice job filling in on offense last year when Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison or K.J. Osborn weren't available. Osborn now appears headed for free agency, potentially giving Powell a better shot at the No. 3 receiver role, albeit in a Minnesota offense that won't have QB Kirk Cousins.

Brown (shoulder) is slated to sign a one-year contract with the Texans worth $5 million, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Over the course of 10 regular-season games with Houston in 2023, Brown recorded 33 catches on 55 targets for 567 yards and two TDs. The 28-year-old wideout was placed on IR twice last season, but assuming he has moved past his injury issues, Brown will have a chance to reclaim a complementary role in a C.J. Stroud-led offense that also includes Nico Collins, Tank Dell (fibula) and tight end Dalton Schultz.

Parker and the Eagles are in agreement on a one-year contract, Reuben Frank of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Frank suggests the Eagles will only have to pay Parker something around the veteran's minimum, with New England in line to cover most of his 2024 compensation. The Patriots reportedly are set to release Parker on Wednesday at the start of the 2024 league year, despite his $3.2 million base salary being fully guaranteed. The 31-year-old has never lived up to his status as the 14th overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft, but he does have 5,660 receiving yards through nine season and should be in the mix for Philly's No. 3 WR job behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. None of the guys that filled that role for portions of last season -- Julio Jones, Quez Watkins, Olamide Zaccheaus -- is under contract with the Eagles for 2024.

Ridley's current contract negotiations have narrowed down to the Jaguars and Patriots as two potential landing spots, Jeff Howe of The Athletic reports.

Ridley would reportedly prefer to return to Jacksonville, per Adam Schefter of ESPN, but New England appears to be making a strong push for his services. The 29-year-old wideout managed a 76-1,016-8 receiving line across 17 regular-season games with the Jaguars in 2023, his first NFL action since 2021, and it's possible that another offseason to build chemistry with Trevor Lawrence could allow Ridley to truly become the No. 1 option he was billed as last season. In New England, Ridley would immediately step up as the top dog with JuJu Smith-Schuster (ankle) and Kendrick Bourne (knee) ready to operate as complementary options, but potentially have his fantasy ceiling capped by having to pair with either Jacoby Brissett or a rookie, should the Patriots select one in April's draft, under center.

Palmer looks slated to run it back as the No. 3 wide receiver for Tampa Bay with Mike Evans having re-signed on a two-year deal and quarterback Baker Mayfield set to return via a three-year, $100 million contract, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN reports.

Palmer will get a chance to build on a solid rookie season in which he logged a 39-385-3 line across 17 regular-season games, with another year to build offseason chemistry with Mayfield. The presence of two core wideouts in Evans and Chris Godwin will allow Palmer to focus on contributing as a complementary player, a role that could make better use of his field-stretching abilities than if the 2023 sixth-round pick had been asked to truly step up as a No. 2 receiver, had Evans been allowed to walk.

Godwin will benefit from offensive stability with Tampa Bay slated to re-sign quarterback Baker Mayfield to a three-year, $100 million contract and Mike Evans having returned via a two-year, $52 million contract, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Godwin at one point looked like he'd have to adapt to another change under center while potentially also having to line up with Evans elsewhere for the first time in his career, but the Buccaneers' early offseason moves instead have secured impressive offensive stability. The retention of both Mayfield and Evans should provide fantasy managers real confidence that Godwin's involvement on offense will remain effective and core to Tampa Bay's game plan, especially with new offensive coordinator Liam Coen having stated that he envisions the 28-year-old wideout moving back to the slot. Godwin has put together three consecutive 1,000-yard receiving campaigns, and it's possible the passing game could take a real step forward in 2024 with Mayfield more comfortable in Year 2.

Mooney and the Falcons have reached agreement on a three-year contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The deal reportedly is for $39 million, including $26 million in guarantees. It's a good landing spot for Mooney's fantasy value, with the Falcons also set to sign QB Kirk Cousins (Achilles) and lacking depth at WR behind No. 1 option Drake London. The former Bear came into the NFL as a fifth-round pick and had 1,686 receiving yards over his first two seasons, but a severe ankle injury cut his third year short, and he then dropped off to only 414 yards in 15 regular-season games in 2023. If nothing else, Mooney's 4.38 speed should help keep defensive backs honest and leave more space underneath for London, TE Kyle Pitts and RB Bijan Robinson.

Reagor is set to re-sign with the Patriots on Wednesday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

The wide receiver recorded seven catches for 138 yards and no touchdowns for New England in 11 games last season. Reagor has 15 catches for 242 yards and one touchdown over the last two campaigns.
