Tillman (concussion) finished the 2023 season with 21 catches for 224 yards on 44 targets and added an eight-yard run.

Tillman dressed in 14 games as a rookie and took on a larger role down the stretch before missing last weekend's wild-card round playoff loss to the Texans due to a concussion. He's expected to be healthy for OTAs, and while the 2023 third-round draft pick out of Tennessee put up underwhelming numbers in his first NFL campaign, he could benefit from more stability at quarterback in his second season. Five quarterbacks started at least one game for the Browns in 2023: Deshaun Watson (shoulder), Dorian Thompson-Robinson (hip), PJ Walker, Joe Flacco and Jeff Driskel.

Jones caught all three of his targets for 22 yards in the Eagles' 32-9 loss to the Buccaneers on Monday in the wild-card round before exiting with a concussion.

Jones joined the Eagles in October, with Philadelphia marking the fourth stop of his illustrious career. He proceeded to hold a small role while appearing in each of the Eagles' final 11 games of the regular season, compiling 11 catches for 74 yards and three touchdowns on 19 targets. Two of those touchdowns came in the penultimate game of the regular season, as Jones -- who will turn 35 years old in February -- turned back the clock in a loss to the Cardinals. If the playoff loss at Tampa Bay proves to be his final NFL game, it will be a sour note to go out on, but Jones could have a hard time making a roster even if he wanted to continue his career in light of his modest production in 2023.

Brown (knee) finished the 2023 regular season with 106 catches on 158 targets for 1,456 yards and seven touchdowns over 17 games. He played in all 17 regular-season games but missed the 32-9 wild-card round loss to the Buccaneers due to a knee injury.

Brown injured his knee in the Eagles' regular-season finale versus the Giants, resulting in him being ruled out ahead of the team's 32-9 loss to the Buccaneers on Monday in the wild-card round of the playoffs. The injury isn't believed to be significant to affect his availability for the start of the 2024 season, though it's unclear if Brown will be a full participant in OTAs during the spring. In his second season in Philadelphia, the star wide receiver easily surpassed his previous career high of 88 catches, though he finished with 40 fewer receiving yards and four fewer touchdowns compared to 2022. Brown had a streak of six consecutive games with at least 127 yards starting in Week 3, which helped him finish with the fifth-highest receiving yardage total in the NFL. He'll turn 27 years old in June and projects to remain among the top fantasy performers at his position in 2024.

James finished the 2023 regular season with 10 catches for 114 yards on 14 targets.

After a productive year with the Giants in 2022, James nabbed a one-year contract with the Chiefs prior to the 2023 campaign with hopes of some playing time in a somewhat lackluster wideout room. While he couldn't secure regular playing time on offense, James did log some action on both kick returns and punt returns, amassing a combined 387 yards in those duties. Kansas City inked James to just a one-year deal prior to the season, so he'll head into the offseason looking for a home in 2024.

Valdes-Scantling recorded one catch for eight yards on two targets Saturday in the Chiefs' 26-7 win over the Dolphins in the wild-card round.

Valdes-Scantling returned to action after he was active for the Chiefs' 13-12 win over the Chargers in the regular-season finale Jan. 7, though he didn't actually play any snaps in the contest while Kansas City held out several key players with its postseason positioning already locked up. The 29-year-old turned in a disappointing season overall, with his 21-315-1 receiving line on 42 targets over 16 appearances marking a steep decline from his already modest outputs of 42 catches for 687 yards and two touchdowns over his 17 appearances in 2022, his first campaign in Kansas City. Valdes-Scantling has one more season left on his three-year contract, but barring a dramatic turnaround in his performance over the duration of the postseason, the Chiefs will likely move on from the veteran wideout this offseason or rework his contract.

Davis (knee) isn't practicing Wednesday, Matt Parrino of The Syracuse Post-Standard reports.

Though the wideout will open the week of practice as a non-participant, head coach Sean McDermott said Tuesday that he considers Davis to be day-to-day. Davis suffered a PCL sprain Week 18 and then missed the wild-card round of the playoffs, with Khalil Shakir and Trent Sherfield thus handling larger snap shares than usual in a 31-17 win over the Steelers on Monday. The Bills seemingly have at least some degree of hope that Davis can return for Sunday's divisional-round matchup with the Chiefs.

Moore (knee) is practicing Wednesday, opening a 21-day window for the Chiefs to evaluate him for a return from injured reserve, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Moore thus has a chance to return during the playoffs, and perhaps as soon as Sunday's game in Buffalo if the Chiefs are satisfied with how he looks during practice this week. Even if Moore is added back to the 53-man roster ahead of Sunday, he likely won't be in store for much playing time, as his role was scaled back a few weeks prior to the knee injury that sent him to IR in mid-December. Reduced playing time for Moore helped facilitate more snaps for Rashee Rice and, to a lesser extent, Justin Watson.

Byrd signed with Houston's practice squad Wednesday.

The Texans signed Steven Sims from the practice squad to the active roster Tuesday, and they are bringing in Byrd one day later to fill that vacated spot. Byrd could be elevated for Saturday's divisional round game against the Ravens, as Robert Woods (hip) and John Metchie (foot) were limited participants in practice Tuesday after Noah Brown (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve Monday, leaving the Texans thin at wide receiver.

Isabella reverted to Buffalo's practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Isabella had a 19-yard kickoff return and didn't catch his only target in Monday's 31-17 wild-card round win over the Steelers. He played seven snaps on offense and 14 on special teams. The wide receiver will be a candidate to be elevated prior to Sunday's divisional round home game against the Chiefs.

Smith signed a reserve/future contract with the Rams on Tuesday.

Smith spent his rookie season on the Rams' practice squad after failing to make the team out of camp. The wide receiver out of Florida A&M will try to make the roster in 2024.
