Woods (foot) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Woods hasn't played wince Week 6, but his return to the mix arrives at an opportune time, with fellow WR Nico Collins (calf) unavailable Sunday. In that context, barring any in-game setbacks or limitations, Woods should have an opportunity to see his share of looks from QB C.J. Stroud (who racked up 470 passing yards in the Texans' Week 9 win over the Buccaneers) alongside Tank Dell and Noah Brown. Prior to his injury, the 31-year-old caught 22 of his 43 targets for 227 yards and a TD in six contests.

Powell looks set for a larger workload with K.J. Osborn (concussion) inactive and Justin Jefferson not activated from IR, Will Ragatz of Sports Illustrated reports.

Powell played a season-high 51 snaps last week after Osborn was injured. He should start opposite Jordan Addison and could see more than the three targets he had last week. Trishton Jackson could also see an increased workload.

Chase (back) is active for Sunday's game against the Texans, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

After sitting out one practice and managing only limited participation in the other two this week, Chase took a questionable tag into Sunday and was viewed as a true game-time decision leading up to kickoff. While he ultimately did enough during pregame warmups to avoid the inactive list, Chase is likely suiting up at less-than-optimal health while he contends with a painful back bruise that he sustained on a hard fall to the turf in last week's win over the Bills. No reports have indicated that Chase will be on a strict snap count Sunday, so fantasy managers can probably feel comfortable keeping him active this week. Even if Chase does end up facing some in-game limitations, he could be heavily targeted whenever he's on the field, given that No. 2 wideout Tee Higgins (hamstring) is inactive for Week 10.

Osborn (concussion) is listed as inactive Sunday versus the Saints.

Osborn was knocked out of last Sunday's game in Atlanta due to a concussion, but he made quick progress through the protocol for head injuries this week, getting back to all activity Friday before gaining clearance from an independent neurologist Saturday. Still, both the wide receiver and team itself are deciding to exercise caution and not rush him back considering he remained motionless on the field after the helmet-to-helmet hit that caused the concussion. With Osborn sidelined, Justin Jefferson (hamstring) still on injured reserve, and tight end T.J. Hockenson (ribs) expected to take on less work than normal, rookie wide receiver Jordan Addison should be targeted early and often by quarterback Joshua Dobbs, with Brandon Powell, Trishton Jackson, N'Keal Harry and Jalen Nailor the other options at wide receiver for Minnesota.

Chase (back) is expected to be active Sunday against the Texans, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Per Rapoport, Chase did what he needed to do during warmups and is now expected to be available for Sunday's contest. Either way, official confirmation of the wideout's status will arrive once the Bengals' inactives are posted ahead of the team's 1:00 ET kickoff.

Osborn (concussion) is listed as questionable but is considered unlikely to play Sunday against the Saints, Ed Werder of ESPN reports.

Osborn was motionless on the field for several minutes before being carted off the field during last week's win over the Falcons after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from Atlanta cornerback Dee Alford. He was diagnosed with a concussion soon thereafter, but despite the scary nature of the head injury, Osborn made rapid progress through the five-step protocol. After returning to practice Thursday in a limited fashion, Osborn turned in a full practice Friday and then passed the final step of the protocol by gaining clearance from an independent neurologist. However, Werder says both Osborn and coaches are leaning toward having the wideout sit out Sunday, likely for precautionary purposes more than anything. Official confirmation on Osborn's status will arrive when the Vikings post their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, but if he's sidelined, more targets could open up for depth receivers such as Brandon Powell and Trishton Jackson.

Turpin (shoulder), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants, is considered unlikely to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Dallas will evaluate Turpin in pregame warmups before making a call on his status ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff, but the 27-year-old looks to be trending toward sitting out after failing to practice in any fashion Wednesday through Friday. Turpin typically holds only a minor role on offense as a gadget player, but he earned a Pro Bowl nod in 2022 for his efforts as a kickoff and punt returner. Rookie Deuce Vaughn will likely handle return duties Sunday if Turpin is out.

Boutte is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Boutte hasn't seen game action since Week 1, but with Kendrick Bourne (knee/IR) and DeVante Parker (concussion) out, the 2023 sixth-rounder rounder will have an opportunity to carve out a role Sunday in a WR corps that also includes Demario Douglas, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Jalen Reagor and Tyquan Thornton. Until Boutte gets a full and productive game under his belt, however, the LSU productive is off the fantasy radar.

Douglas (ankle) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Douglas approached the contest listed as questionable after logging limited practices this week, but with his Sunday availability confirmed, the 2023 sixth-rounder will remain a key target for QB Mac Jones in a New England WR corps that will be without both Kendrick Bourne (knee, IR) and DeVante Parker (concussion). In each of his last two games, Douglas -- who led the team with 55 receiving yards in last weekend's 20-17 loss to the Commanders -- has recorded five catches and seven targets, a trend that has the rookie on the radar in deeper PPR formats.

Downs (knee) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots in Frankfurt, Germany, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Downs was unable to practice in any capacity this week, but he still showed enough progress in his recovery from a knee issue to take a questionable tag into Sunday. Though Downs ultimately attained active status after going through a pregame workout, Adam Schefter of ESPN relays that the Colts could be cautious with how they use the rookie wideout. If that's the case, Downs could cede more snaps than usual to Alec Pierce and Isaiah McKenzie, who may see expanded roles behind No. 1 wideout Michael Pittman.
