Toney gathered in his only target for four yards during Sunday's 24-9 loss against the Broncos.

Toney finished the day with only 12 offensive snaps, ranking sixth in the pecking order at the wide receiver position. He's tallied just a single target in each of the last two games and sports a combined 25 offensive snaps between them, so there's little reason to roster the fourth-year wideout in any but deep fantasy leagues.

Iosivas caught his only target Sunday for a two-yard touchdown in the Bengals' win over the Niners.

Iosivas managed only 10 snaps with Tee Higgins close to being back at full capacity, but he's at least made an impact the last two weeks. Both of his scores have come on plays where Joe Burrow was able to buy time and have a "free play" due to a penalty on the defense, for what it's worth.

Moore posted one reception (on three targets) for eight yards during Sunday's 24-9 defeat versus Denver.

Moore hasn't surpassed two receptions in a game since Week 3 and finished third among wideouts with just 33 offensive snaps, trailing Rashee Rice (37) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (35). There's little reason to roster Moore in any but dynasty or deep fantasy formats, considering how widespread the targets are outside of Travis Kelce.

Moore won't practice Tuesday while he tends to a personal matter, but the Titans expect him to be available for Thursday's game against the Steelers, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.

Moore's availability heading into Week 8 was a question mark after he sustained a concussion Week 6 against the Ravens before the Titans went on bye the following week, but he ultimately cleared the protocol ahead of Sunday's game against the Falcons. In the Titans' 28-23 victory, Moore drew a 40-percent snap share on offense, but he went untargeted for the second time in seven appearances on the season. Moore's personal issue doesn't look like it will prevent him from playing Thursday, but he'll presumably be in store for a limited role in the Tennessee passing attack if all of DeAndre Hopkins, Treylon Burks and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine are available.

Valdes-Scantling hauled in two of his four targets for 27 yards during Sunday's 24-9 defeat against Denver.

Valdes-Scantling pieced together his best effort of the season last week against the Chargers, notching three grabs for 84 yards and a score, but he could not replicate that output in Sunday's contest despite the Chiefs trailing a healthy portion of the contest. He did finish the game with his second-most targets (four) this season, but the veteran can be left off most fantasy rosters at this point.

Fehoko caught one of his two targets for nine yards and a touchdown in the 30-13 win over the Bears on Sunday.

It's unclear why Fehoko suddenly saw 16 offensive snaps after being limited to just special teams duties in the prior two games with the Chargers, but the third-year player was able to make the most of it by scoring his first career touchdown. Fehoko really never got many opportunities with the Cowboys in past seasons, but at the very least it's clear offensive coordinator Kellen Moore does value the big-bodied target somewhat.

The Browns signed Proche to their practice squad Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Proche was cut by the Ravens at the end of training camp ahead of the 53-man roster deadline. He had workouts with the Jets and Giants in September, but has finally caught on with the Browns' practice squad. Proche will work on getting up to speed with the offense's playbook and prepare for a chance to be called up to the active roster.

Davis caught his two lone targets for four yards Sunday in the Chargers' 30-13 win over the Bears.

One week after having multiple running plays schemed for him, Davis wasn't unlocked in a contest that became uncompetitive quickly. With just nine offensive snaps Sunday and only 11 the week prior, it's hard to suggest the 23-year-old has much fantasy value save for deeper leagues.

Renfrow caught two passes for 19 yards on four targets in Monday's 26-14 loss to the Lions.

Renfrow was on the field for 28 of the Raiders' 46 offensive snaps as the team played from behind for much of the contest, but he was held to two or less receptions for the eighth consecutive week. If nobody's dealt ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline, Renfrow figures to remain behind Davante Adams and Jakobi Meyers in the pecking order at wide receiver against the Giants in Week 9.

Green was not targeted with a pass during Monday's win over Las Vegas.

Green saw 44 percent of the offensive snaps last week following the departure of Marvin Jones (personal), but his playing time plummeted to six offensive snaps this week. The North Carolina product won't have any chance at fantasy relevance unless he somehow returns to a larger offensive role.
