Jacob Harris WR | TB
Jacob Harris: Back down to practice squad
Harris reverted to the Jaguars' practice squad Monday.
Harris played 15 snaps Sunday against the Falcons -- seven on offense and eight on special teams -- and did not record a stat. He's been called up from the practice squad twice and is eligible to be elevated to the Jaguars' active roster one more time this season.

Amari Rodgers WR | IND
Amari Rodgers: Reverts to practice squad
Rodgers reverted to the Colts' practice squad Monday.
Rodgers played four offensive snaps Sunday against the Rams but recorded no stats. He joined the Colts' practice squad on Aug. 31 after splitting time with the Packers and Texans last season.

Laquon Treadwell WR | IND
Laquon Treadwell: Back to practice squad
Treadwell reverted to the Ravens' practice squad Monday.
Treadwell was elevated for Sunday's 28-3 win over the Browns, failing to record any stats while playing 15 snaps with the offense and 17 with the special-teams unit. The wide receiver could be asked to join the active roster again in Week 5 versus the Steelers if Odell Beckham (ankle) and/or Rashod Bateman (hamstring) are ruled out once again.
-
Trey Quinn WR | DET
Trey Quinn: Headed to Detroit
Quinn signed with Detroit's practice squad Monday.
Quin was waived from injured reserve by the Lions in August but will now rejoin the team after recovering from an undisclosed injury. The former Mr. Irrelevant will look for an opportunity to get called up for action and is capable of contributing on both offense and special teams.
-
Kyle Philips WR | LV
Titans' Kyle Philips: Designated to return from IR
Philips (knee) was designated to return from injured reserve Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
The Titans will now have a 21-day window to evaluate Philips for a return to the 53-man active roster, but he'll have to remain on IR for the rest of the 2023 campaign if he isn't reinstated during that three-week period. The wide receiver is recovering from an MCL injury he suffered during the team's second preseason game Aug. 19. When available, Philips could have a role as a return specialist while also serving as a depth option behind DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks (knee) on offense.

Laviska Shenault Jr. WR | BUF
Panthers' Laviska Shenault: Gets two touches in loss
Shenault caught his only target for 12 yards and rushed once for seven yards in Sunday's 21-13 loss to the Vikings.
Shenault featured for 12 offensive snaps, his highest total since Week 1, as fellow wideout Jonathan Mingo (concussion) was sidelined. Although he garnered a couple touches, Shenault still doesn't play enough to hold much fantasy value, especially within a struggling Panthers offense.

Jauan Jennings WR | MIN
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Considered day-to-day
Jennings (shin) remains day-to-day ahead of Sunday night's game against the Cowboys, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Jennings was inactive for the 49ers' Week 4 win over the Cardinals, but it appears as though there's a chance he could return to action this weekend. In Jennings' absence this past Sunday, Ray-Ray McCloud and Ronnie Bell logged complementary WR snaps behind Deebo Samuel (knee/ribs) and Brandon Aiyuk.

Deebo Samuel WR | SF
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Deemed day-to-day by coach
Coach Kyle Shanahan noted Monday that Samuel (knee/ribs) is viewed as day-to-day as Sunday night's game against the Cowboys approaches, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
In the 49ers' 35-16 win over the Cardinals in Week 4, Samuel (who had been listed as questionable for the contest) logged 48 of a possible 55 snaps on offense en route to recording three carries for six yards while not being targeted as a receiver. While there's been no reported setbacks for Samuel, Shanahan's comments suggest that the WR's practice reps could be managed ahead of Week 5 action.
-
Cody Thompson WR | TB
Seahawks' Cody Thompson: Rejoins active roster
Thompson was elevated from the practice squad ahead of Monday's game against the Giants, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Thompson started the season on the team's 53-man roster, appearing in each of their first three games, before being waived Wednesday. The 27-year-old then re-joined the Seahawks via their practice squad Friday and now finds himself back with the active roster. The Toledo product has only played on 10 snaps from scrimmage thus far and has yet to generate any stats.

Jameson Williams WR | DET
Lions' Jameson Williams: Suspension officially over
The NFL reinstated Williams from his suspension related to the league's gambling policy Monday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.
Initially, Williams was handed a six-game ban to kick off the current campaign, but after the league and NFL Player's Association agreed to a new policy Friday, it was reduced to four games, making him eligible to return to action Week 5. Coach Dan Campbell spoke of Williams' role upon gaining clearance to play, telling Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com on Monday that "we'll see where it goes, and it's all about improvement." The Lions don't expect to give Williams a full complement of snaps off the bat, but he's in line to play some sort of role Sunday against the Panthers. His six appearances from the 2022 season included no more than a 24 percent share of offensive snaps in any given game, and while he was targeted nine times, he had only one 41-yard touchdown catch in addition to a 40-yard run, displaying the dynamic ability he showed off in 2021 at Alabama.
