Lamb brought in four of six targets for 68 yards and a touchdown in the Cowboys' 31-14 wild-card win over the Buccaneers on Monday night.

Lamb was having a fairly underwhelming night until he rounded it out nicely with an 18-yard scoring grab early in the fourth quarter. The third-year wideout ultimately finished second on Dallas in receiving yards and tied for second in targets on a night in which Dak Prescott shined with a 300-yard, four-touchdown performance. Lamb figures to play an integral role once again in Sunday's divisional-round road clash against a talented but occasionally vulnerable 49ers secondary.

Buccaneers coach Todd Bowles said postgame that Gage sustained a concussion during Monday's wild-card loss to Dallas, and he was taken to a local hospital to be evaluated for an additional neck injury, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Gage had to be carted off the field after sustaining this injury late in the fourth quarter, as he was down on the field for some time following a hit from behind to his head and neck. Bowles added that the 26-year-old had movement in his extremities before being transported to the hospital, per Smith. This subsequent medical examination should provide more clarity on the nature and extent of this potential neck injury as well.

Gage was loaded onto a backboard and carted off the field after sustaining an undisclosed injury in the fourth quarter of Monday's 31-14 playoff defeat versus the Cowboys, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.

Gage sustained a blow from behind to the head and neck area while attempting to catch an incomplete pass late in the fourth quarter. The exact nature of this injury still is unclear, though the 26-year-old was unable to get up and had to be tended to on the field for an extended period before being carted off, according to Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site.

Hart caught three of four targets for 20 yards through nine games during the 2022 season.

Hart battled a hamstring injury to start the season, but he was a healthy scratch five times, too. The 26-year-old played just 31 offensive snaps this season. He'll be a free agent heading into the 2023 season, and he'll be on the roster bubble again if he sticks around.

Emezie's (undisclosed) practice-squad contract with Atlanta expired Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Emezie joined up with the Falcons' practice squad Nov. 24 less than two weeks after he was waived from Carolina's taxi squad. The 24-year-old then finished the season on the practice squad injured list with an undisclosed injury, and the nature of this issue was never disclosed before the end of his contract with Atlanta. Emezie will look to make his NFL debut heading into the 2023 regular season.

Treadwell posted six catches (10 targets) for 42 yards through six regular-season games during the 2022 season. He wasn't targeted in his lone postseason outing.

Treadwell filled in when Tyler Lockett was out with a hand injury and logged an 85 percent snap share, but he posted just three catches for 26 yards. The 27-year-old receiver has played with four teams over the past four seasons. His best season was in 2021, when he posted a 33-434-1 line over 12 games with the Jaguars. He'll need to earn a roster spot in training camp wherever he lands next year.

Young finished the 2022 regular season with two catches (two targets) for 24 yards.

The rookie seventh-round pick was effective enough on special teams to stay in the lineup even when he wasn't in the offensive game plan, but he finished with 105 offensive snaps over 13 games. He also caught his lone postseason target for an 11-yard gain. Young is a big-bodied receiver (6-3, 220) that ran a 4.47 40-yard dash, so he certainly has some upside. The former Division II receiver will need to make great strides during the offseason to secure an increased role in 2023.

Tolbert (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's wild-card matchup against the Buccaneers, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Tolbert was a healthy scratch for the final five games of the regular season and will be inactive once again to start the postseason. Dallas' wideout corps Monday night will consist of CeeDee Lamb, Michael Gallup, Noah Brown, T.Y. Hilton and KaVontae Turpin.

Johnson signed a reserve/future contract with the Seahawks on Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Johnson was elevated from the practice squad for the fourth time this season ahead of Saturday's loss to San Francisco in the wild-card round. The 24-year-old, who stepped up as Seattle's de-facto No. 3 wideout over the final three games with Marquise Godwin (shoulder) out, snagged all three of his targets for a season-high 39 yards during this playoff tilt. He then reverted to the practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log, and he'll now ink his second reserve/future contract with the Seahawks in as many seasons. This productive showing to end the year should give Johnson a solid base to build on heading into the 2023 campaign.

The Chargers signed Hightower to a reserve/future deal Monday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Hightower was signed to the Chargers' practice squad at the end of September after failing to make the Eagles' initial 53-man roster, but he didn't make any appearances during the 2022 campaign. The undrafted wideout out of Boise State played in 13 games as a rookie for Philadelphia, totaling 10 receptions on 29 targets for 167 yards across 346 offensive snaps, but he's seen NFL action in just one game since.
