David Bell WR | CLE
Browns' David Bell: Expected back Saturday
Bell (toe) is on track to play Saturday against the Saints, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Bell, who missed the Browns' Week 15 win over the Ravens, was listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report. The Browns are apparently optimistic that Bell will increase his practice activity as the week rolls along, with Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal relaying that head coach Kevin Stefanski "sounded confident" about the receiver's availability for Saturday. Bell has been a steady, if unspectacular, contributor over his first 13 NFL games, catching 23 of 31 targets for 196 yards and zero touchdowns.

Danny Gray WR | PHI
49ers' Danny Gray: Logs full activity
Gray (hamstring) practiced fully Tuesday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Gray sustained an apparent hamstring injury during last Thursday's win over Seattle, but his ability to partake in Tuesday's session without limitations implies that the rookie third-rounder should be good to go for this weekend's matchup against the Commanders. Gray will likely handle a rotational pass-catching role behind Brandon Aiyuk, Jauan Jennings and Ray-Ray McCloud in Week 16.

Jason Moore WR | DET
Jason Moore: Sticking with practice squad
The Chargers signed Moore to the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Moore started the season on the Chargers' practice squad before being added to the active roster in late September. While he was added to help fill in for the team's depleted receiving corps, the 27-year-old ultimately logged just two targets across six appearances. Barring further injuries to the Bolts' wideouts, Moore will likely finish out the 2022 campaign on the practice squad.

Zach Pascal WR | NYG
Eagles' Zach Pascal: Logs DNP to open Week 16 prep
Pascal (concussion) was listed as a non-participant on Tuesday's practice estimate.
Pascal appears to have sustained a concussion in last weekend's matchup against the Bears, ultimately explaining why he was listed as a non-participant during Tuesday's walk-through session. The 28-year-old wide receiver has until Saturday to clear protocols before the Eagles square off in Dallas.
-
Malik Turner WR | SF
Malik Turner: Let go by Las Vegas
The Raiders cut Turner from their practice squad Tuesday.
Turner, who's thus far spent the majority of the 2022-23 campaign on either the 49ers' or Raiders' practice squad, has since cut ties with Las Vegas and is now slated to search elsewhere for further opportunities to contribute as a pass catcher.
-
Trent Taylor WR | SF
Bengals' Trent Taylor: Limited on Tuesday's estimate
Taylor (hamstring) was listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's practice estimate, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Taylor entered last weekend's matchup against Tampa Bay with a questionable tag due to a hamstring issue, but he was ultimately able to suit up. He's now opened Week 16 prep as a limited participant during Tuesday's walk-through session, though it would be surprising if Saturday's contest versus New England accounted for the 28-year-old's first missed game of the 2022-23 campaign given that he's already played through hamstring concerns this season.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Titans' Treylon Burks: Gets full tag on practice estimate
Burks (concussion) was listed as a full participant on Tuesday's practice estimate, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Since sustaining a concussion in Week 13 at Philadelphia, Burks missed back-to-back contests while sitting out all sessions during prep for Weeks 14 and 15. Earlier Tuesday, coach Mike Vrabel relayed to Turron Davenport of ESPN.com that he hoped Burks would take part in the upcoming walkthrough, and the rookie wide receiver was able to handle enough reps to be considered a full participant. That doesn't necessarily mean Burks is in the clear yet as he makes his way through the protocol for head injuries, but he at least appears to be in the final phase or two, which bodes well for his odds to return Saturday versus the Texans.
-
Nico Collins WR | HOU
Texans' Nico Collins: Not yet practicing
The Texans listed Collins (foot) as a non-participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report.
Collins hasn't taken the field in any fashion over the Texans' last seven practice sessions, missing two games along the way. Fellow wideout Brandin Cooks (calf) has been sidelined for Houston's last three games, but he appears to have a better shot than Collins at playing Saturday in Tennessee. Cooks practiced on a limited basis last Thursday and Friday and maintained that level of activity on Tuesday's estimated report. Meanwhile, Chris Moore -- who has drawn 20 targets over the past two contests -- was listed as limited Tuesday due to a foot issue, so the availability of each of Houston's top three receivers for the Week 16 game is in flux at the moment.
-
Brandin Cooks WR | SF
Texans' Brandin Cooks: Deemed limited practice participant
The Texans listed Cooks (calf) as a limited participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report.
Cooks concluded last week with two consecutive limited practices, but he was ultimately ruled out ahead of Sunday's 30-24 overtime loss to the Chiefs, marking his third straight absence. While the Texans' decision to list Cooks as a limited participant to begin Week 16 prep suggests he hasn't suffered any sort of setback, the veteran wideout may need to upgrade to full activity by Thursday to boost his odds of playing Saturday at Tennessee. At this stage of the week, the statuses of Houston's top three receivers are in flux, as Nico Collins (foot) was a non-participant Tuesday while Chris Moore (foot) joined Cooks as a limited participant.
-
Chris Moore WR | BAL
Texans' Chris Moore: Managing foot injury
Moore is listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report due to a foot injury.
Moore is tending to the injury after he played a season-high 86 percent of the offensive snaps while contributing four catches for 42 yards on nine targets in this past Sunday's 30-24 overtime loss to the Chiefs. For the second straight week, the Texans played without both Nico Collins (foot) and Brandin Cooks (calf), whose absences opened up more snaps and targets for Moore. At this stage of the week, Cooks looks to have a better chance than Collins of playing this Saturday at Tennessee. Collins was listed as a non-participant Tuesday, while Cooks joined Moore as a limited participant.
