Noah Brown WR | LV
Cowboys' Noah Brown: Tending to foot issue
Brown was listed as limited by a foot injury on Tuesday's practice estimate, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
After a productive first four weeks of the season (18-274-1 line on 27 targets), Brown didn't surpass 50 receiving yards or score a touchdown in any of his next seven appearances. Over the last two games, though, he's found a groove with quarterback Dak Prescott, as he's hauled in 10 of 15 passes for 134 yards and two touchdowns. With a health concern plaguing Brown to begin Week 15 prep, his status should be watched as the week continues to get a sense of his potential to play Saturday versus the Eagles.

Ben Skowronek WR | PIT
Rams' Ben Skowronek: Out for season
Coach Sean McVay said Tuesday that Skowronek will miss the rest of the campaign due to a calf strain, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.
Per Cameron DaSilva of USA Today, Skowronek appeared to get banged up following a reception in the first half of Monday's game at Green Bay, but his eventual snap share (67 percent) indicates he gutted through what was bothering him. McVay now has clarified that the issue won't allow Skowronek to play again this season, meaning the second-year pro will end the year with 39 catches on 61 targets for 376 yards and no touchdowns in 14 appearances. He will join four other Rams wide receivers on the sidelines, leaving the team down to Van Jefferson, Tutu Atwell, Brandon Powell, Austin Trammell and Lance McCutcheon on the active roster.

Devin Duvernay WR | ARI
Ravens' Devin Duvernay: Heads to IR
The Ravens placed Duvernay (foot) on injured reserve Tuesday.
The nature of the injury Duvernay suffered during Tuesday's practice still isn't fully known, but the Ravens evidently determined the issue was significant enough to sideline the receiver for the remaining three games of the regular season as well as the first round of the postseason, should Baltimore secure a spot. The Ravens claimed Sammy Watkins off waivers from the Packers on Tuesday, adding a healthy body to a depleted receiver room. Tight end Mark Andrews remains the Ravens' clear top option in the passing game, but the absence of Duvernay should at least open up more playing time and perhaps an extra target or two for the likes of Demarcus Robinson, DeSean Jackson, Watkins and James Proche.
-
Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Listed as limited
Higgins (hamstring) is listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's practice report estimate, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Higgins was present for the walkthrough with Cincinnati on a short week ahead of Saturday's game against the Patriots. His recovery from a hamstring injury has been an adventure in the second half of the season, but Higgins was able to handle 80 percent of the snaps and eight targets, leading to a 5-33-1 receiving line, in Sunday's 34-23 win over Tampa Bay. A similar workload this Saturday wouldn't come as any surprise.

Deebo Samuel WR | SF
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Ditches walking boot
Samuel (knee) hasn't been cleared to practice and remains in line to sit out Saturday's game against the Commanders, but he was spotted Tuesday without a walking boot to protect his sprained ankle and without any brace on his injured left knee, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Samuel was sidelined for the 49ers' Week 15 win over the Seahawks with the two left leg injuries, which head coach Kyle Shanahan said Dec. 13 would likely keep the talented wideout sidelined for around three weeks. As a result, Samuel shouldn't be viewed as a realistic candidate to play until Week 17 in Las Vegas, and his status for that contest will be contingent on how his knee and ankle respond to practice activity. Even though the 49ers have already captured the NFC West title and may not have much at stake in Weeks 17 and 18, they would presumably still want to see Samuel get in some snaps in a game setting and build more rapport with rookie quarterback Brock Purdy before the postseason gets underway.

N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Bears' N'Keal Harry: Back in full Tuesday
Harry (back) was listed as a full participant on Tuesday's practice estimate.
Harry, who missed Sunday's contest versus the Eagles as a result of a back issue, has since been noted as a full participant during Tuesday's walk-through. With both Chase Claypool (knee) and Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion) currently listed as questionable for this weekend's matchup against Buffalo, the 6-foot-4 receiver could handle additional snaps alongside Byron Pringle and Dante Pettis in Week 16.
-
DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Patriots' DeVante Parker: Listed as non-participant
Parker (concussion) is listed as a non-participant on Tuesday's practice estimate.
It's not the best sign for his availability Saturday against the Bengals, though Parker still has time to progress through the concussion protocol. He suffered the brain injury in a Week 14 win over Arizona on Monday Night Football, then sat out Sunday's loss to the Raiders six days later. Tyquan Thornton, Nelson Agholor and Jakobi Meyers (concussion) worked as New England's top three receivers this past weekend.
-
Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC
Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Listed on injury report still
Meyers (concussion) is listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's practice report estimate.
It's an unusual move to list Meyers on the practice report after he cleared concussion protocol and played in Sunday's 30-24 loss to the Raiders. He did play somewhat less than usual -- 62 percent snap share, compared to 80-plus every week in the first half of the season -- but there was no report of any setback. Unless something is reported, Meyers should be good to go for Saturday's matchup with the Bengals.
-
Justin Jefferson WR | MIN
Vikings' Justin Jefferson: No limitations in practice
Jefferson (ribs/chest) wasn't listed on Tuesday's injury report, Alec Lewis of The Athletic reports.
After Saturday's 39-36 win versus the Colts, coach Kevin O'Connell relayed that Jefferson suffered a "rib chest contusion" during the contest. On Monday, O'Connell noted to Ben Goessling of the Minneapolis Star Tribune an expectation that Jefferson would be able to practice all week ahead of Saturday's game against the Giants. With no limitations at all to kick off Week 16 prep, Jefferson appears set to resume his standing as the Vikings' top wide receiver.
-
David Bell WR | CLE
Browns' David Bell: Opens week as limited participant
Bell (toe) was listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's estimated practice report, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
The rookie sat out the Browns' Week 15 win over the Ravens with listed toe and thumb injuries, but the former issue is the only one attached to his name as Cleveland begins preparing for Saturday's game against the Saints. Bell already looks to be in a better spot on the health front compared to last week, as he failed to practice in any fashion Wednesday through Friday before sitting out against Baltimore. The Browns may still need to see Bell put in a full practice Wednesday or Thursday before officially clearing him for the weekend.
