James (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Matt Citak of the Giants' official site reports.

James will need to clear the NFL's five-step concussion protocol to suit up. He's making progress in that regard, as evidenced by his ability to participate in practice after sitting out Wednesday. James was injured in the Week 14 loss to the Eagles after scoring his third touchdown in four games.

Boyd (finger) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest against Tampa Bay after being listed as a full practice participant Friday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

As is Tee Higgins (hamstring), which makes the status of the two wideouts worth confirming in advance of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. That said, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site relays that coach Zac Taylor, as well as both players, have expressed optimism that the duo will be active this weekend.

Higgins (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers after being listed as a full practice participant Friday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

The same applies to Tyler Boyd (finger), which makes the duo's status worth confirming ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. That said, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site notes that there is optimism from coach Zac Taylor, as well as the wideouts, that both Higgins and Boyd will be active this weekend.

Sims (back) is considered questionable to play in Week 15 against the Giants, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.

Sims was limited in practice all week while dealing with a back injury, placing uncertainty on his availability for Sunday's matchup with New York. If he's unable to go, the wide receiver's absence wouldn't carry much of an impact on the Commanders' offensive game plan.

Coach Josh McDaniels has yet to decide whether Renfrow (oblique) will be activated for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN reports.

Renfrow practiced this week after being designated for return from injured reserve, but the coach wants to see how Friday's practice goes before making a decision on Renfrow's status. If Renfrow ultimately suits up against New England, it would be his first appearance since Week 9.

Shenault (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Shenault has made a couple huge plays for the Panthers this year but still hasn't seen more than 42 percent of snaps or six targets in any one game. He took more work from No. 3 receiver Shi Smith the past couple weeks, so it's possible Shenault takes the job for himself at some point before the end of the season if his shoulder checks out. Either way, there's no real path to more than four or five targets per game.

Brown (illness) returned to practice Friday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

Brown missed just one practice and likely will be fine for Sunday's game in Denver. The problems for him this week are a tough Broncos secondary and the presence of backup Colt McCoy under center for Arizona instead of Kyler Murray (ACL).

Moore (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Pittsburgh after downgrading to limited practice participation Friday, David Newton of ESPN.com reports.

Reports following last week's win over Seattle suggested Moore suffered a minor knee sprain late in the game, but he was then listed on the practice reports with an ankle injury and managed full participation Wednesday and Thursday. The end-of-week downgrade suggests a real concern, with coach Steve Wilks acknowledging Friday that Moore is a game-time decision as the team prepares for a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, per Augusta Stone of the Panthers' official site. Wilks did say he hoped to know more Saturday -- perhaps a hint that reports on Moore's availability will come before Sunday morning.

Coach Zac Taylor noted Friday that he feels good about Boyd's (finger) chances of playing Sunday against the Buccaneers, Andrew Gillis of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

The same applies to fellow wideout Tee Higgins (hamstring), with the report suggesting that both players were able to work fully Friday. The Bengals' upcoming injury report is slated to clarify if either Boyd or Higgins end up carrying Week 15 injury designations, but at this stage both players are trending in the right direction.
