Washington (foot) appears likely to be reinstated from injured reserve ahead of Sunday's game against the Texans, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Dallas head coach Mike McCarthy said Friday that he thinks that Washington is ready to make his season debut based on what he saw out of the wide receiver at practices Wednesday and Thursday. Washington fractured his right foot in a training camp workout in August and has been sidelined all season after signing a one-year deal with Dallas in March. CeeDee Lamb and Michael Gallup are Dallas' clear top two receivers, and Noah Brown has been a pleasant surprise as the team's No. 3 wideout this season, so Washington may not find himself any higher than fourth on the depth chart if he debuts Sunday.

Coulter was cut from the Bills' practice squad Friday.

Coulter will now look for an opportunity elsewhere after being let go by Buffalo. The wide receiver spent a little over a month as a member of the Bills' practice unit, but he was replaced by fellow wideout Marquez Stevenson on Friday. Coulter has yet to appear in a game this season after logging 15 offensive snaps over two contests with the Bears in 2021.

Cooks (calf) isn't participating in practice Friday, Brooks Kubena of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Cooks is absent for his third practice in a row and doesn't look to be on track to play Sunday against the Cowboys. With Nico Collins (foot) also trending toward sitting out Week 14, Davis Mills could be without his full complement of pass-catching weapons in his return to the lineup after a two-game benching. Phillip Dorsett, Chris Moore and Amari Rodgers may have to step up as the Texans' top three receivers Sunday.

Atwell brought in five of nine targets for 50 yards and rushed twice for minus-5 yards in the Rams' 17-16 win over the Raiders on Thursday night.

Atwell finished second in receptions and receiving yards on the night for the Rams while pacing the team in targets, displaying impressive chemistry in his first game with Baker Mayfield as his quarterback. Atwell's catch total was a career high, and he's clearly carving out a larger role in the offense with a 10-183-1 line over his last four games. Given his rapport with Mayfield, the receiver's game-breaking speed and the team's injury-decimated wideout corps, Atwell's fantasy outlook is on the rise going into a Week 15 Monday night road matchup versus the Packers on Dec. 19.

Hollins brought in two of four targets for 22 yards and rushed three times for 40 yards in the Raiders' 17-16 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

The veteran receiver was surprisingly the Raiders' second-leading rusher behind Josh Jacobs, and he was also the runner-up to Davante Adams in receptions, receiving yards and targets. Hollins' catch and yardage tallies were his lowest since Week 10, while his target total was his sparsest since Week 9. With Hunter Renfrow (oblique) and Darren Waller (hamstring) both potentially set to come off injured reserve for a Week 15 home game versus the Patriots a week from Sunday, Hollins could see his volume remain modest in that contest.

Jefferson secured two of four targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in the Rams' 17-16 win over the Raiders on Thursday night.

Jefferson caught Baker Mayfield's first and last passes of the quarterback's Rams debut, hauling in a 21-yard catch on the first play of the team's second possession and a 23-yard game-tying reception with 10 seconds left that set up Matt Gay's game-winning PAT. The third-year speedster hasn't yet been able to truly capitalize on the absences of Cooper Kupp (IR-ankle) and Allen Robinson (IR-foot) and played a clear second fiddle to both Ben Skowronek and Tutu Atwell, but perhaps the scoring connection will kickstart his chemistry with Mayfield and lead to a productive stretch run.

Skowronek brought in seven of eight targets for 89 yards in the Rams' 17-16 win over the Raiders on Thursday night.

The second-year wideout finished as the team leader in receptions and receiving yards while checking in second in targets. Skowronek's ability to develop quick chemistry with new quarterback Baker Mayfield -- his catch and yardage tallies were both career highs -- certainly seems to bode well for the receiver's prospects down the stretch, especially with Mayfield seemingly having locked in a Week 15 starting opportunity on the road versus the Packers on Monday night, Dec. 19.

Adams secured three of seven targets for 71 yards in the Raiders' 17-16 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.

Adams led the Raiders in receptions, receiving yards and targets as customary, but on a night when Derek Carr threw for only 137 yards, that didn't add up to very meaningful production. The frustrating night for the Raiders' passing attack and Adams in particular was fittingly capped off by a game-sealing interception for the Rams on a 26-yard pass intended for the All-Pro receiver, who posted his lowest reception and yardage totals since Week 8. Adams does have over 70 receiving yards in six straight contests, a streak he'll aim to extend in a Week 15 home contest versus the Patriots.

Harris is doubtful to return to Thursday's game against the Raiders due to a shoulder injury.

Harris didn't log a statistic before exiting against Las Vegas. The second-year wideout recorded a reception on his lone target over six games coming into Week 14, and he's almost exclusively played on special teams this season. However, Harris' absence will leave the Rams' already-depleted receiving corps even more undermanned Thursday night.

Goodwin (hand) was a full participant in the Seahawks' practice Thursday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Goodwin picked up a hand injury in the second quarter of Sunday's win over the Seahawks, though he still managed to finish this contest and record a 17-yard reception late in the fourth quarter. While he was sidelined during practice Wednesday, it doesn't appear this issue will affect his availability heading into Sunday's game against versus Carolina. Fellow wideout DK Metcalf was listed as limited in practice Thursday due to a hip issue, so it's possible Goodwin could be in line for a slight uptick in usage Week 14.
