Skowronek (shoulder) is officially listed as a limited participant on Tuesday's practice estimate, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Skowronek's limited listing is just an estimate, as the Rams held a walk-through instead of an actual practice ahead of Thursday's game against the Raiders. Along with two receptions for 30 yards in the Rams' Week 13 loss to Seattle he also picked up a shoulder injury, but if he's able to suit up Thursday there could be opportunities for him in a passing game missing Cooper Kupp (ankle) and Allen Robinson (foot).

Merritt reverted back to the Saints' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Merritt was promoted to New Orleans' active roster ahead of Monday's matchup versus the Buccaneers, accounting for his first game action of the 2022-23 campaign. The 25-year-old played 11 offensive snaps and 17 special-teams snaps but ultimately failed to record any statistics in the contest. Following Tuesday's transaction, Merritt is now slated to continue serving as added wide receiver depth for the Saints.

The Broncos signed Davis to their practice squad Tuesday, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

Davis previously signed to Denver's practice squad back in early November, but he was eventually let go within a matter of weeks after failing to receive an elevation to the team's active roster. The Broncos chose to bring back the 24-year-old to their practice squad Tuesday, where he'll now serve as added wide receiver depth.

Black was cut from the Jets' practice squad Tuesday, Ethan Greenberg of the team's official site reports.

Black has been on the practice squad since being a part of the team's final roster cuts before the season began. Although he did appear in a game for the Jets last season, he has yet to this year. He'll likely work to earn an opportunity somewhere else.

Darden was waived by the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Darden has played in all 12 games for the Bucs this season, mainly handling return duties while seeing limited snaps on offense. It's currently unclear if he'll be brought back to the team's practice squad if he is able to clear waivers. Rachaad White and Scotty Miller will be candidates to replace Darden as return men.

Philadelphia cut Baker from its practice squad Tuesday.

Less than a full week after Baker signed onto the Eagles' practice squad, the team has already decided to part ways with him. The 2021 seventh-rounder has great size (6-foot-1, 215 lbs.) and speed (4.43-second 40), but he has yet to see an offensive snap in his young NFL career. Now he'll have to look for another opportunity elsewhere.

Dulin had one reception for a 14-yard touchdown on two targets in Sunday's loss at Dallas.

He played only 20 of the offense's 72 snaps and went out on 10 routes. Dulin looked set to have a larger role in the offense early in the season, but since missing four games with a foot injury, he's had minimal involvement largely due to the improved play of Parris Campbell. Dulin's targets Sunday were his first since Week 5.

Pascal pulled in two of his three targets in Sunday's 35-10 win over the Titans, gaining 16 yards.

Pascal's three targets matched his season high. He could see an uptick in usage going forward depending on the results of No. 3 wideout Quez Watkins' shoulder MRI, but he's unlikely to see a particularly large bump. Watkins himself is averaging just 2.5 targets a game, with Jalen Hurts primarily looking for his top two receivers.

Coach Kliff Kingsbury said Tuesday that he hopes Moore (groin) will be able to return to action Monday against the Patriots, Jose M. Romero of The Arizona Republic reports.

With the help of a Week 13 bye, Moore may miss only one game as a result of the groin injury that he suffered early in a Week 11 loss to the 49ers. That said, the Cardinals aren't required to post an injury report before Thursday, so his potential activity level won't be known until then. If Moore does enough to be available Week 14, Arizona will have its top three wide receivers, including DeAndre Hopkins and Marquise Brown, active in the same game for the first time this season.

Carter caught one of his two targets for 14 yards during Sunday's 27-20 loss to the Raiders.

Carter set a new season low for both targets and catches and failed to surpass 20 yards receiving for the fourth time this year. Despite coming off his best game of the season and Justin Herbert throwing the ball 47 times, the 29-year-old receiver was unable to get involved in the passing game. With both a tough matchup against the Dolphins and Mike Williams (ankle) potentially returning this week, Carter's production should not be expected to increase.
