  • DJ Chark WR | ATL

Lions' DJ Chark: Set to play Thursday

Chark (ankle) doesn't have a designation for Thursday's contest against the Bills.

Chark put an end to a six-game absence this past Sunday at the Giants, but he logged only 10 offensive snaps and didn't haul in his only target. This week, he followed up back-to-back limited listings on Lions injury reports with an uncapped session Wednesday, so he appears to be a bit more healthy ahead of his fifth outing of the season. If Josh Reynolds (back, questionable) joins Chark as active Thursday, the two may play behind both Amon-Ra St. Brown and Kalif Raymond.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Lions' Josh Reynolds: Questionable for Thursday

Reynolds (back) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game versus the Bills.

After being listed as a limited participant on two of the Lions' practice reports during Week 12 prep, Reynolds may have done enough to suit up for the first time since Week 8, after he's missed three consecutive contests due to a back issue. If he's active Thursday, Reynolds likely will join DJ Chark (ankle) as the team's secondary options at wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown.

  • Richie James WR | KC

Giants' Richie James: Status in question for Thursday

James (knee) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game at Dallas, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

With back-to-back limited practice sessions under his belt this week, James has given himself a chance to be available for the Thanksgiving Day game. If he's active Thursday, he'll be part of the solution at wide receiver for the Giants now that Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) has been lost for the season due to an ACL tear. Having said that, James hasn't done much on 21.7 snaps per game this season, tallying a 23-239-1 receiving line on 29 targets.

  • DeVante Parker WR | PHI

Patriots' DeVante Parker: Questionable for Thursday

Parker (knee) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Minnesota, Jim McBride of The Boston Globe reports.

Parker sprained his knee Oct. 30 and missed one game, returning for this past Sunday's 10-3 win over the Jets en route to catching two passes for 19 yards on two targets. He played only 40 percent of snaps on offense in the contest, but a larger workload is possible in his second game back from the injury, assuming he isn't declared inactive ahead of the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Jakobi Meyers remains the only sure bet among New England's wide receivers to play more than half the offensive snaps.

  • Greg Dortch WR | BUF

Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Avoids major injury

Dortch (thumb) won't need surgery and is considered day-to-day, Bob McManaman of the Arizona Republic reports.

An MRI on Tuesday revealed that Dortch avoided a serious injury when he left Monday's loss to the 49ers in the fourth quarter. He replaced an injured Rondale Moore (groin) in that contest and ended up catching nine of 10 targets for a team-high 103 yards. Dortch could handle the slot role again this Sunday against the Chargers if his thumb heals and if Moore is sidelined.

  • Shi Smith WR | KC

Panthers' Shi Smith: Dealing with illness

Smith didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness.

Smith is under the weather to start Week 12 prep, but he'll have two more days to overcome the aliment before the team needs to make a decision on his status for Sunday's matchup against Denver. If Smith is sidelined this weekend, Laviska Shenault will likely be the main beneficiary from a playing-time standpoint.

  • Panthers' Terrace Marshall: Dealing with shoulder injury

Marshall was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a shoulder injury.

Marshall's ability to practice in any capacity at the beginning of the week bodes well for his availability for Sunday's matchup with Denver. The 2021 second-round pick had only 30 receiving yards over the first six weeks of the season but is averaging 2.6 catches for 58 yards on 5.2 targets in five starts since taking over for Robbie Anderson as Carolina's No. 2 receiver. He'll be working with his third different starting quarterback of the season this weekend, as Sam Darnold is set to make his 2022 debut.

  • N'Keal Harry TE | SEA

Bears' N'Keal Harry: Not on injury report

Harry (illness) is not listed on Wednesday's injury report.

Harry was a healthy scratch versus the Lions in Week 10 and missed Week 11 against Atlanta due to an illness, but it appears he's now available for the Bears if the team opts to deploy him Sunday versus the Jets. However, quarterback Justin Fields (shoulder) appears up in the air for Week 12, meaning if Harry is asked to suit up, he could be catching passes from Trevor Siemian.

  • Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE

    Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Sidelined Wednesday

Jeudy (ankle) won't practice Wednesday, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

According to DiLalla, head coach Nathaniel Hackett said Jeudy is day-to-day ahead of Sunday's game against the Panthers after the left ankle injury prevented the wideout from playing in last week's loss to the Raiders. If one or both of Jeudy and KJ Hamler (hamstring) remain sidelined this weekend, Kendall Hinton would once again be in line to see added snaps alongside Courtland Sutton.

  • Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN

Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: Back at practice

Chase (hip) was spotted at practice Wednesday, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

The Bengals will release their first Week 12 practice report later Wednesday, when the extent of Chase's participation will be known. At this stage, Chase appears to be trending in the right direction in advance of Sunday's contest against the Titans. Prior to being sidelined for the past three games, Chase was providing strong fantasy production, having caught 47 passes (on 74 targets) for 605 yards and six touchdowns in seven outings.
