Irwin was elevated to the active roster Saturday.

Irwin was elevated to the active roster for the third straight game with Ja'Marr Chase (hip) out once again. Irwin will serve as a reserve receiver and could potentially see snaps on special teams as well. Over the past two games, Irwin has caught three of his four targets for 41 yards and carried the ball once for 11 yards.

Gray (ankle) was a full participant in Friday's practice, 49ers Webzone reports.

Gray hurt his ankle in warmups prior to Sunday's game against the Chargers and did not play a snap. However, he's now on track to return to the field Monday against Arizona after turning in the full practice Friday. He's battled a hip injury and illness as well this season, limiting him to only six targets -- and no catches -- across five games.

Westbrook-Ikhine tallied two catches on two targets for 28 yards in Thursday's 27-17 win over the Packers.

Westbrook-Ikhine entered the game with inconsistent involvement in Tennessee's offense. The return of Treylon Burks pushed Westbrook-Ikhine only further down the depth chart. He's now seen two or fewer targets in four of his last five games and has topped 30 yards only once in the same span.

Hopkins (hamstring) practiced in a limited capacity Friday, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Hopkins made a sudden appearance on Thursday's injury report as a non-participant due to a hamstring issue, explaining his absence from the media-access portion of that session. On Friday, coach Kliff Kingsbury clarified the situation, telling Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com that Hopkins' DNP was maintenance-related. With a capped practice under his belt, Hopkins has one more chance to get back to all activity Saturday before Arizona potentially gives him a designation for Monday's game against the 49ers in Mexico City.

Parker (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets after practicing in a limited fashion this week.

Parker was unavailable for the Patriots' Week 9 win over the Colts, but with the added healing time afforded by the team's subsequent bye, the wideout has a chance to return to the mix Sunday. If so, Parker should log his share of Week 11 snaps alongside Jakobi Meyers, with Tyquan Thornton, Kendrick Bourne and Nelson Agholor also in the mix. In the eight contests that he's played in to date, Parker has put up a 15-321-1 line on 28 targets, a rate of production that limits his fantasy utility to deeper formats.

Williams (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the Chiefs after practicing fully Friday.

The same applies to Keenan Allen (hamstring), with both pass catchers trending in the right direction ahead of Sunday's 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff. Per Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com, Williams feels good to go for Week 11, but given his official questionable designation, the wideout's status will need to be verified once the Chargers' inactives are posted. Ideally, added context with regard to both Williams and Allen will surface ahead of the first wave of games this weekend, but at this stage things appear to be looking up for Williams, who last played Week 7.

Allen (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday night's game against the Chiefs after logging a full practice Friday.

That's also the case with Mike Williams (ankle), which gives the Chargers' top two wideouts a chance to return to action Week 11. Per Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times, Allen indicated that he was able to run full speed this week and felt his usual explosiveness in the process. Meanwhile, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com relayed that Allen believes he's ready to play Sunday, but a determination on that front rests with the team's training and coaching staffs. The Chargers' Sunday night kickoff adds a layer of risk to relying on Allen in Week 11 fantasy lineups, but he's clearly trending in the right direction at this stage.

Carter (ribs) doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game versus the Chiefs.

With both Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (ankle) sidelined the last two contests, Carter put up a combined 9-117-1 line on 10 targets while playing at least 82 percent of the offensive snaps. Carter joined his fellow wide receivers on Week 11 injury reports, going LP/LP/FP (like Allen and Williams) due to a rib injury. While Carter has been cleared to play this weekend, Allen and Williams are questionable. As a result, if one or both happen to sit out again Sunday, Carter could be in line for another decent dose of passes from quarterback Justin Herbert.

Adams (abdomen) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Denver, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

After managing three consecutive limited sessions this week as he tends to an abdominal injury, Adams will enter the weekend with a designation for the second time as a member of the Raiders. His Week 11 matchup doesn't kick off until 4:05 p.m. ET on Sunday, so his status won't be confirmed until about 90 minutes prior. With that knowledge, it may be tough to pivot to another option if Adams is inactive, but if he's available, he'll be looking to replicate the 9-101-0 performance that he put up on the Broncos on 13 targets back in Week 4. Helping his cause is the fact Las Vegas' top tight end Darren Waller (hamstring) and fellow wide receiver Hunter Renfrow (oblique) currently are on injured reserve.

Coach Matt LaFleur relayed Friday that Doubs (ankle) has a chance to return for a Week 12 game at Philadelphia on Sunday, Nov. 27, Ryan Wood of the Green Bay Press-Gazette reports. "He's getting closer, but I think it's premature to put that out there right now," LaFleur said.

On the heels of missing a second game in a row Thursday against the Titans, Doubs is in the middle of his rehab from a high right-ankle sprain that he suffered back in Week 9. Typically, such injuries require at least four weeks of recovery, so LaFleur's comments seem to indicate it's unlikely Doubs will be back next weekend. In the end, whenever Doubs gets back on the practice field, the waiting game will ensue to see if he has a chance to return to action.
