Watkins caught both of his targets for 25 yards in Thursday's win over the Texans.

Watkins remains the Eagles' clear third wide receiver, as his 35 offensive snaps easily beat fourth wideout Zach Pascal's 20. Filling that role for an undefeated team hasn't led to much fantasy value, however, as he's averaging just a single catch per game and has reached the end zone just once all year.

Evans (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Rams, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Neither do Julio Jones or Chris Godwin, while Russell Gage (hamstring) was ruled out for a second straight week. The injuries at wide receiver this year have helped Evans see more volume (8.4 targets per game) than he did the past two years, but his TD scoring has taken a hit with the Tampa offense struggling overall.

Palmer (concussion) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Atlanta.

Palmer was placed in the concussion protocol after Week 6 and sat out the Chargers' last game Week 7. However, with the benefit of a Week 8 bye, he was able to pass through all five phases of the protocol, practice in full Wednesday through Friday and gain clearance to play this weekend. Palmer's presence will be key in a wideout corps down both Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (knee), while DeAndre Carter (illness) is questionable. No matter if Carter is able to join Palmer as active Sunday, the latter should be on the receiving end of plenty of targets from quarterback Justin Herbert.

Jefferson (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay, albeit with the expectation he'll play, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Jefferson was a limited practice participant throughout the week after making his 2022 debut in the Rams' loss to San Francisco last Saturday. He shared the No. 3 receiver job with Ben Skowronek in that contest, finishing without a target in his first game back from a minor knee surgery. Jefferson could get more involved in the coming weeks but is only an option for the deepest of fantasy leagues until/unless he emerges as a regular starter with a near-every-down role.

Hart (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Hart has missed the last three games due to a hamstring injury, but he practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday and Thursday this week. If he's available, it's possible he sees a slight uptick of offensive snaps since Marquise Goodwin (groin) has been ruled out.

Kupp (ankle) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

Fellow wide receiver Van Jefferson (knee) is listed as questionable, but with coach Sean McVay saying he's optimistic Jefferson will play. Kupp's availability is far more important to the Rams offense, of course, and he'll avoid missed time after hurting his ankle deep in garbage time of the Week 8 loss to San Francisco. The Bucs haven't maintained their hot start to the season on the defensive side of the ball, but that's partially due to injuries -- something that may soon be less of a factor with CBs Carlton Davis (hip) and Sean Murphy-Bunting (quad) listed as questionable after missing the past few weeks. Kupp was a full practice participant Friday and should see plenty of targets this Sunday.

Cracraft (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's matchup in Chicago, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.

Cracraft missed the team's Week 8 win over the Lions with a neck injury, but he's been ruled out for Week 9 due to an illness. In his absence, Cedrick Wilson is a candidate for extra offensive snaps against Chicago.

Carter is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest in Atlanta due to an illness, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

While Keenan Allen (hamstring) and Mike Williams (knee) have been ruled out for Week 9, Joshua Palmer has cleared the concussion protocol and is set to play for the first time since Week 6. Carter seemingly would be next in line for targets, if he's active, but an illness will follow him into the weekend. Assuming Carter is able to suit up Sunday, he'll enter the contest with marks of 12.1 YPC, 8.2 YPT and one touchdown on 19 catches and 28 targets in seven games this season.

Allen (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com reports.

The same applies to fellow starting wideout Mike Williams (ankle), which leaves Joshua Palmer (concussion), who is slated to play Sunday, per Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times, and DeAndre Carter (illness, questionable) -- if available -- to lead the Chargers' Week 9 wideout corps. Allen's next chance to suit up will arrive Week 10 versus the 49ers on the road.

Watson (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Detroit, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

Watson returned from a hamstring injury last week but then suffered a concussion in the first quarter of an eventual loss to the Commanders. He could be a big part of the offense soon enough, especially if he's active for Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff while fellow wideout Allen Lazard (questionable - shoulder) doesn't play. The reverse is also possible, of course, and the Packers could wait until Saturday or Sunday to make their decisions.
