Sutton notched one catch on four targets for 13 yards during Sunday's 21-17 win over the Jaguars.

Despite leading Broncos wide receivers in snap share (95 percent), Sutton extending his quiet stretch to three games, a span in which he's compiled a 6-50-0 line on 16 targets. Russell Wilson hasn't stopped looking Sutton's way, but connections have been few and far between after the wideout put together a 29-417-1 line on 46 targets through the first five contests of the campaign. With a bye on tap this week, Sutton and Wilson will turn their focus to a Week 10 road matchup with the Titans, who currently boast the 24th-ranked pass defense (254.7 yards per game allowed).

Pascal caught both his targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win against Pittsburgh.

Pascal hadn't scored all season and hadn't caught a pass since Week 3, so he must have enjoyed the chance to contribute against the Steelers. His 34-yard score on an out-and-up early in the third quarter stretched the Eagles' lead to 28-10. Despite that play, however, he remains an unappealing fantasy option, as he's caught just eight passes through seven games.

Chicago waived Coulter on Tuesday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

The move was necessary to make room for the newly acquired Chase Claypool. Coulter will become a free agent assuming he isn't claimed by another team during the current waiver period.

Cooks was listed as a non-participant on Tuesday's injury report with wrist and non-injury related designations.

While that's the official listing, Cooks wasn't seen at Tuesday's walkthrough, after which coach Lovie Smith said the wide receiver was excused for "personal reasons," according to Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com. Cooks' name was bandied about in trade rumors in advance of Tuesday's deadline, but he wasn't dealt and remains under contract with the Texans. It's unknown if his status for Thursday's game against the Eagles is in peril, but Wednesday's practice report could provide some insight into his availability for Week 9.

Collins (groin) didn't practice Tuesday and appears unlikely to play in Thursday's game against the Eagles, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Collins has yet to resume any practice activity since injuring his groin in the Texans' Week 7 loss to the Raiders and will face an uphill battle to make it back on the field for Houston's Week 9 contest. If Collins is in fact sidelined again Thursday, Phillip Dorsett, Chris Moore and Tyron Johnson would likely take on more reps alongside No. 1 target Brandin Cooks (personal), who sat out Tuesday's practice but remains with the Texans after not being dealt at the trade deadline.

The Seahawks cut Arcega-Whiteside from their practice squad Tuesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Just a couple months after inking a practice squad deal with Seattle, Arcega-Whiteside will now have to look for another opportunity elsewhere. In a corresponding move, the Seahawks added Laquon Treadwell to their practice squad.

The Seahawks signed Treadwell to their practice squad Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Just a week after being cut from Arizona's practice squad, Treadwell has already found another opportunity with a new team. As long as DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett remain healthy though, it will be hard for any other Seattle wideout to get a significant target share consistently.

The Jaguars acquired Ridley (suspension) from the Falcons on Tuesday in exchange for conditional 2023 and 2024 draft picks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jacksonville's decision to trade for Ridley is more of a long-term play, as the 27-year-old receiver is suspended through at least the 2022 season. Provided he's met the conditions of his suspension that stemmed from betting on NFL games during a five-day stretch in November 2021, Ridley will be eligible to apply for reinstatement Feb. 15. Ridley has already flashed the upside of being a No. 1 receiver -- he notably turned in a 90-1,374-9 line over 15 games in 2020 -- so he should help upgrade the Jacksonville passing game in 2023 if he's able to make a smooth transition back to the field following his lengthy layoff. According to Rapoport, the 2023 pick will be a maximum of a fifth-round selection if Ridley is reinstated by a certain date, while the 2024 pick will be as high as a second-rounder if Jacksonville ends up working out a contract extension with the wideout, whose deals expires after the 2023 season.

Sims caught two of his three targets for minus-1 yard and rushed for 21 yards on two carries in Sunday's 35-13 loss to the Eagles.

Sims was on the field for 14 of the Steelers' 76 snaps on offense, narrowly outpacing Miles Boykin (11) for fourth among Pittsburgh's receivers. Both Sims and Boykin are likely to see their opportunities expand beginning with the Steelers' Week 9 game against the Saints, after Chase Claypool was traded to the Bears. Fellow wideouts Diontae Johnson and George Pickens, tight end Pat Freiermuth and running back Najee Harris are all higher priorities in the Steelers' passing game, however, so Sims could still struggle to see enough target volume to emerge as a useful fantasy option.

The Steelers traded Claypool to the Bears on Tuesday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

For a team that was in dire need of help in the receiving corps, Claypool -- a second-round pick in 2020 -- is a solid addition, and he gives second-year quarterback Justin Fields another intriguing pass catcher alongside Darnell Mooney and Cole Kmet. After posting at least 800 yards through the air in each of his first two seasons, Claypool had hauled in 32 of 50 targets for 311 yards and one touchdown through eight games for Pittsburgh prior to Tuesday's trade.
