Packers head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed Monday that Lazard suffered a left shoulder injury during Sunday's loss to Washington, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Lazard picked up the injury near the end of the third quarter of Sunday's contest and briefly returned before spending the rest of the game on the sideline with his helmet off. The extent of the situation remains unclear, but per Matt Schneidman of The Athletic, Lazard was spotted wearing a sling Monday, which is a concerning development. However, LaFleur added that the team will monitor Lazard's status throughout the week, so it appears Green Bay still has a chance to have its top wideout available for Sunday's primetime showdown against the Bills.

The Rams designated Jefferson (knee) to return from injured reserve Monday.

As expected, Jefferson is on track to make his season debut Week 8 after starting the season on IR due to a knee procedure he underwent during training camp. Rams head coach Sean McVay previously has indicated that he expects the third-year wideout to be able to contribute right away, but Jefferson's participation in practice this week should provide further clarity on the situation. With Allen Robinson struggling to find a connection with Matthew Stafford to start the year, it's possible Jefferson's rapport with Stafford could elevate him to the No. 2 wideout behind Cooper Kupp. Last season, Jefferson caught 50 of 89 targets for 802 yards and solidified himself as a deep threat, catching 12 passes of 20-plus yards and four over 40 yards.

Williams (ankle) was diagnosed Monday with a right high-ankle sprain and is expected to "miss some time," Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Williams caught seven passes for 86 yards and a score before leaving Sunday's loss to the Seahawks late in the fourth quarter. Keenan Allen returned to action Sunday following a five-game absence due to a hamstring issue but was limited to just two catches for 11 yards across 23 offensive snaps. It's unclear how much time Williams will miss or if a stint on injured reserve is a possibility, but Allen will have to step up as the go-to target in Williams' absence. The Chargers are on bye Week 8 before returning to action Sunday, Nov. 6 in Atlanta.

Jets head coach Robert Saleh said Davis (knee) is day-to-day, and the wideout's status for Sunday's game against the Patriots is "up in the air," Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.

Davis suffered an MCL sprain during the Jets' Week 7 win over the Broncos and was sidelined for the entire second half. The sixth-year receiver was held without a catch on just one target during the contest after securing at least two receptions in each of the first six games of the season. Saleh said Monday that he expects Elijah Moore (personal) to return to action Week 8, so if the Jets are without Davis this Sunday, expect the former to see a decent-sized role opposite rookie wide receiver Garrett Wilson.

Moore requested a trade ahead of the Jets' Week 7 win over the Broncos, and the wideout ultimately was made inactive by the team. Per Connor Hughes of SNY.tv, Moore being inactive wasn't a punishment, but rather because Saleh didn't want the receiver taking the field in his current mental state. With Corey Davis (knee) day-to-day, it would certainly be nice to have Moore back in the mix. Despite winning games, the Jets have struggled moving the ball through the air with Zach Wilson at the helm, though they'll likely have to lean on their quarterback more moving forward after losing breakout star Breece Hall (knee) for the season.

Coach Dan Campbell expects St. Brown (concussion protocol) to play Sunday against the Dolphins, and the wide receiver has been cleared of having a concussion, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

St. Brown remains in the NFL's protocol for head injuries, so he'll need to clear all five stages before he's eligible to play, but it appears that he didn't actually suffer a concussion after being hit up high early in the team's Week 7 loss to the Cowboys. Assuming he's cleared to play this weekend, St. Brown should reclaim his role as Jared Goff's top target Week 8 against Miami.

Jones caught his only target for seven yards during Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Giants.

The 24-year-old worked as the Jaguars' No. 4 wideout with Jamal Agnew (knee) inactive but played only nine offensive snaps. Jones has caught two of three targets for 27 yards this year, and he's likely to remain a member of the game-day roster as long as he continues to play a role on special teams.

The veteran wideout returned from a one-game absence Sunday and finished third on the team in targets. Jones totaled only 104 receiving yards through the first four weeks of the season, but he has 11 catches for 161 yards over his past two games.

Jones caught four of 10 targets for 54 yards and had one carry for 14 yards during Sunday's 23-17 loss to the Giants.

The 27-year-old tied for the team lead in targets but finished fourth in yardage as QB Trevor Lawrence completed only 51 percent of his passes. Jones has at least three receptions in all six games he's played in this season, and in total this year he has 31 catches for 281 yards and one touchdown.

Pierce had three receptions for 37 yards on four targets in Sunday's loss at Tennessee.

Pierce has become a favorite target of Matt Ryan, but he didn't get many looks Sunday with the passing offense struggling. Ryan needed to check down to shorter targets while constantly under pressure, leading to nine targets for Michael Pittman in the slot and five for running back Nyheim Hines.
