Russell Gage WR | SF
Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Set for MRI on hamstring
Gage (hamstring) will have an MRI to determine the severity of his injury Monday, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.
Gage was forced out of Sunday's loss to the Panthers in the fourth quarter, so his status will need to be monitored ahead of Thursday's contest against the Ravens. It's possible that the fifth-year wideout aggravated the hamstring injury that hampered him during the first four weeks of the season. Coach Todd Bowles said Monday's he's currently uncertain about Gage's status for Week 8, per Greg Auman of The Athletic, but the receiver's MRI results should provide more information.

Michael Gallup WR | WAS
Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Blanked by Detroit
Gallup failed to catch either of his two targets in Sunday's win over the Lions.
Dak Prescott's return from a thumb injury created a lot of optimism around the Cowboys offense, but Gallup instead had his worst performance since he rejoined the lineup Week 4. CeeDee Lamb and Noah Brown both posted solid numbers against Detroit, so the issue appears to be more on Gallup's end than Prescott's, and it's possible he's simply hit a bit of a wall after missing all of the offseason program and preseason while recovering from last season's ACL tear. Gallup will look to rebound Week 8 against the Bears, but fantasy GMs might be better off keeping him on benches until after Dallas' Week 9 bye.
-
Braxton Berrios WR | NYG
Jets' Braxton Berrios: Five touches in Week 7 win
Berrios caught three of four targets for 15 yards and rushed twice for 27 yards in Sunday's 16-9 win over Denver.
Berrios' touchdown streak came to an end, but he still contributed in a game that didn't feature much offense from either side. He was decent down the stretch last season as New York's starting slot receiver after injuries piled up, and Berrios could be in line for similar usage Week 8 against the Patriots with uncertainty around the status of both Corey Davis (knee) and Elijah Moore (personal).
-
Dareke Young WR | LV
Seahawks' Dareke Young: No targets in win
Young wasn't targeted in Sunday's 37-23 win over the Chargers.
Young handled a season-high 17 offensive snaps because DK Metcalf exited early with a knee injury. If Metcalf misses time, Young will likely slot in as the No. 4 wide receiver behind Tyler Lockett, Marquise Goodwin and Dee Eskridge. Penny Hart (hamstring) could run in front of Young when he returns, too.
-
D'Wayne Eskridge WR | MIA
Seahawks' Dee Eskridge: No catches in win
Eskridge didn't catch his lone target but rushed once for four yards in Sunday's 37-23 win over the Chargers. He also returned two kicks for 45 yards.
DK Metcalf exited early with a knee injury, so Eskridge handled a season-high 30 offensive snaps. However, he didn't make much of an impact offensively. Marquise Goodwin -- who caught four passes for 67 yards and two touchdowns -- looks like the replacement if Metcalf misses time.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Not targeted again
Wilson was not targeted during Sunday's 16-10 win over the Steelers.
Wilson has now gone back-to-back games without a target, but more worryingly, he played just six percent of offensive snaps Week 7 while Trent Sherfield handled 56 percent. There's no indication that the 26-year-old could be considered a viable fantasy option heading into a Week 8 matchup against Detroit.
-
Trent Sherfield WR | BUF
Dolphins' Trent Sherfield: Makes impact Sunday night
Sherfield secured all three of his targets for 44 yards during Sunday's 16-10 win over Pittsburgh.
Sherfield appears to have established himself above Cedrick Wilson as Miami's No. 3 wideout, as he's now played at least 50 percent of offensive snaps in five straight games. Still, Miami's aerial attack runs through Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle, with little left over for depth receiving options aside from the occasional big game from tight end Mike Gesicki. Sherfield has surpassed 10 receiving yards just twice this season.
-
David Bell WR | CLE
Browns' David Bell: Another one-target game
Bell caught his lone target for seven yards in Sunday's 23-20 loss to Baltimore.
Bell's usage pattern is a familiar one. The rookie has been targeted once in four of seven games and has seven catches on nine targets for 73 yards. Only one reception has gone for longer than 20 yards. With Amari Cooper and Donovan Peoples-Jones showing no signs of regression in an offense that relies heavily on its running backs, Bell should not get many opportunities. The positive news is that the Browns, with holes and deficiencies in all facets of the game, may not be in the market to add a veteran wideout, so Bell should continue on as the team's No. 3 wideout.
-
Noah Brown WR | LV
Cowboys' Noah Brown: Co-leads team in receptions
Brown secured five of seven targets for 50 yards and lost a fumble in the Cowboys' 24-6 win over the Lions on Sunday.
Brown tied Dalton Schultz for the team lead in receptions and checked in second in receiving yards to CeeDee Lamb, making it a solid bounce-back effort after posting a combined 2-15 line in the prior two games. As Sunday's showing indicates, Brown could be a beneficiary of more consistent production now that Dak Prescott is back under center, and he'll aim to build on his numbers in a Week 8 battle against the Bears.

Richie James WR | KC
Giants' Richie James: Records just one catch Sunday
James secured one of two targets for two yards in a 23-17 win over Jacksonville on Sunday.
James saw exactly two targets for the third straight week, and he finished with a season low in receiving yardage. After totaling 14 catches for 146 yards through the first three weeks of the campaign, the former 49er has just six receptions for 45 yards in four games since as he has tumbled down New York's wide receiver depth chart. The Giants' pass-catching hierarchy is far from settled, but James doesn't appear likely to slide back into fantasy relevance in the near future.
