Keenan Allen WR | IND
Chargers' Keenan Allen: Won't play Sunday
Allen (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Texans.
After logging limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, Allen didn't practice Friday and now will target a potential return to action Week 5 against the Browns. In Allen's continued absence Sunday, Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter are in line to see added wide receiver reps versus Houston alongside Mike Williams.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling WR | LAC
Chiefs' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Listed as questionable
Valdes-Scantling (abdomen) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers after returning to a limited practice Friday.
After being deemed a non-participant at Thursday's practice, Valdes-Scantling logged a limited session Friday, which gives him a chance to suit up for Sunday night's 8:20 p.m. ET contest. Ideally, added context regarding the wideout's Week 4 status will arrive before the first wave of kickoffs Sunday, but if Valdes-Scantling ends up out or limited against Tampa Bay, Justin Watson and Skyy Moore would be candidates to see added WR snaps for Kansas City.
-
Zay Jones WR | HOU
Jaguars' Zay Jones: Questionable for Week 4
Jones (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Eagles.
Jones is coming off a 10-catch performance in Jacksonville's Week 3 win over the Chargers, so he'll be sorely missed if he's unable to play Week 4. Marvin Jones would become Jacksonville's clear-cut No. 2 wide receiver behind Christian Kirk if Zay Jones doesn't play, while more targets could go to tight end Evan Engram or gadget guy Jamal Agnew.
-
Michael Gallup WR | WAS
Cowboys' Michael Gallup: Cleared to play
Gallup (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Commanders, Jori Epstein of Yahoo Sports reports.
Gallup finally has been removed from the injury report after two weeks of full participation in every practice. Other players coming back from severe injuries have struggled to stay healthy this year, but the Cowboys hope they've been cautious enough to reduce Gallup's odds of meeting the same fate. To that end, he may have his snaps limited in his first game or two back in the lineup. He'll start off with a friendly matchup against a struggling, poorly coached Washington defense, potentially taking snaps away from Noah Brown and/or Jalen Tolbert.
-
Mecole Hardman WR | BUF
Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: Avoids Week 4 injury report
Hardman (heel) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Hardman turned in limited practice showings Thursday and Friday after sitting out entirely Wednesday, but that modest participation was enough to gain clearance for Week 4. Despite the offseason departure of Tyreek Hill, Hardman has remained a supporting option in Kansas City's passing game, though he's always capable of breaking a big play or two with Patrick Mahomes throwing him the ball.
-
Hunter Renfrow WR | CAR
Raiders' Hunter Renfrow: DNP on Friday
Renfrow (concussion) was a non-participant at Friday's practice, Tashan Reed of The Athletic reports.
Renfrow has yet to practice since sustaining a concussion on the final play of an overtime loss to the Cardinals in Week 2. The Raiders may rule him out on their final Week 4 injury report later Friday, like they did last week, especially because he doesn't appear to have made any noticeable progress through the protocol for head injuries. Assuming Renfrow is sidelined Sunday, Davante Adams, Mack Hollins and Keelan Cole will serve as Las Vegas' primary options at wide receiver.

Velus Jones Jr. RB | SEA
Bears' Velus Jones: Week 4 debut likely
Jones (hamstring) was a full practice participant Friday and has practiced every day this week, so the rookie third-round pick could be in line to make his NFL debut Sunday against the Giants, Kevin Fishbain of The Athletic reports. Jones officially is listed as questionable.
Jones has missed Chicago's first three games while recovering from a hamstring injury, but he could be ready to debut Week 4. He played alongside the starters in three-receiver sets during the preseason, but Jones may be brought along slowly in games that count, and Chicago has employed the most run-heavy offensive approach of any team in the early going, so fantasy managers are best served taking a wait-and-see approach with the rookie out of Tennessee.

Keenan Allen WR | IND
Chargers' Keenan Allen: Not on field Friday
Allen (hamstring) wasn't spotted during the portion of Friday's practice open to the media, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Allen continues to deal with a hamstring issue that he suffered Week 1, which kept him from playing Weeks 2 and 3 but hasn't stopped him from practicing the last two weeks. He officially was listed as a limited participant on the Chargers' first two injury reports of Week 4, but he did make an early departure with a team trainer during Thursday's session, per Jeff Miller of the Los Angeles Times. It's unclear if Allen suffered a setback, but his status for Sunday's game at Houston could receive some clarity later Friday.
-
Wan'Dale Robinson WR | TEN
Giants' Wan'Dale Robinson: Remains sidelined in Week 4
Robinson (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
Robinson will be joined on the sidelines by Kadarius Toney (hamstring), so a Giants receiving corps that lost Sterling Shepard to a season-ending ACL tear earlier in the week will be headlined by Richie James, David Sills and Kenny Golladay on Sunday against the Bears. The return timetable for Robinson remains murky, as the rookie has yet to resume practicing since hurting his knee in his NFL debut.
-
Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Ruled out
Toney (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The 2021 first-round pick played 35 snaps between Weeks 1 and 2 and now will miss a second straight game. As poorly as things have gone for Toney this season, he should have a significant role in the offense if ever stays healthy for more than a week or two at a time, as the Giants' seemingly crowded WR room has thinned out considerably with Kenny Golladay looking washed up and Sterling Shepard suffering an ACL tear. On top of that, Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) will miss a third straight game Sunday, leaving Richie James and David Sills as the probable starters for New York. There's also an opportunity for Golladay and Darius Slayton, both experienced NFL starters, to get involved in the offense again, though neither seems to have made a good impression on coach Brian Daboll (the same could perhaps be said of Toney).
