Toney (hamstring) is not expected to participate in Saturday's practice, according to head coach Brian Daboll, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.

Toney was a DNP in Friday's practice after participating earlier in the week. The second-year wide receiver has played just 33 offensive snaps through the first two games of the regular season and has compiled 23 total yards across four touches. Given his downward-trending status, fantasy managers may need to prepare for the 2021 first-round pick to miss some time.

Jefferson (knee) didn't practice Friday and won't play in Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.

The third-year pro still hasn't practiced since having minor knee surgery in early August, but his role as the No. 3 receiver appears fairly safe given the lack of production behind Cooper Kupp so far. Ben Skowronek, filling in as the No. 3, has managed only six catches for 41 yards on nine targets in two games, playing 88 and 86 percent of snaps on offense. Jefferson should be more of a threat if/when he moves past the knee surgery and reclaims his role. The lack of practice reps suggests that's unlikely to happen for Week 4 at San Francisco, though the Rams haven't officially ruled him out beyond Week 3.

Proche (groin) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Proche missed two consecutive practices prior to sitting out the team's Week 2 loss to Miami. However, he returned to practice this week with back-to-back limited sessions before being a full participant Friday. Regardless, even if Proche is available, he'll likely have a tough time garnering many targets behind Rashod Bateman, Devin Duvernay and Demarcus Robinson.

Coach Matt LaFleur said Friday that Doubs is "probably gonna have to take more of a load" Sunday at Tampa Bay, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

LaFleur's statement makes sense after the Packers ruled out Sammy Watkins (hamstring) and deemed Randall Cobb (illness) and Christian Watson (hamstring) questionable for Week 3. The team at least will have top wide receiver Allen Lazard available for quarterback Aaron Rodgers, but the options behind him won't be known until about 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. A 2022 fourth-round pick, Doubs showed immense promise during the preseason and so far has gathered in six of eight targets for 64 yards through two contests. If he's called upon for even more work alongside Lazard this weekend, a breakout performance may be possible for Doubs.

Meyers (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens after returning to a limited practice Friday, Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site reports.

Fortunately for those considering the Patriots' leading pass catcher in fantasy lineups, the team kicks off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. If Meyers -- who has caught 13 of his 19 targets for 150 yards in two games -- ends up out or limited this weekend, DeVante Parker, Kendrick Bourne and Lil'Jordan Humphrey would be candidates to see added opportunities versus Baltimore alongside fellow wide receiver Nelson Agholor. Meanwhile, the team's top tight ends (Hunter Henry and Jonnu Smith) also could see added involvement in the team's offense Week 3.

Philips (shoulder) is listed as doubtful for Sunday's game versus the Raiders, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Philips gutted out a shoulder injury Week 2 at Buffalo, hauling in his only target for five yards but also muffing a punt that the Bills recovered. Despite logging limited practices Wednesday through Friday this week, he seemingly won't get a chance at redemption Sunday. Philips' status will be confirmed about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, and assuming he's sidelined, the Titans' primary wide receivers will be Robert Woods, Treylon Burks and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.

Cleveland (hamstring) is questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers.

Cleveland popped up on the injury report Thursday as a limited participant and didn't practice Friday, so he's certainly trending in the wrong direction ahead of Week 3. It's unclear when he suffered the injury, but he caught two of three targets for 28 yards while playing 27 offensive snaps during Week 2 with KJ Hamler (knee) sidelined. Jerry Jeudy (ribs) and Hamler are also questionable for Sunday's primetime showdown with San Francisco, so Denver's wideout corps may be extremely thin against the 49ers.

Allen (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after sitting out Friday's practice.

Per Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com, coach Brandon Staley suggested that the wideout is 50/50 to play Sunday. If Allen ends up out or limited versus Jacksonville, Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter would be in line to see added Week 3 WR opportunities behind Mike Williams.

Watson (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest in Tampa Bay, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Watson managed just one limited session this week while tending to a hamstring injury, but he has a chance to suit up Sunday, unlike Sammy Watkins (hamstring), who has been ruled out. As for the rest of Green Bay's receiving corps, Allen Lazard (ankle) has been cleared to play, while Randall Cobb (illness) is questionable after missing practice Wednesday through Friday. If one or both of Cobb and Watson are limited or out this weekend, Romeo Doubs will have a path to additional work.

Watkins (illness) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at Washington.

Watkins struck gold Monday night with a 53-yard touchdown in the win over Minnesota, but while he's proven himself more than capable as a No. 3 receiver, the Eagles simply don't have much reason to prioritize him in their offense. He should be efficient on a per-target basis while continuing to see limited volume in a passing attack dominated by the three-headed monster of A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith and Dallas Goedert. The long TD on Monday accounts for half of Watkins' targets this year.
