  • Packers' Christian Watson: Limited by hamstring Wednesday

Watson was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a hamstring injury.

Fellow wideouts Allen Lazard (ankle) and Sammy Watkins (hamstring) were also limited participants, while Randall Cobb was absent due to an illness. Through two games as pro, Watson has been targeted seven times, gathering in five of those passes for 43 yards. If any of Lazard, Watkins or Cobb are sidelined Sunday at Tampa Bay, Watson would be in line for an elevated snap count, assuming he overcomes his own injury concern.

  • Scott Miller WR | CHI

Buccaneers' Scotty Miller: Bothered by calf

Miller was a limited practice participant Wednesday due to a calf injury.

Russell Gage (hamstring) and Breshad Perriman (knee) also were limited, while Julio Jones (knee) and Chris Godwin (hamstring) didn't practice and Mike Evans is suspended for Week 3. It thus remains unclear who will see targets from Tom Brady this Sunday against Green Bay, but the early outlook hints at Miller being involved even if he has a minor calf injury.

  • Treylon Burks WR | WAS

Titans' Treylon Burks: Dealing with ankle issue

Burks is listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report due to an ankle injury.

The rookie wideout may have picked up a minor ankle injury during Monday's blowout loss to the Bills, but he should be able to graduate to full practice participation later this week. Burks caught four of six targets for 47 yards Monday, making him one of the few bright spots in an otherwise ugly performance for the Titans. It's unclear if the solid showing against the Bills will earn him more playing time Week 3 against the Raiders, after Burks took 37 percent of snaps Week 1 and 45 percent in Week 2.

  • Randall Cobb WR | NYJ

Packers' Randall Cobb: Comes down with illness

Cobb didn't practice Wednesday due to an illness.

It's unclear if Cobb's absence is related to COVID-19, but if so, he may be in danger of sitting out a key Week 3 road matchup with the Buccaneers. Meanwhile, all of Allen Lazard (ankle), Sammy Watkins (hamstring) and Christian Watson (hamstring) were limited participants Wednesday, so the Packers' receiving corps is in danger of being compromised this weekend.

  • Russell Gage WR | SF

Buccaneers' Russell Gage: Limited with hamstring injury

Gage (hamstring) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.

Gage likely will play through the hamstring injury for a third straight week this Sunday against Green Bay, but it may be affecting his workload, with the Buccaneers deploying him as their No. 3 receiver even as they've been without other wideouts due to injuries through the first two games. Mike Evans is suspended this week and won't play Sunday, while Julio Jones (knee) and Chris Godwin (hamstring) both missed practice Wednesday and could miss their second straight game.

  • James Proche WR | TEN

Ravens' James Proche: Logs limited practice

Proche (groin) practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday.

Proche missed two consecutive practices prior to sitting out Sunday's game versus Miami, so the fact that he's now practicing again is an encouraging sign that he might be available for Week 3 at New England. However, with Proche still questionable and Devin Duvernay's (concussion) status also in doubt, the Ravens could be compelled to lean more heavily on Demarcus Robinson and Tylan Wallace than they'd otherwise like to against a stout Patriots defense.

  • Chris Godwin WR | TB

Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Misses practice Wednesday

Godwin (hamstring) was held out of practice Wednesday.

Godwin has yet to practice since straining his hamstring in the season opener. Elsewhere in the Buccaneers' receiving corps, Mike Evans' one-game suspension was upheld Wednesday, while Julio Jones (knee) also didn't practice and Russell Gage (hamstring), Breshad Perriman (knee) and Scotty Miller (calf) were limited participants. As a result, the entire Tampa Bay receiver room should be monitored as the week goes on to get a sense of who may be able to suit up for the team Sunday against the Packers.

  • Allen Lazard WR | NYJ

Packers' Allen Lazard: Limited by ankle injury

Lazard (ankle) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.

After sitting out Week 1 with an ankle injury, Lazard returned this past Sunday against the Bears and paced Packers wide receivers in offensive snap share (80 percent). He managed just a 2-13-1 receiving line on three targets, however, and he unsurprisingly is having his practice reps capped to kick off Week 3 prep. He'll likely need to upgrade to full activity Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying a designation into Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.

  • Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC

Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Sits out practice

Meyers didn't practice Wednesday due to a knee injury.

Leading up to the Patriots' Week 1 game against the Dolphins, Meyers had been nursing a knee issue, but it didn't prevent him from logging 47 snaps in New England's season-opening loss. He was off the injury report all of last week and finished with nine receptions for 95 yards on 13 targets in a victory over the Steelers. The Patriots didn't indicate that Meyers suffered a setback with the knee against Pittsburgh, so it's possible that his absence Wednesday could be maintenance-related. A return to the field in any capacity Thursday would support that notion and have the wideout trending toward active status this weekend against the Ravens.

  • Deonte Harty WR | BAL

Saints' Deonte Harty: Dealing with foot injury

Harty (foot) was limited at practice Wednesday.

Harty played 11 offensive snaps and caught his lone target for nine yards during Sunday's loss to Tampa Bay. He was the only wideout outside of the team's starting trio of Michael Thomas, Chris Olave and Jarvis Landry to record a catch, but he appears to have come away from the contest with a foot injury. Harty has been competing with Marquez Callaway for the No. 4 wideout spot while Tre'Quan Smith (shoulder) is sidelined, but Harty's potential absence would have a greater impact on New Orleans' return game. Regardless, Harty still has two practices to clear his foot issue before the team has to make a decision on his status for Week 3.
