Higgins has reportedly progressed through the concussion protocol in time to earn clearance for Week 2, barring any pregame setbacks. The Bengals will make his status official roughly 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. Higgins secured both of his targets for 27 yards versus the Steelers in Week 1 before leaving the field.

Toney (hamstring), who is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers, is expected to play, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Toney is dealing with hamstring tightness, and he played only seven offensive snaps while getting two touches Week 1, but he looks like he's trending in the right direction for Sunday's contest. Though he can be explosive with the ball in his hands, it's unclear how sizable of a role Toney will have on offense Week 2 even if active.

Gage (hamstring) remans listed as questionable but is expected to suit up for Sunday's game against the Saints, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Gage is expected to play Week 2, and the Buccaneers are reportedly optimistic about Mike Evans (calf) being available as well, while Julio Jones (knee) is considered a game-time decision. Meanwhile, Chris Godwin (hamstring) is ruled out for Sunday's contest. Depending on how things pan out, Gage could have to step up into a key role for Tom Brady versus the Saints.

Lazard (ankle), who is listed as questionable, is expected to play Sunday against the Bears, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Lazard tweaked his ankle during the final weeks leading up to the regular season and was sidelined for Week 1, but he returned to limited practices this week and is expected to make his season debut against the Bears. However, nothing is official yet, which makes things difficult for fantasy managers who have to wait until the 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff for final confirmation. Assuming Lazard is available, he could be just the spark that Green Bay's offense needs after a sluggish start during the season-opening loss to the Vikings.

Evans (calf) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, but the Buccaneers are optimistic that he'll be able to play, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Evans failed to log a full practice all week, but he apparently showed enough improvement heading into the weekend for Tampa Bay to feel good about his chances of suiting up. The veteran wideout led Tampa Bay with five catches on seven targets for 71 yards and a touchdown during its season-opening win over the Cowboys last weekend. Even if he's available Week 2, Evans will have a tough matchup Sunday while he likely draws shadow coverage from Marshon Lattimore, who held the wideout to just three catches for 62 yards across two games in 2021.

Dulin is set to see an increased workload Sunday at Jacksonville with both Michael Pittman Jr. (quad) and Alec Pierce (concussion) set to miss the game, the Indianapolis Star Tribune reports.

Dulin is likely to start opposite Parris Campbell in two-receiver sets and could even become the primary target in the passing game after earning six targets in last week's tie at Houston. Mike Strachan will likely work in three-receiver sets, with Nyheim Hines, Kylen Granson and Mo Alie-Cox also potentially getting significantly more targets.

Moore (hamstring), who has already been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders, could be sidelined for a few more weeks, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Moore has yet to make his 2022 debut and appears unlikely to make it back for the team's Week 3 game against the Rams, though Fowler relays that the Cardinals anticipate having the wideout back at some point in October. With Andy Isabella (hamstring) also ruled out Week 2, Greg Dortch should be the main beneficiary of seeing regular reps in three-receiver sets alongside Marquise Brown and A.J. Green.

The Buccaneers elevated Geiger from the practice squad to their active roster Saturday for Sunday's game against the Saints.

Geiger, an undrafted rookie, inked a practice-squad deal with Tampa Bay at the end of August after failing to land a spot on the Buccaneers' initial 53-man roster. Tampa Bay has already ruled out Chris Godwin (hamstring) and has four other wideouts listed as questionable, so it's currently unclear what the Buccaneers' receiving corps will look like in Week 2.

The Rams elevated Harris from the practice squad to their active roster Saturday for Sunday's contest against the Falcons.

Harris didn't make the initial 53-man roster but signed a practice-squad deal at the beginning of September. The 2021 fourth-round pick appeared in nine games as a rookie, playing mainly on special teams. He'll likely garner a similar role during his potential season debut in Week 2.

The Broncos elevated Hinton from the practice squad to their active roster Saturday for Sunday's contest against the Texans, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

With KJ Hamler (knee) out, Hinton will get his first look on the active roster in Week 2. Last year, he appeared in 16 games and caught 15 of 23 targets for 175 yards and one touchdown. Denver lacks wideout depth behind Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy, but Hinton will likely still be a long shot for heavy offensive snaps in Week 2.
