Marquise Goodwin WR | CLE
Seahawks' Marquise Goodwin: Signing with Seahawks
Goodwin will sign with the Seahawks on Sunday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Goodwin opted out of the 2020 season but joined the Bears last year and secured 20 of 40 targets for 313 yards and a touchdown over 14 games. The speedy 31-year-old should compete for a role behind Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf (foot) and will be a deep threat for Seattle's eventual starting quarterback.

Robert Woods WR | PIT
Titans' Robert Woods: Making steady progress
Woods has been patient in his recovery from a torn ACL but is feeling "really good," Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Woods has been present at the team's voluntary program this offseason, though he has not physically participated. Instead, both Woods and the team have noted that the focus is on his ability to take part in training camp and maintain his health for the entirety of the 2022 season. Woods was acquired by Tennessee in mid-March, and he could be in line to lead the receiver corps after A.J. Brown was traded during the NFL Draft.

Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Undergoes minor knee surgery
Toney underwent minor knee surgery earlier this offseason, but he is expected to be ready for training camp, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
The 2021 first-round pick hasn't been participating in OTAs for good reason. While the arthroscopic surgery appears to be insignificant, Toney is not expected to participate in any offseason OTAs altogether. Rookie second-round pick Wan'Dale Robinson will likely be the biggest beneficiary in Toney's absence, but expect the Florida product to be ready to play once training camp rolls around.

Jameson Williams WR | DET
Lions' Jameson Williams: Early season return possible
Williams (knee) could have "a realistic timeframe" to make his NFL debut "late September early October," Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Williams will be roughly eight months removed from having torn his left ACL when the 2022 regular season kicks off, and such injuries generally carry a recovery timeframe of at least nine months. However, the orthopedic surgeon who oversaw Williams' procedure recently indicated that the Alabama star's injury may have been less severe than most ACL tears, which led to Williams receiving a 5-to-7 month timeline. Williams has said he's targeting a return to on-field activity by training camp in August, which could be possible as long as he avoids any setbacks. Expectations for Williams to be available Week 1 could still be optimistic, but Twentyman said he believes the rookie first-round pick could be "on the field and making an impact" by Week 4.

Lance McCutcheon WR | TEN
Rams' Lance McCutcheon: Staying with Rams
McCutcheon re-signed with the Rams on Thursday after previously being let go by the team.
McCutcheon was waived by the Rams on Tuesday after initially signing with the team on a three-year contract as an undrafted free agent. He's back with the team now and with 10 total wide receivers currently on the Rams' 90-man offseason roster, McCutcheon will likely compete for a practice squad spot unless he can make a contribution via special teams.

Kalil Pimpleton WR | NYG
Lions' Kalil Pimpleton: Looking good at rookie minicamp
Pimpleton was "electric" in the open field during the portions of Detroit's rookie minicamp that were open to the media, Justin Rogers of The Detroit News reports.
Only two FBS players with at least 10 punt returns averaged more return yards than Pimpleton did at Central Michigan in 2021. While Detroit just gave Kalif Raymond nearly $3 million for the upcoming season to presumably handle that role in Detroit, Pimpleton seems like solid depth to have on hand in case something happens.

Ty Montgomery WR | NE
Patriots' Ty Montgomery: Taking RB reps
Patriots running backs coach Vinnie Sunseri relays that Montgomery, who is listed as a wide receiver on the team's official roster, has been taking backfield reps, NESN.com's Zack Cox reports.
Given the Patriots' deep running back corps and solid depth at wideout, there's not a clear path for Montgomery to see steady touches in the team's offense at this stage. That said, the 29-year-old's versatility is an asset that could help him secure a roster spot, in particular if he makes a case to earn special teams snaps. In 14 games with the Saints last season, Montgomery carried 15 times for 44 yards while catching 16 of his 26 targets for 95 yards.

Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Reps being limited
Coach Brian Daboll said Thursday that Toney (undisclosed) and teammate Kenny Golladay (undisclosed) are participating in OTAs while wearing red jerseys at practice, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
Toney was limited to 10 appearances as a rookie due to health issues, so while there's not yet any reason to consider his current undisclosed injury serious, it will be worth keeping an eye on his status. While Toney's practice reps remain dialed down, the primary beneficiary of increased opportunities could be rookie second-round pick Wan'Dale Robinson, who appears to be competing for a key role in the slot. With Golladay and Sterling Shepard (Achilles) also dealing with injury issues, fourth-year pro Darius Slayton could also see an uptick in work at practice.

Parris Campbell WR | DAL
Colts' Parris Campbell: Facing zero limitations
Campbell (foot) said Wednesday that he feels great and hasn't had any physical limitations during the offseason, Stephen Holder of The Athletic reports.
Campbell underwent foot surgery in the middle of last season and returned to play eight snaps in the Colts' forgettable Week 18 loss to the Jaguars. However, the wideout revealed Wednesday that he played in that contest with a plate and screws in his foot, which were removed two weeks after the season concluded, per Zak Keefer of The Athletic. Campbell has had three consecutive injury-plagued campaigns to start his career, and the Colts added Alec Pierce in the draft, so it's possible the Ohio State product could be facing an uphill battle to make Indianapolis' initial 53-man roster. However, Campbell is only due $1.1 million next season and is finally healthy, so the Colts won't take on much risk by rostering him with the hopes that he makes good on his potential in his fourth NFL season.

Lance McCutcheon WR | TEN
Lance McCutcheon: Let go by Rams
McCutcheon was waived by the Rams on Tuesday, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.
The Montana State product's time in Los Angeles was short-lived as he was waived less than two weeks after signing with the team as an undrafted free agent May 4. McCutcheon showed big-play potential in his senior collegiate season, averaging just under 20 yards per reception in 2021, and his stature at 6-foot-3 should help him compete for a practice squad spot this offseason.
