  • Mike Strachan WR | WAS

Colts' Mike Strachan: Healthy scratch again

Strachan (coach's decision) is a healthy inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Strachan will be in street clothes for the seventh straight game. The rookie wideout's chances of suiting up in the Jan. 9 regular-season finale in Jacksonville wouldn't seem to be promising, as the Colts could get Parris Campbell (foot) back from injured reserve for that contest.

  • Bills' Isaiah McKenzie: Likely looking at decreased role

McKenzie could be in line to see decreased work on offense with Cole Beasley and Gabriel Davis both back from the reserve/COVID-19 list, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.

Even though Emmanuel Sanders is inactive Sunday with a knee injury, there are still three healthy wideouts presumably ahead of McKenzie on the depth chart, so there's a risk he's relegated back to return duties despite an outstanding effort in Week 16. With Beasley and Davis both out last week against New England, the door was open for McKenzie to log a career game, and he did just that by catching 11 of his 12 targets for 125 yards and a score. Amended NFL protocol will allow the position group to get closer to full strength faster than expected, however, so it's unclear what might be left over for McKenzie, even in a favorable matchup against Atlanta.

  • James Proche WR | TEN

Ravens' James Proche: Sitting after seven-catch game

Proche (coach's decision) is a healthy inactive for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Proche's placement on the inactive list is somewhat surprising after he enjoyed a career day in last week's loss to the Bengals, with the second-year wideout hauling in seven of eight targets for 76 yards. Baltimore's decision to hold out Proche and Miles Boykin is likely a sign that the team is more confident in the conditioning of Sammy Watkins, who was limited to just three snaps on offense last week in his return from the reserve/COVID-19 list. Meanwhile, rookie Tylan Wallace has been a core contributor on the Ravens' special-teams units this season and has picked up more involvement in the offensive game plan in recent weeks, so he'll suit up as the No. 5 receiver while Proche and Boykin are in street clothes.

  • Devin Duvernay WR | ARI

Ravens' Devin Duvernay: Cleared for Week 17

Duvernay (ankle) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams.

Though Baltimore listed Duvernay as questionable heading into Sunday, he cleared up most of the concern about his health by practicing fully Friday. He'll likely serve as the Ravens' No. 4 receiver moving forward, as Sammy Watkins should be ready to handle a greater role after being limited to just three snaps in last week's loss to the Bengals in his first game back from the reserve/COVID-19 list.

  • Gabe Davis WR | BUF

Bills' Gabriel Davis: Candidate for added work

Davis is a candidate to start and see a high snap share Sunday against Atlanta with Emmanuel Sanders (knee) inactive for the contest, Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic reports.

Davis had been catching fire prior to missing Week 16 due to being placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list, as he had caught a total of four touchdowns in three games leading up to that designation. Amended NFL protocol will allow the second-year wideout to re-take the field against the Falcons, who are a bottom-three team in terms of fantasy points allowed to wide receivers in PPR formats. Not only is the matchup favorable, but Davis will presumably get to work as a WR3 behind Stefon Diggs and Cole Beasley. With Buffalo often using three-wide-receiver sets, the opportunity will at least be there to recapture the momentum he had been building in Weeks 13-15.

  • Justin Watson WR | HOU

Buccaneers' Justin Watson: Sitting out Week 17

Watson (quadriceps) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jets, Greg Auman of The Athletic reports.

The reserve wideout was able to log 19 snaps on special teams in Week 16 against the Panthers, an appearance that represented his season debut after overcoming a knee injury. However, Watson picked up a quadriceps issue in that contest that will put him right back on the shelf Sunday. He'll have one more chance to tune up for postseason play in the Week 18 regular-season finale versus the Panthers.

  • N'Keal Harry TE | SEA

    Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Inactive Sunday

Harry is inactive for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Given that Harry is not suiting up Sunday, the Patriots' Week 17 wideout corps will be headed by Jakobi Meyers and Kendrick Bourne, with Gunner Olszewski and Kristian Wilkerson candidates to mix in as well.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Ravens' Marquise Brown: Good to go Sunday

Brown (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Rams.

The Ravens tagged Brown as questionable for the Week 17 contest after he was unable to practice Thursday and Friday while battling a non-COVID-19-related illness, but the wideout made enough progress leading into Sunday's game to avoid inactive status. Though he's not expected to face any limitations against Los Angeles, Brown will likely draw shadow coverage from star Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey for most of the contest. In addition to being followed by Ramsey, Brown will have to make do without Lamar Jackson (ankle) for the third week in a row. In each of the previous three games with either Tyler Huntley or Josh Johnson under center, Brown has produced a 20-128-0 receiving line on 31 targets.

  • Jets' Jamison Crowder: Not suiting up Sunday

Crowder (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.

Crowder carried a doubtful tag into the weekend after failing to practice all week, so his inactive status is of little surprise. In the veteran's Week 16 absence versus the Jaguars, Braxton Berrios (5-37) and tight end Tyler Kroft (3-29) were the top two targets for Zach Wilson, but the absences of both Kroft and Ryan Griffin due to COVID-19 could lead to more targets for the likes of Crowder's fellow wideouts Keelan Cole and Denzel Mims.

  • Jakobi Meyers WR | JAC

Patriots' Jakobi Meyers: Active for Sunday's game

Meyers (thigh) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

With Nelson Agholor (concussion) having previously been ruled out for the contest and N'Keal Harry (hip) inactive, Meyers should be in line to head the Patriots' Week 17 wideout corps along with Kendrick Bourne, with Gunner Olszewski and Kristian Wilkerson candidates to mix in as well. Meyers has carved out a degree of utility in PPR formats this season by logging a 71-723-1 receiving line (on 110 targets) over the course of 15 games.
