  • DJ Moore WR | BUF

Panthers' DJ Moore: Begins week day-to-day

Panthers head coach Matt Rhule said Monday that Moore (hamstring) is day-to-day after pulling his hamstring in Sunday's loss to the Falcons, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Moore played 89 percent of the Panthers' offensive snaps in the contest, catching six of 10 targets for 84 yards. Before departing late Sunday, Moore attempted to talk his way into returning to the contest, so he would seem to have a fair shot at being cleared to play Week 15 in Buffalo so long as he can practice in some capacity leading up to the contest. That said, Moore could face some difficulty establishing a rhythm with his quarterback even if healthy, as Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site relays that Cam Newton and P.J. Walker are expected to split reps under center.

  • Packers' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Catches three passes

Valdes-Scantling was targeted five times and caught three passes for 20 yards in Sunday's 45-30 victory over the Bears.

Valdes-Scantling caught at least three passes for the third game in a row, but he also took a clear back seat to both Davante Adams and Allen Lazard in Week 14. Valdes-Scantling has been plenty busy of late, racking up 24 targets over his last three games and playing at least two-thirds of the snaps in each contest, but he also caught just 11 passes during that span, and 75 of the 193 yards he tallied came on one play. He'll take on a depleted Ravens secondary Week 15, but he presumably will be a boom-or-bust option in fantasy lineups.

  • Davion Davis WR | WAS

Texans' Davion Davis: Ruled out for season

Davis has been ruled out for the remainder of the season due to a fractured lower left leg, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.

Davis went down with an ankle injury in the first quarter of Sunday's loss to the Seahawks and will be unavailable for the final four games of the season. The 25-year-old appeared in just two games during the 2021 campaign and hauled in one of three targets for 17 yards.

  • Panthers' Terrace Marshall: Not targeted Sunday

Marshall was not targeted in Sunday's 29-21 loss to the Falcons.

Marshall returned to the lineup after being a healthy scratch in Carolina's last game. Although he played almost half of the team's offensive snaps, Marshall didn't get any looks his way in the passing game and veteran Brandon Zylstra again outperformed him, finishing with four catches for 45 yards while playing a few more snaps. Without a catch since Week 6, Marshall has run into a substantial rookie wall that has seen Zylstra surpass him in the pecking order.

  • Penny Hart WR | ATL

Seahawks' Penny Hart: Snares one pass

Hart caught his lone target for 16 yards in Sunday's 33-13 win over the Texans.

Hart finished fifth among Seahawks wide receivers with just nine offensive snaps. The 5-foot-8 speedster likely won't see an increase in playing time as long as Freddie Swain and Dee Eskridge are healthy. Hart has six receptions for 53 yards through 13 games.

  • Seahawks' Dee Eskridge: Usage rising

Eskridge failed to catch his lone target in Sunday's 33-13 win over the Texans.

Eskridge recorded a season-high 49 percent snap share Sunday, out-snapping Freddie Swain (44 percent) for the first time this year. Unfortunately, the rookie couldn't capitalize on the opportunity. His usage is encouraging, especially in dynasty formats, but he has a long way to go before fantasy managers can rely on him on a weekly basis. Eskridge has recorded seven receptions for 47 yards and a touchdown through six games.

  • Texans' Phillip Dorsett: Heavy-ish workload Week 14

Dorsett caught one of three targets for nine yards and had one carry for no gain in Sunday's 33-13 loss to Seattle.

Dorsett, who joined the Texans' organization 10 days ago, was put to immediate use after Davion Davis left the game with an ankle injury. He played 39 snaps (48 percent share), which is significant for a newcomer. Dorsett has very little experience in the offense or familiarity with rookie quarterback Davis Mills, but that could develop over the final weeks of the season if Davis is unavailable.

  • Chris Conley WR | SF

Texans' Chris Conley: Catches two passes in loss

Conley caught both of his targets for 20 yards in Sunday's 33-13 loss to the Seahawks.

Conley finished third among wide receivers in playing time (46 snaps) but was held under 40 receiving yards for the 12th time in 13 games. Outside of a big week against New England in Week 5, Conley has done little to help fantasy teams. Beyond Brandin Cooks and rookie Nico Collins, there's little to inspire fantasy managers evaluating Houston's wideouts.

  • Chris Moore WR | BAL

Texans' Chris Moore: Inactive Week 14

Moore was a healthy inactive for Week 14 against Seattle.

Danny Amendola's knee injury seemingly created an opportunity for Moore, but head coach David Culley is looking elsewhere for slot receivers. Davion Davis was the first to play in the slot, but he left after one catch and one play with an ankle injury. After that, it was a combination of Phillip Dorsett and Chris Conley. Moore's status could change for Week 15 at Jacksonville, pending Davis' health.

  • Nico Collins WR | HOU

Texans' Nico Collins: Double-digit targets in loss

Collins caught five of 10 targets for 69 yards in Sunday's 33-13 loss to Seattle.

Collins enjoyed season highs in catches, targets and yards in the Week 14 loss. What's significant for the rookie wideout is that the Texans turned over the controls of the offense to rookie quarterback Davis Mills. Houston is in full-on evaluation mode, which includes establishing a potential 2022 collaboration of Mills and Collins -- the duo combined for the team's longest play, a 30-yard deep ball that set up a touchdown on the Texans' first drive of the game. Only Brandin Cooks had more targets (11) than Collins, who had seven more than Phillip Dorsett and eight more than Chris Conley.
