Dyami Brown WR | WAS
Football Team's Dyami Brown: Limited participant in practice
Brown (knee) was limited in Washington's practice Wednesday.
Brown has been dealing with an aggravated knee injury since Week 5 when he was unable to suit up against the Saints. The receiver was limited and listed as questionable leading up to Week 6, but he managed to play against the Chiefs. Expect Brown to be able to play in Week 7 barring any setbacks.
-
Jakeem Grant WR | ATL
Bears' Jakeem Grant: Sidelined Wednesday
Grant (ankle) did not practice Wednesday.
Grant picked up the injury during Sunday's Week 6 loss to the Packers during a long kick return that was ultimately called back due to a penalty. He managed to return to the game, but the issue is apparently still bothering him to begin the practice week.
-
Bryan Edwards WR | NO
Raiders' Bryan Edwards: Limited by hamstring
Edwards was limited at practice Wednesday due to a hamstring injury, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.
In addition, Henry Ruggs (knee) was limited Wednesday, but the Raiders haven't indicated that either wideout will be at risk of sitting out this weekend against the Eagles. Edwards caught two of his four targets for 67 yards in this past Sunday's 34-24 win over the Broncos.
-
Chris Conley WR | SF
Texans' Chris Conley: Limited Wednesday
Conley (neck) was a limited participant at Wednesday's practice.
Conley suffered the neck injury during Sunday's loss to the Colts, though he was able to return to the contest. The injury doesn't appear to be a serious concern, given that he was able to participate in the first practice of the week.
-
A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Misses practice Wednesday
Brown (illness) didn't practice Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Brown was added to the Titans' injury report this past Sunday after experiencing a case of food poisoning, but he was able to suit up in Monday's 34-31 win over the Bills. He logged 42 of a possible 53 offensive snaps in the victory, finishing with seven receptions for 91 yards. His availability for this weekend's game against Kansas City doesn't appear to be in any danger, but the same can't be said for fellow starting wideout Julio Jones (hamstring), who didn't finish Monday's contest and was unable to practice Wednesday.
-
Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Limited in practice
Mooney (groin) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice.
Mooney first appeared on the Bears' injury reports with the groin issue Week 3, but it hasn't stopped him from playing in any of the team's ensuing four games. During that four-game stretch, Mooney (14 catches for 214 yards and a touchdown on 24 targets) actually has outproduced No. 1 receiver Allen Robinson (13-175-0 on 21 targets). Mooney also looks to be the healthier of the two wideouts at the moment, as Robinson sat out Wednesday's practice with an ankle injury.
-
Allen Robinson WR | DET
Bears' Allen Robinson: Misses practice with ankle issue
Robinson (ankle) was a non-participant in Wednesday's practice.
The same injury kept Robinson out of the Bears' first two Week 6 practices, but he returned to the field last Friday as a limited participant to take a questionable tag into the team's matchup with the Packers. He proceeded to suit up and play 93 percent of the offensive snaps in the Bears' 24-14 loss, recording four receptions for 53 yards on the day. Assuming he gets back on the practice field in some capacity by the end of the week, Robinson should be good to go for this Sunday's game at Tampa Bay.
-
DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Limited at Wednesday's walk-through
Parker (shoulder/hamstring) was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's estimated practice report, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports.
The Dolphins held a walk-through Wednesday, so what Parker is able to do during Thursday's session should provide a better idea of whether he has a shot to return to action Sunday against the Falcons. That the wideout was listed as limited Wednesday is encouraging, given that Parker didn't practice at all leading up to Miami's Week 6 loss to the Jaguars.
-
Terrace Marshall Jr. WR | MIA
Panthers' Terrace Marshall: Sits out Wednesday
Marshall (concussion) didn't practice Wednesday.
It's no surprise Marshall hasn't cleared the necessary steps in the NFL's protocol for head injuries after taking a big hit from Vikings safety Xavier Woods this past Sunday. Marshall has had a slow start to his NFL career, despite seeing at least 50 percent of the Panthers' offensive snaps in five of six games. With Marshall and fellow wide receiver Alex Erickson diagnosed with concussions, the Panthers are left with Shi Smith at the position on the active roster behind starters DJ Moore and Robby Anderson.
-
David Moore WR | CAR
David Moore: Lands on Broncos' practice squad
Denver signed Moore to the practice squad Wednesday.
Moore suited up for the Broncos in Weeks 4 and 5, versus the Ravens and Steelers, respectively, but in that span he failed to secure either of his two targets. Now, the former Seahawks wideout will get a chance to develop on the practice squad.
