  • Broncos' Tyrie Cleveland: Elevated to active roster

Cleveland was elevated from the Broncos' practice squad Saturday.

Cleveland joined Denver's practice squad after he was waived in late August, and he'll join the active roster for the first time this season. He'll provide relief for the team's receiving corps with Courtland Sutton (ankle) and Diontae Spencer (chest) questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

  • Chris Moore WR | BAL

Texans' Chris Moore: Rejoins active roster

Moore was elevated from the Texans' practice squad Saturday.

Moore was active in Week 3 but played just two offensive snaps in the loss to Carolina. He'll play a depth role at wide receiver with Danny Amendola (thigh) questionable against the Patriots.

  • Packers' Equanimeous St. Brown: Elevated from practice squad

St. Brown was elevated from the Packers' practice squad Saturday.

St. Brown will be bumped up to the active roster for a second consecutive game to serve as depth at wide receiver. The 25-year-old played 11 offensive snaps in last week's win over the Steelers but failed to haul in his lone target.

  • Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Sunday status up in air

Sutton, who is listed as a questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers, suffered a sprained ankle during practice Friday that isn't considered overly serious, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

Klis notes that Sutton will make the trip to Pittsburgh with his teammates, but the receiver's gameday status will hinge on how he feels Sunday morning. Fortunately for those considering the Broncos' top wideout in fantasy lineups, the team kicks off at 1 p.m. ET this week among the early wave of games.

  • Phillip Dorsett: Reverts to practice squad

Dorsett reverted to the Seahawks' practice squad following Thursday's loss to the Rams.

Dorsett was elevated for Thursday's matchup but didn't take the field in the loss. The 28-year-old failed to haul in his lone target in an appearance with the Jaguars this season and will now return to Seattle's practice squad.

  • Racey McMath WR | DAL

Titans' Racey McMath: Placed on IR

McMath (quadriceps) was placed on injured reserve Friday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

McMath has been targeted just once across his first four appearances of the season, and he'll now miss at least three games with a quad injury. Josh Reynolds and Cameron Batson could see slightly increased playing time in his absence.

  • Kadarius Toney WR | CLE

Giants' Kadarius Toney: Another start awaits

Toney is expected to remain in a starting role Sunday against the Cowboys with fellow wideouts Darius Slayton (hamstring) and Sterling Shepard (hamstring) ruled out for the second straight game.

After handling a limited role behind Kenny Golladay, Shepard and Slayton in the Giants' first three contests, Toney took advantage of his largest opportunity to date while the latter two pass catchers were sidelined last week against Atlanta. In the Giants' 34-30 win, Toney drew nine targets and recorded six receptions for 78 yards. John Ross and C.J. Board are also expected to help fill in for Shepard and Slayton, but Toney outpaced both players comfortably in both snaps and targets Week 4. In addition to having a sizable role on offense, Toney could see his first snaps of the season on special teams with top punt returner Jabrill Peppers (hamstring) ruled out for the contest.

  • Chase Claypool WR | BUF

Steelers' Chase Claypool: Ready to play Week 5

Claypool (hamstring) practiced fully Friday and enters Sunday's game against the Broncos without an injury designation.

Limited by the hamstring issue in the Steelers' first two Week 5 practices, Claypool put to rest any concerns about his health by taking every rep during Friday's session. Before the injury prevented him from playing in the Week 4 loss to the Packers, Claypool enjoyed a featured role in the passing attack in the Steelers' loss to the Bengals in Week 3, when he finished with nine receptions for 96 yards on 15 targets. It's worth noting that Diontae Johnson -- who is averaging 11.6 targets per game over three appearances -- was sidelined for that Week 3 contest, so Claypool will most likely be in store for lighter involvement in the passing game in his return to the lineup. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger will have all of his pass-catching options at his disposal Week 4, save for No. 4 receiver James Washington (groin).

  • Steelers' James Washington: Won't play Sunday

Washington (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos.

Washington was added to the injury report as a limited participant Thursday, and he's now been ruled out for Week 5 after sitting out Friday's practice. Ray-Ray McCloud is poised to operate as Pittsburgh's No. 4 wideout this weekend.

  • Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Deemed questionable for Week 5

Westbrook-Ikhine (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Westbrook-Ikhine steadily increased his practice activity throughout the week, advancing from no participation in Wednesday's session to full participation Friday. While he ultimately wasn't able to enter the weekend without a designation, Westbrook-Ikhine's ability to take every rep Friday likely suggests he'll avoid the Titans' inactive list, which will be released 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. If he dresses for the contest, Westbrook-Ikhine should rotate in with Josh Reynolds and Chester Rogers alongside top option A.J. Brown in three-receiver sets while Julio Jones (hamstring) misses a second straight game.
