A.J. Brown WR | NE
Titans' A.J. Brown: Back in action Sunday
Brown (hamstring) was a full participant in practice for the second straight day and enters Sunday's game against the Jaguars without an injury designation, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Just as Titans head coach Mike Vrabel suggested would be the case prior to Friday's practice session, Brown is set to return to the lineup after a one-game absence due to the hamstring injury. Brown should find himself as the clear top option in the Titans' passing attack Week 5, as fellow starting wideout Julio Jones (hamstring) has been ruled out for a second straight contest. The absence of Jones could open up a few extra looks for Brown, who averaged 6.3 targets per game over the first three weeks of the season. Chester Rogers, Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (hamstring) and Josh Reynolds are also expected to absorb some of Jones' vacated snaps and targets.

Courtland Sutton WR | DEN
Broncos' Courtland Sutton: Added to injury report Friday
Sutton rolled his ankle in practice Friday and will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.
We'll track Sutton's status as Sunday's 1:00 ET kickoff approaches, but if he's unable to suit up this weekend, Tim Patrick would profile as Denver's top wideout in Week 5, with Jerry Jeudy (ankle) and KJ Hamler (knee) both on IR. Also in the team's wideout mix are Kendall Hinton, David Moore and Diontae Spencer (chest/questionable).

DeAndre Carter WR | DET
Football Team's DeAndre Carter: Could see bump in playing time
Coach Ron Rivera said Carter will get more playing time on offense Sunday against the Saints, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
The absences of Dyami Brown (knee) and Cam Sims (hamstring), coupled with uncertainty over the health of Curtis Samuel (groin), should open up more opportunities for Carter behind Terry McLaurin and Adam Humphries. Though Carter has previously struggled to make much of an impact in the NFL, he's off to a strong start this season in a special teams capacity, as he was named NFC special teams player of the week after scoring a 101-yard kickoff return touchdown against the Falcons. Now, the 28-year-old wide receiver could get more opportunities to utilize his shiftiness on offense while still maintaining a prominent special teams role.
-
Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Cleared to play
Higgins (shoulder) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Packers after returning to a full practice Friday.
Meanwhile, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor told Ben Baby of ESPN.com that Higgins looked good in practice all week, which sets the stage for the wideout to return from a two-game absence with few limitations, if any. Prior to suffering his shoulder injury, Higgins hauled in 10 of his 15 targets for 118 yards and two touchdowns in two contests.
-
Amari Cooper WR | LV
Cowboys' Amari Cooper: Officially deemed questionable
Cooper (hamstring/rib) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Dallas beat writers expect Cooper and RB Ezekiel Elliott (knee) to play after both managed limited practice participation Thursday and Friday. Cooper's reduced snap share last week (48 percent) created some level of concern, but he still finished with a 3-69-1 receiving line and now seems ready to play again. It'll be a surprise if Cooper is on the inactive list ahead of Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff.
-
Elijah Moore WR | PHI
Jets' Elijah Moore: Cleared for takeoff in London
Moore (concussion) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Moore cleared the concussion protocol earlier in the week and logged consecutive practices Thursday and Friday to set aside all doubts about his availability for an appetizing matchup against an ineffective and injury-riddled Atlanta secondary in London. Per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com, rookie quarterback Zach Wilson believes Moore is on the verge of a breakout performance, much like Wilson himself had in Moore's absence in Week 4 against the Titans.
-
DeVante Parker WR | PHI
Dolphins' DeVante Parker: Takes questionable tag into Week 5
Parker (shoulder/hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Hal Habib of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Parker was a limited participant in practice from Wednesday through Friday, first due to a shoulder injury before a sore hamstring cropped up later in the week. It's unclear which of the two injuries is bothering Parker the most at this juncture, but head coach Brian Flores hinted that the wideout could be headed for a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff, per Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald. If Parker doesn't make enough progress to get the green light to play Sunday, Jaylen Waddle would likely be locked in as the team's clear top wideout, given that Will Fuller (finger) moved to injured reserve earlier this week.
-
Darius Slayton WR | IND
Giants' Darius Slayton: Out again
Slayton (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The same goes for Sterling Shepard, whose absence has freed up slot work for first-round pick Kadarius Toney. Slayton's missing perimeter snaps have mostly gone to a mix of John Ross, Collin Johnson and C.J. Board, with Ross coming on strong last week to put up 3-78-1 in his first game back from IR. In any case, Slayton and Shepard will shoot for a Week 6 return against the Rams.
-
Sterling Shepard WR | NYJ
Giants' Sterling Shepard: Out another week
Shepard (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Cowboys, Jordan Raanan of ESPN.com reports.
The same goes for Darius Slayton, who injured his hamstring in the same game (Week 3) and more or less seems to be on the same timeline. Both wideouts were spotted around practice this week, but neither actually participated, instead remaining limited to side work. With Shepard and Slayton out again, the Giants figure to lean on Kadarius Toney and John Ross alongside Kenny Golladay in three-wide sets, though C.J. Board and Collin Johnson could also get some snaps. Shepard's next chance to play will be a Sunday game (Oct. 17) against the Rams in Week 6.
-
Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Cleared for Week 5
Mooney (groin) was a full practice participant Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
Quarterback play is now the biggest concern for both Mooney and Allen Robinson, though the second-year pro did catch five of seven targets for 125 yards last week in a 24-14 win over the Lions. Rookie Justin Fields, while erratic, has at least sent 15 of his 52 targets (28.9 percent) in Mooney's direction so far, while Robinson (13, 25.0 percent) is the only other player who has seen more than eight passes from the rookie QB. Injuries could improve Mooney's matchup this week, with the Raiders missing No. 2 CB Trayvon Mullen (foot) and No. 4 CB Damon Arnette (groin).
