Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Officially DNP
Higgins (shoulder) was listed as a non-participant in Tuesday's practice, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Higgins underwent an evaluation Tuesday to determine the extent of his injury, and it appears he didn't receive encouraging news. The 22-year-old wideout was marked as DNP for the second straight session. He's trending in the wrong direction ahead of Thursday's home matchup against the Jaguars. If Higgins sits out, Ja'Marr Chase and Tyler Boyd will serve as Joe Burrow's top receiving options.

Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Not participating Tuesday
Higgins (shoulder) wasn't dressed during the part of Tuesday's practice open to the media, Ben Baby of ESPN.com reports.
Higgins appears poised to go down as a non-participant on a second straight injury report, after he was listed as DNP on Monday's practice estimate. It seems as if the evaluation that coach Zac Taylor said Higgins would undergo on his shoulder issue Tuesday didn't yield positive results.

Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Scheduled to practice this week
Johnson (knee) is on track to practice this week, Missi Matthews of the Steelers' official site reports.
Coach Mike Tomlin didn't go into detail regarding to what extent Johnson might practice this week, or if he'll be on the field for the Steelers' first official Week 4 session Wednesday, but the fact that the wideout is expected to take reps in some capacity suggests that he's being viewed as day-to-day rather than week-to-week. How Johnson's injured knee looks in practice will likely determine whether he returns from a one-game absence to suit up Sunday in Green Bay. Ben Roethlisberger struggled mightily in a Week 3 loss to the Bengals without his top target at his disposal, as the quarterback tossed two picks and averaged a season-low 5.5 yards per attempt.

Byron Pringle WR | WAS
Chiefs' Byron Pringle: Garners season-high six targets
Pringle reeled in two of his season-high six targets for 12 yards Sunday against the Chargers.
While the bad news was that Pringle couldn't turn his six targets into any real production, the good news is he finished with a season-high mark in targets and offensive snap share (38 percent). However, that was likely due, in part, to the Chiefs trailing entering the second half and turning a bit more pass-heavy with the offensive approach, affording more opportunities to wideouts overall. Pringle still ranked fourth in snap share among wideouts Sunday, which is unlikely to change as long as the other three -- Tyreek Hill, Mecole Hardman and Demarcus Robinson -- remain healthy and available.
-
Jamal Agnew WR | ATL
Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: Returns missed FG for touchdown
Agnew returned Matt Prater's 66-yard field-goal attempt 109 yards for a touchdown at the end of the first half during Sunday's 31-19 loss to the Cardinals. He also added 28 returns yards on kickoffs and punts.
Agnew scored his second return touchdown of the season Sunday, but he was held without a target during six offensive snaps. The 26-year-old speedster has played 20 offensive snaps through the first three games this season and has yet to garner a target.
-
Demarcus Robinson WR | SF
Chiefs' Demarcus Robinson: Reels in pair of passes
Robinson compiled two catches for 17 yards on a pair of targets Sunday versus the Chargers.
Robinson once again played the second-most snaps of any wide receiver Sunday but hasn't really drawn much in the way of targets thus far. Through three games, he has amassed a total of eight targets, and it seems unlikely things will change on that front in the near future with at least three or four other options ahead of him in the pecking order for looks in the passing game.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Cowboys' Cedrick Wilson: Finds end zone Monday
Wilson caught two of four targets for 17 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 41-21 win over the Eagles.
The Cowboys put up plenty of points in the rout, but it wasn't the usual suspects getting the scores through the air as tight end Dalton Schultz caught two of Dak Prescott's three TD passes, with Wilson snagging the third. The receiver benefitted from Prescott's ability to create, as on a fourth and goal from Philadelphia's two-yard line in the fourth quarter, the QB bought time and scrambled to his right until Wilson was able to get open at the back of the end zone. The 25-year-old has only seen six targets through two games since Michael Gallup (calf) landed on IR, catching four of them for 37 yards plus Monday's TD, and his snaps and role in the offense haven't actually increased from the Cowboys' opener. That makes Wilson a risky fantasy option in Week 4 against what has been a stingy Panthers defense.
-
Zay Jones WR | HOU
Raiders' Zay Jones: Contributes one catch in win
Jones caught his lone target for 15 yards in Sunday's 31-28 overtime win against the Dolphins.
Jones continues to out-snap No. 5 receiver Willie Snead, but the former has drawn just three total targets from quarterback Derek Carr through three games. Expect a similar role for Jones in Week 4 against the Chargers as Henry Ruggs, Bryan Edwards and Hunter Renfrow remain healthy.
-
Jakeem Grant WR | ATL
Dolphins' Jakeem Grant: Barely plays offense Week 3
Grant was not targeted during Sunday's 31-28 overtime loss to the Raiders.
Grant dealt with an ankle injury leading into Week 3, which may explain in part why he only handled two offensive snaps versus Las Vegas. On the other hand, the debut of Will Fuller may have simply deprived Grant of any real opportunities to handle skill-position reps. The speedster did lock down his usual role as Miami's top return man, but as long as he's limited almost entirely to special teams, he will remain off the fantasy radar in the vast majority of formats.
-
Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Catches two passes
Toney caught two of three targets for 16 yards Sunday against the Falcons.
With Darius Slayton and Sterling Shepard suffering hamstring injuries, Toney could be in line for more work. The first-round rookie has dealt with nagging injuries himself, cutting into his readiness to make an early-season impact. Toney profiles best as a slot receiver, so he would have a clearer path to deliver fantasy value if Shepard in particular misses time.
