  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Ravens' Marquise Brown: Overcomes drops to score TD

Brown caught two of six targets for 50 yards and a touchdown in Monday night's 47-42 win over the Browns.

Brown was plagued by multiple drops over the course of Monday's contest, but he came up big when it mattered most. Facing fourth-and-five while down a touchdown with under two minutes remaining, Brown ran deep for a dramatic 44-yard score to save his night and Baltimore's hopes of victory. In doing so, Brown also found the end zone for the third straight game, giving him considerable momentum ahead of a tasty matchup against the hapless Jaguars in Week 15.

  • Alex Erickson WR | HOU

Bengals' Alex Erickson: Loses key fumble

Erickson caught one pass for nine yards and lost a fumble on a rushing attempt in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys.

Erickson's fumble was one of three lost by the Bengals, and it ultimately led to a touchdown drive that increased the Cowboys' lead to 17-0. The veteran wideout has yet to see more than three targets or two touches in a game this season, instead seeing most of his action as a punt returner.

  • Tyler Boyd WR | TEN

Bengals' Tyler Boyd: Relatively quiet game

Boyd had five catches for 43 yards on nine targets in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys.

At least this result was better than two weeks ago against the Giants, but the drop in quality in quarterbacks from Joe Burrow to Brandon Allen or Ryan Finley has been devastating for the Bengals' top wideouts. It's not likely to get much better in Week 15 against the Steelers.

  • Cardinals' KeeSean Johnson: Records one catch Week 14

Johnson reeled in one of two passes for nine yards during Sunday's 26-7 road win versus the Giants.

With Larry Fitzgerald back from the reserve/COVID-19 list, the Cardinals opted to make Andy Isabella a healthy scratch, which allowed Johnson to work as the No. 4 wide receiver behind DeAndre Hopkins, Christian Kirk and Fitzgerald. The top trio earned between 72 and 84 percent of the plays on offense, while Johnson was limited to 24 percent and Trent Sherfield to six percent. Only Johnson got into the act among those two, but a nine-yard catch on such a small snap share is nothing to write home about.

  • Juwann Winfree WR | HOU

Juwann Winfree: Slides back to practice squad

Winfree reverted to Green Bay's practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Green Bay found itself in a pinch, with injuries pressing its capacity at the receiver position throughout the week. However, Equanimeous St. Brown's activation from a concussion mitigated any kind of minor offensive role for Winfree. The Colorado product closed out the Week 14 win over Detroit with just one offensive snap, compared to 11 with the special-teams unit.

  • Shelton Gibson WR | WAS

Shelton Gibson: Cut from practice squad

Gibson was cut from Carolina's practice squad Monday, Alaina Getzenberg of The Charlotte Observer reports.

In a corresponding move, the Panthers signed wideout Ventell Bryant to fill Gibson's spot on the practice squad. The West Virginia hasn't suited up for an NFL game since making 15 appearances for the Eagles during 2018.

  • Tim Patrick WR | NYJ

Broncos' Tim Patrick: Scores sixth touchdown of season

Patrick caught three of five targets for 36 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 32-27 win in Carolina.

Patrick helped the Broncos take a two-score lead late in the third quarter, first with a nifty short-crosser into a wheel route that picked up 32 yards. Then, after a big gain on a tight-end screen, Patrick helped punch it in with a two-yard touchdown to the flat -- his third touchdown in his last two games and sixth of the season. The Utah product has averaged just 3.7 targets per game over the past three weeks -- down from 6.2 during his first nine outings of the season -- but he remains the most consistent red-zone target in an offense that appears to be starting-and-stopping into form. Next up is a Buffalo pass defense that has ranked in the middle of the pack this season.

  • Chris Moore WR | BAL

Ravens' Chris Moore: Not yet ready for game action

Moore (thigh) was not activated for Monday night's matchup against the Browns, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Moore was designated to return from injured reserve Dec. 4, but the Ravens still have 11 more days to make a decision on his direction for the rest of the season. By Christmas, Baltimore must either bring the 27-year-old onto the active roster or move him to season-ending IR. The Cincinnati product has made just one appearance all year, recording a special-teams tackle Week 8 against Pittsburgh.

  • Jauan Jennings WR | MIN

Jauan Jennings: Return to practice not imminent

Coach Kyle Shanahan said Monday that Jennings (hamstring) isn't expected to practice in the near future, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Shanahan added that Jennings nearly ripped his hamstring in October. Despite Shanahan's pessimism in the short term, the head coach was hopeful that Jennings will practice and possibly play in a game by the end of the season. Jennings posted a 59-969-8 line over 13 games in his senior season at Tennessee. He'll remain on the 49ers' practice squad until he's healthy.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | SF

49ers' Deebo Samuel: Done for regular season

Coach Kyle Shanahan indicated Monday that a hamstring strain will keep Samuel out for the rest of the regular season, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

In Samuel's looming absence, added opportunities in the 49ers offense will be available down the stretch for Brandon Aiyuk, Kendrick Bourne and Richie James.
