  • David Moore WR | CAR

Seahawks' David Moore: Looks good for Week 9

Moore (ankle/back) won't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Bills, Brady Henderson of ESPN.com reports.

Moore was added to the Seahawks' official injury report Thursday after failing to practice due to the two listed issues, but his lack of a designation heading into the weekend suggests he may have just gotten some extra maintenance. Expect Moore to continue rotating with Freddie Swain in three-receiver sets Week 9, but neither can be counted on to see many looks with DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett typically hogging the targets.

  • River Cracraft WR | WAS

49ers' River Cracraft: Debuts as starter in TNF loss

Cracraft started and was on the field for 89 percent of the 49ers' offensive snaps Thursday, finishing with two receptions (five targets) for 13 yards in a 34-17 loss to Green Bay.

Cracraft was promoted from the practice squad prior to Thursday's contest after a slew of wide receivers were ruled out due to the risk of COVID-19. The 25-year-old was immediately thrust into the starting lineup, only finishing behind the quarterback and offensive linemen in terms of playing time. Cracraft wasn't able to turn the opportunity into a big fantasy day, but the fact that coach Kyle Shanahan deployed him as a starter shows that he could be in line for opportunities if San Francisco's receiving corps is forced to miss more time down the road. Regular starters Kendrick Bourne and Brandon Aiyuk turned in negative results for COVID-19 after the initial scare, so Cracraft may shoot back down the depth chart heading into Week 10's matchup against the Saints.

  • Vyncint Smith WR | IND

Jets' Vyncint Smith: Unable to practice Friday

    Smith (groin) didn't practice Friday.

Smith's trending in the wrong direction, as he went from participating on a limited basis Thursday to not practicing at all Friday. Even with the benefit of an extra day to get right, Smith will likely need to participate at some level Saturday to have a realistic shot at suiting up against New England come Monday.

  • Jets' Breshad Perriman: Full practice Friday

    Perriman (concussion) practiced fully Friday.

Coach Adam Gase said earlier Friday that Perriman had reached the final stage of the concussion protocol, and the receiver's full participation in Friday's practice suggests that he's at least very close to clearing the protocol entirely if he hasn't already done so. With the benefit of an extra recovery day before Monday's game against the Patriots, Perriman seems to be trending toward playing, though he'll need to officially clear the concussion protocol to suit up.

  • Scott Miller WR | CHI

Buccaneers' Scotty Miller: Cleared for Week 9

Miller (hip/groin) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Saints, Jenna Laine of ESPN.com reports.

The Buccaneers cleared Miller for the Week 9 matchup after he was able to practice fully Friday. The second-year wideout has drawn 15 targets between the past two games, but he'll likely take a back seat in the passing game over the second half of the season with Antonio Brown set to make his team debut Sunday. Brown could be on a limited snap count against the Saints, but once he gets fully familiar with the Bucs' offensive system, he should be a fixture in three-receiver sets with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, leaving Miller as the fourth option on the depth chart.

  • Saints' Michael Thomas: Questionable for Week 9

Thomas (ankle/hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game in Tampa Bay.

Thomas was a limited practice participant throughout the week, and while we'd ideally like to see at least one full session, he seemingly has a decent shot to make his first game appearance since Week 1. If that happens, Thomas will face one of the top defenses in the league, led by cornerbacks Carlton Davis, Jamel Dean and Sean Murphy-Bunting. An 8:20 p.m. ET kickoff could make things tricky for fantasy managers if Thomas' availability comes down to a game-time decision, something that appears reasonably likely at this point.

  • Chris Godwin WR | TB

Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Questionable, should play Week 9

Godwin (finger) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, but head coach Bruce Arians said earlier Friday that he expects the receiver to return from a one-game absence, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.

Godwin backed up Arians' optimism about his status by practicing fully Friday after the Buccaneers listed him as a limited participant earlier this week in his first two practices since undergoing surgery Oct. 27 to repair a fractured left index finger. Notably, Godwin caught the ball Friday for the first time since his procedure, so assuming that wasn't too much of an issue, he should be ready to start and handle a normal snap load come Sunday. The Buccaneers are slated to unveil a star-studded pass-catching corps Week 9, as Antonio Brown is set to make his much-anticipated team debut alongside Godwin, Mike Evans and Rob Gronkowski.

  • A.J. Brown WR | NE

Titans' A.J. Brown: Good to go this week

Brown (knee) returned to a full practice Friday and is good to go for Sunday's game against the Bears, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Brown has been managing a knee issue of late, but he's logged heavy snaps over the past two weeks and has been targeted at least seven times in each of the five games he's played in this season. Since returning from a two-game absence in Week 5, Brown has scored TDs in four straight games and five overall in that span.

  • Chris Moore WR | BAL

Ravens' Chris Moore: Unlikely for Week 9

Moore (thigh) is listed as doubtful and not expected to suit up against the Colts on Sunday, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

The 27-year-old made his season debut against the Steelers in Week 8, a contest in which he only contributed on special teams. If Moore indeed misses Sunday's game in Indianapolis, it could open up slightly increased opportunities for James Proche.

  • Devin Duvernay WR | ARI

Ravens' Devin Duvernay: Picks up thigh injury

Duvernay was limited in practice Friday due to a thigh injury and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.

Duvernay has been a source of big plays for the Ravens recently, but he's thus far gotten by on limited volume, as he hasn't topped three targets in any game this season. Given that he didn't appear on the Ravens' first two injury reports of the week, Duvernay may have hurt his thigh at some point during Friday's practice. Clarity on Duvernay's Week 9 status will arrive when the team releases its inactive list approximately 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.
