  • Calvin Ridley WR | TEN

Titans' Calvin Ridley: Won't play Sunday

Ridley (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

With Ridley out, look for Elic Ayomanor and Van Jefferson (ankle) -- if available -- to lead the Titans' WR corps versus New England. Chimere Dike and Tyler Lockett also should mix in, as was the case Week 6 when Ridley exited after just six snaps. Ridley's next chance to play will occur Sunday, Oct. 26 against the Colts.

  • Gage Larvadain WR | CLE

Browns' Gage Larvadain: Questionable for Week 7

Larvadain (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Larvadain will first need clearance from an independent neurologist to exit the NFL's five-step concussion protocol. If he's able to attain that prior to Sunday's game, Larvadain would go back to filling a depth role on offense and possibly contributing in the return game on special teams.

  • Stefon Diggs WR | NE

Patriots' Stefon Diggs: Questionable for Sunday

Diggs (chest) will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.

Diggs has been limited at practice this week, and now the wideout's status for Sunday's game is up in the air. Fortunately for those considering Diggs in Week 7 fantasy lineups, the Patriots kick off at 1:00 p.m. ET on Sunday. If Diggs is limited or out this weekend, added opportunities would be available for fellow WRs Kayshon Boutte, Mack Hollins and DeMario Douglas, with Kyle Williams and Efton Chism also available to mix in.

  • Colts' Adonai Mitchell: Chance at redemption Week 7

Mitchell, who was inactive for the Colts' Week 6 win over the Cardinals, will play Sunday against the Chargers, while Indianapolis will be without Josh Downs (concussion) and Ashton Dulin (chest), James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Mitchell's Week 4 performance against the Rams encapsulated both his upside and drawbacks, as he recorded 96 receiving yards but made multiple mental mistakes, including losing hold on the football just before crossing the goal line to turn a would-be touchdown into a touchback. He subsequently played just six snaps Week 5 and was inactive Week 6. Injuries have paved the way for the 2024 second-round draft pick to reclaim a role in three-receiver sets alongside Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce, but Mitchell will face a Chargers defense that has allowed only two touchdowns to wide receivers this season.

  • Deebo Samuel WR | WAS

Commanders' Deebo Samuel: Unsure if he'll play

Samuel (heel) said Friday that he isn't sure if he'll play Sunday at Dallas, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

Samuel was spotted at practice Friday morning after sitting out the previous two days. That's a good sign, but his comments suggest the heel injury is still bothering him to the point that he may not be able to play through it the way he did in Weeks 5 and 6.

  • Josh Downs WR | IND

Colts' Josh Downs: Won't play Sunday

Downs (concussion) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

The same applies to Ashton Dulin (chest), a context that results in Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce being slated to lead the Colts' Week 7 WR corps. Adonai Mitchell is on track to be active and contribute Sunday, while Anthony Gould is available to mix in. Additionally, Laquon Treadwell and Coleman Owen represent possible practice-squad elevations.

  • Jalen Coker WR | CAR

Panthers' Jalen Coker: Expected to play

Panthers coach Dave Canales said Friday that Coker (quadriceps) will play against the Jets on Sunday, even though he's listed as questionable and remains on injured reserve, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Coker has been a full practice participant for two weeks now, potentially allowing him to be free of restrictions for his 2025 debut. He's a candidate to start for a WR-needy team, though it's unclear what his role will be this Sunday.

  • Ashton Dulin WR | IND

Colts' Ashton Dulin: Won't play in Week 7

Dulin (chest) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers, Amanda Foster of the Colts' official site reports.

Adonai Mitchell and Anthony Gould could get additional opportunities in the absences of both Dulin and Josh Downs (concussion). Dulin's next chance to play will come at home against the Titans in Week 8.

  • CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Expects to play

Lamb (ankle) said Thursday that he plans to play in Sunday's game against the Commanders without any snap limitations, Clarence Hill Jr. of AllDLLS.com reports.

Lamb said he could've played last week at Carolina but would've been limited. He returned to practice this week, listed as limited Wednesday and Thursday, with the expectation that he'll partake again Friday in some capacity. It remains to be seen if the Cowboys agree with Lamb's optimism about his Week 7 status.

  • Terry McLaurin WR | WAS

Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Ruled out for Sunday

McLaurin (quadriceps) is ruled out for Sunday's game at Dallas, Commanders writer Ben Standig reports.

McLaurin was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday's practice estimate, but he didn't participate Thursday when the Commanders actually held a practice. He then warmed up for practice Friday, before moving to a side field once his teammates started going through drills. Commanders coach Dan Quinn said Friday that McLaurin is getting closer to a return, but it doesn't seem the wideout was all that close to playing this Sunday. Next week could be a different story, with the benefit of an extra rehab day before facing the Chiefs on Monday Night Football (Oct. 27).
