Malik Turner WR | SF
Malik Turner: Goes back to practice squad
Turner reverted to the 49ers' practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transactions log.
Turner played just six of San Francisco's 86 offensive snaps Thursday, as Demarcus Robinson (73), Kendrick Bourne (70) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (46) dominated in that category. With the 49ers still dealing with a ton of injuries at wide receiver, Turner could again be a candidate for elevation in Week 6 at Tampa Bay.

Alex Bachman WR | LV
Raiders' Alex Bachman: Inked to Raiders' active roster
The Raiders signed Bachman from the practice squad to the active roster Friday.
The Raiders had elevated Bachman from the practice squad in each of the first three games of the regular season, but the 29-year-old wideout can continue to play in silver and black after being added to the active roster. Bachman has served on both special teams and offense this season and will provide depth at wide receiver.

Jonathan Mingo WR | DAL
Cowboys' Jonathan Mingo: Officially questionable for Sunday
Mingo (knee) is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets, Todd Archer of ESPN.com reports.
Mingo was limited at practice all week after being activated from the Cowboys' injured reserve list Wednesday, and his availability in Week 5 seems like a coin-flip proposition. If he were able to suit up, he'd be joining a wide receiver corps missing CeeDee Lamb (ankle) and KaVontae Turpin (foot), potentially setting him up to see an increased workload right off the bat.

Derius Davis WR | LAC
Chargers' Derius Davis: Not playing vs. Washington
Davis (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Commanders.
Davis will be sidelined for a second consecutive game due to a knee injury that he sustained in Week 3 against the Broncos. Tarheeb Still and KeAndre Lambert-Smith will likely pick up the slack as returners on kickoffs and punts in Davis' absence. Davis' next opportunity to play is Week 6 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Oct. 12.

Devontez Walker WR | BAL
Ravens' Devontez Walker: Draws questionable tag for Week 5
Walker (oblique) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans.
Walker popped up on Wednesday's practice report as a DNP due to an oblique injury. Even with the questionable tag, he was able to end the week on a strong note with a full practice Friday, which has him trending in the right direction for Sunday's AFC contest. Walker has three catches on as many targets for 60 yards and two touchdowns across four regular-season games.

Simi Fehoko WR | ARI
Cardinals' Simi Fehoko: Clears concussion protocol
Fehoko (concussion) does not carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Titans, Zach Gershman of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Fehoko entered the league's concussion protocol during the Cardinals' Week 4 win over the Seahawks. He ended the week with back-to-back full practices, and he has progressed enough through the league's protocol to be cleared to play in Sunday's home game. The 2021 fifth-rounder has been limited to special-teams work in the three games he has played in this season.

Cedrick Wilson Jr. WR | DET
Dolphins' Cedrick Wilson: Not playing vs. Carolina
Wilson (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Panthers, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.
Wilson was held out of practice all week due to a knee injury. The 2018 sixth-rounder was signed off New Orleans' practice squad to Miami's active roster Tuesday, but he'll have to wait until at least Week 6 against the Chargers on Sunday, Oct. 12 to make his Dolphins debut. With Tyreek Hill (knee) out for the rest of the season, the Dolphins' wide-receiver corps will be headlined by Jaylen Waddle, Malik Washington and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
Commanders' Deebo Samuel: Cleared after full practice
Samuel (heel) practiced fully Friday and doesn't have a designation for Sunday's game at the Chargers.
The Commanders' top three wide receivers didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday due to various injuries, but only Samuel made the trip from Washington to Los Angeles, as Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Noah Brown (groin/knee) were ruled out for Week 5 action. Samuel proceeded to manage all on-field work Friday, paving the way for him to serve as Jayden Daniels' top WR on Sunday in the quarterback's return from a two-game absence. Samuel thus figures to be a significant part of the game plan, not only as a pass catcher but as a threat out of the backfield.

Deebo Samuel WR | WAS
Commanders' Deebo Samuel: Slated to suit up Sunday
Coach Dan Quinn said Friday that Samuel (heel) will play Sunday at the Chargers, Tashan Reed of The Washington Post reports.
Whether or not Samuel enters the weekend with a designation remains to be seen, but after logging work in just one practice during Week 5 prep, the wide receiver is slated to be available Sunday. With Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Noah Brown (groin/knee) not making the trip to Los Angeles, Samuel is the sole name option at the position available for Jayden Daniels (knee) in the second-year signal-caller's return to action.

Dyami Brown WR | WAS
Jaguars' Dyami Brown: Another limited practice
Brown (shoulder) remained limited at practice Friday.
Brown, who was inactive Week 4, also was limited Thursday, so he'll probably need to practice fully Saturday in order to approach Monday night's game against the Chiefs without an injury designation. If Brown is limited or out for the contest, Parker Washington would be in line to see added snaps alongside fellow WRs Brian Thomas and Travis Hunter.
