DeAndre Carter WR | CLE
Browns' DeAndre Carter: Questionable for Week 3
Carter (concussion) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Packers, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
Carter has yet to clear the league's concussion protocol after he was concussed in last Sunday's loss to the Ravens. Isaiah Bond would be next in line for returner duties if Carter can't play against Green Bay.

Tyrell Shavers WR | BUF
Bills' Tyrell Shavers: Catches two passes in win
Shavers caught both of his targets for 24 yards in the Bills' win over the Dolphins on Thursday night.
They marked Shavers' first catches of the season, as he operated as Buffalo's WR5, seeing 12 offensive snaps behind Khalil Shakir, Keon Coleman, Joshua Palmer and Elijah Moore. Shavers has next-to-zero fantasy value.

Elijah Moore WR | DEN
Bills' Elijah Moore: Catches two passes in TNF victory
Moore caught two of three targets for 30 yards in Buffalo's 31-21 win over the Dolphins on Thursday night. He added one rush for 11 yards.
Moore operated as the Bills' WR4 against Miami, seeing 14 offensive snaps. Buffalo spreads the ball around so much that it's nearly impossible to predict target shares for the team's pass catchers. Moore is little more than an end-of-bench option in the deepest of PPR fantasy leagues.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Ruled out for Week 3
Godwin (ankle) is nearing a return but won't play this Sunday against the Jets, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com suggested Wednesday that Godwin could return for a Week 4 showdown with Philadelphia, which also looks like a reasonable target date for standout left tackle Tristan Wirfs (knee). In any case, the Bucs have ruled out both for Week 3, after Godwin was a limited practice participant Wednesday and Thursday. An upgrade to full participation should come soon.

Xavier Legette WR | CAR
Panthers' Xavier Legette: Questionable for Week 3
Legette (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Carolina.
Legette was a limited practice participant Wednesday through Friday, never quite progressing to full. Brycen Tremayne was Carolina's No. 4 receiver last week, but David Moore and Jimmy Horn also could help fill the gap if Legette ends up inactive ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday. Given his poor form the past two weeks, Legette's absence wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing for the Carolina offense.

Emeka Egbuka WR | TB
Buccaneers' Emeka Egbuka: Questionable for Sunday
Egbuka (hip/groin) is questionable for Sunday's game against the Jets after returning to practice Friday as a limited participant, Rock Riley of the Tampa Free Press reports.
Egbuka didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday due to hip and groin injuries and now could come down to a game-time decision ahead of the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday. With Chris Godwin (ankle) still sidelined, the Buccaneers have Tez Johnson, Ryan Miller and Kameron Johnson as options to fill in at WR (alongside Mike Evans and Sterling Shepard) if Egbuka ends up on the inactive list.
-
Josh Palmer WR | BUF
Bills' Joshua Palmer: One catch Thursday
Palmer was on the field for 26 of a possible 60 snaps on offense in Thursday's 31-21 win over the Dolphins.
After being targeted nine times Week 1 and three times Week 2, Palmer logged just one target (for five yards) Thursday. While a bounce-back is possible as soon as Week 4 against the Saints, fellow WRs Elijah Moore and Tyrell Shavers combined for five targets versus Miami, while Keon Coleman (45) and Khalil Shakir (42) paced the team in terms of Week 3 snaps.

Emeka Egbuka WR | TB
Buccaneers' Emeka Egbuka: Back at practice
Egbuka (hip/groin) was present for practice Friday, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Egbuka was deemed a non-participant both Wednesday and Thursday, so his presence at Friday's session is a positive sign ahead of Sunday's game against the Jets. The Buccaneers' upcoming practice/injury report will reveal both the wideout's participation level as well as whether he carries a Week 3 injury designation into the weekend.
-
Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ
Jets' Josh Reynolds: Ruled out for Week 3
Coach Aaron Glenn said Friday that Reynolds (hamstring) won't play Sunday against the Buccaneers.
With Reynolds set to miss his second straight game, Garrett Wilson will continue to lead the Jets' pass-catching corps Sunday, with Tyler Johnson, Arian Smith and Allen Lazard available to handle WR targets from QB Tyrod Taylor that don't go Wilson's way. Reynolds' next chance to see game action will arrive Monday, Sept. 29 against the Dolphins.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine WR | MIA
Dolphins' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Shut out in Week 3 loss
Westbrook-Ikhine was not targeted during Thursday's 31-21 loss to the Bills.
Westbrook-Ikhine played just 25 percent of offensive snaps Thursday, again working clearly behind No. 3 receiver Malik Washington, who had five targets and carried the ball twice while handling 54 percent of snaps. Until such time as Westbrook-Ikhine demonstrates more involvement on offense, he won't warrant fantasy consideration except in the deepest of formats. He figures to continue handling the No. 4 receiver role versus the Jets in Week 4.
