  • Garrett Greene: Joins Tampa's practice squad

The Buccaneers signed Greene to their practice squad Thursday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

A position change to wide receiver wasn't enough to earn Greene a spot on Tampa Bay's final 53-man roster, but he'll keep running routes on the practice squad. The Bucs are relatively deep at wideout, so it could take multiple injuries for Greene to have a chance at seeing regular-season action in 2025.

  • Ryan Flournoy WR | DAL

    Ryan Flournoy: Cut by Dallas

The Cowboys waived Flournoy on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Flournoy appeared in 11 regular-season games last season and caught 10 balls for 102 yards on 14 targets. The second-year wideout posted a 7-92-0 receiving line on 13 targets this preseason.

  • Courtney Jackson: Links up with Seattle

The Seahawks signed Jackson to their practice squad Thursday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.

Jackson spent training camp with Denver after the team signed him as an undrafted free agent in late April. The Arkansas State product wasn't able to make the Broncos' 53-man roster, but he'll get a chance to make an impression on Seattle's practice squad. Jackson featured as both a wideout and return man in college, which could help him in his bid to get elevated to the active roster down the line.

  • Kaden Prather WR | BUF

Kaden Prather: Cut with injury settlement

The Bills waived Prather (undisclosed) with an injury settlement Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Prather was cut with an injury designation last week and reverted to the Bills' injured-reserve list once he cleared waivers. He's now free to sign elsewhere after playing 10 offensive snaps during the preseason after Buffalo used a seventh-round pick on Prather back in April.

  • Elijah Cooks WR | NO

Elijah Cooks: Back with Philly on practice squad

The Eagles signed Cooks to the practice squad Thursday.

Cooks was cut by the Eagles on Monday, but he'll stick around in Philadelphia as a member of the team's practice squad. He appeared in 11 regular-season games for the Jaguars over the past two years but hasn't recorded a catch since Week 16 of the 2023 campaign.

  • Jared Wayne WR | HOU

Jared Wayne: Returns to Texans on PS

Houston signed Wayne to its practice squad Thursday.

Wayne was waived by Houston in early August but didn't latch on a with a different team. Instead he's reuniting with the Texans, with whom he got into three regular-season games last year. Wayne also logged 10 offensive snaps in the team's AFC divisional-round playoff loss to the Chiefs.

  • Theo Wease Jr. WR | MIA

Theo Wease: Joining Fins' practice squad

Miami signed Wease to its practice squad Thursday.

The undrafted rookie couldn't play his way onto the Dolphins' final 53-man roster for 2025, but Wease is sticking around on the practice squad. It would probably take multiple injuries to Miami wideouts for Wease to see regular-season action this year.

  • A.J. Henning WR | MIA

AJ Henning: Signs onto Fins' practice squad

Miami signed Henning to its practice squad Thursday.

Henning couldn't secure a spot on the Dolphins' final 53-man roster for 2025, but he'll stick with them as a member of the practice squad. It would likely take multiple injuries to Miami's receivers for Henning to see regular-season action this year.

  • Michael Bandy WR | DEN

Michael Bandy: Signed to Denver's practice squad

The Broncos signed Bandy to the practice squad Thursday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Bandy spent the entire 2024 season on the Broncos' practice squad, and he will reprise that role in 2025 after failing to make Denver's 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He finished the preseason with six catches (on as many targets) for 59 yards while logging 13 yards on two punt returns across three games.

  • Anthony Miller WR | BAL

Anthony Miller: Back with Ravens on practice squad

Baltimore signed Miller to its practice squad Thursday, Ryan Mink of the team's official site reports.

Miller didn't make the Ravens' initial 53-man roster, but he'll stick with Baltimore as valuable organizational depth. The veteran wideout got into two regular-season games with the team last year, catching his only target for a 16-yard completion. Miller also stepped in for both of the Ravens' playoff games after Zay Flowers got hurt and caught all four of his targets for 28 yards across those two contests.
