  • Erik Ezukanma WR | JAC

    Erik Ezukanma: Waived by Miami

The Dolphins waived Ezukanma on Tuesday, NFL.com reports.

Ezukanma, a 2022 second-round pick, totaled just five regular-season appearances during his three seasons with Miami, in large part due to injuries. In that span, he secured just one of four total targets for a three-yard gain, with that lone reception having come during his rookie season. He may get a chance to continue his development on the practice squad if he goes unclaimed on waivers.

  • Ja'seem Reed WR | CAR

    Ja'Seem Reed: Cut by Carolina

The Panthers waived Reed on Tuesday, Joe Person of The Athletic reports.

Undrafted out of San Diego, Reed played 26 offensive snaps this preseason and caught just one pass for six yards. He'll try to latch on with a practice squad once he clears waivers.

  • Kevin Austin: Let go by Saints

New Orleans waived Austin on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Austin is among a slew of players the Saints will part ways with Tuesday en route to a final 53-man roster. The fourth-year pro appeared in eight regular-season games with New Orleans in 2024, securing 11 of 22 targets for 151 yards.

  • Theo Wease Jr. WR | MIA

    Theo Wease: Cut by Miami

The Dolphins waived Wease on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Undrafted out of Missouri, Wease signed with Miami back in April and played 70 offensive snaps during the preseason, finishing with a productive 10-104-2 receiving line on 15 targets. He was also standing out during training camp, so Wease could be a candidate to join the Dolphins' practice squad if he clears waivers.

  • John Jiles WR | NE

John Jiles: Cut by New England

The Patriots waived Jiles on Tuesday, Doug Kyed of the Boston Herald reports.

Undrafted out of West Florida last year, Jiles played 92 offensive snaps this preseason and caught nine of his 11 targets for 98 scoreless yards. He's a potential candidate to land back on the practice squad if he clears waivers.

  • Malachi Corley WR | CLE

    Malachi Corley: Waived by Jets

The Jets waived Corley on Tuesday, NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.

The 2024 third-round pick lasted just one year with the team that drafted him, logging 83 snaps on offense and fumbling out of the end zone on one of his five touches. Corley should generate interest elsewhere in the NFL, if only as a practice-squad signing after clearing waivers.

  • Stephen Gosnell: Cut by Buffalo

The Bills waived Gosnell on Tuesday, Jay Skurski of The Buffalo News reports.

Undrafted out of Virginia Tech earlier this year, Gosnell signed with Buffalo and logged 31 offensive snaps this preseason, securing all five of his targets for 41 yards.

  • JP Richardson WR | CHI

    JP Richardson: Cut by Chicago

The Bears waived Richardson on Tuesday, Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune reports.

Undrafted out of TCU earlier this year, Richardson reportedly flashed during training camp, according to Biggs, and is a candidate to rejoin the Bears on the practice squad if he clears waivers. Richardson played 46 offensive snaps during the preseason and caught four of six targets for 28 yards. He also recently dealt with an ankle injury.

  • Cornelius Johnson: Let go from Green Bay

The Packers waived Johnson on Tuesday, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

Johnson was a seventh-round pick by the Chargers last year and has yet to appear in a regular-season NFL game. This preseason, Johnson logged 78 offensive snaps and caught six of his seven targets for 50 scoreless yards.

  • Laviska Shenault: Released by Buffalo

The Bills released Shenault on Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Shenault played a combined 70 snaps across offense and special teams during the preseason and caught just two of his five targets for 30 yards while returning seven kickoffs for 221 yards. He was competing for the returner gig and a depth wideout role in Buffalo.
