Thompson (undisclosed) did not participate in Saturday's practice, Alex Insdorf of BoltBeat.com reports.

Thompson exited Thursday's preseason game against the 49ers early due to injury. He was taken to the blue medical tent and his night was promptly over. It remains unclear what type of injury Thompson is dealing with, but a quick exit and inability to practice are not good signs. If the 23-year-old must miss time, KeAndre Lambert-Smith could see significantly more attention in the rest of the preseason and the start of the regular season.

Harris (undisclosed) will participate in Saturday's training camp practice, Alex Insdorf of BoltBeat.com reports.

Harris was held out of Thursday's preseason game against the 49ers due to an unspecified injury. It doesn't appear to be a severe issue, as he'll be back on the field for Saturday's practice, putting him on track to play in the Chargers' preseason finale against the Rams on Thursday. Jeudy will not play in the Browns' preseason game against the Bills on Saturday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.

Jeudy played in the Browns' preseason opener against the Bears this past Saturday, when he caught both of his targets for 18 yards in a 34-10 loss. Jeudy, KC Concepcion and Cedric Tillman (undisclosed) will be sidelined against Buffalo, so Denzel Boston will lead the Browns' wide receiver corps, with Isaiah Bond, Tylan Wallace and Malachi Corley also in line for additional reps.

Johnston (lower body) will not participate in Saturday's training camp practice, Alex Insdorf of BoltBeat.com reports.

Johnston sustained a lower-body injury during Tuesday's joint practice against the 49ers, which prevented him from playing in Thursday's preseason game against San Francisco. The fourth-year wideout is not expected to miss much time while recovering from his injury, but the Chargers could take the cautious route and hold Johnston out of Thursday's preseason finale against the Rams.

Tillman (undisclosed) is not expected to play in Saturday's preseason game against the Bills, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.

Tillman has been working through an unspecified injury, which has limited him to side work during training camp practices. His last opportunity to see preseason action is Thursday against the Patriots. Tillman is projected to serve in a depth role at wide receiver behind Jerry Jeudy and rookies KC Concepcion and Denzel Boston, with Isaiah Bond also in the mix for reps on offense.

McLaurin will play in Saturday's preseason game against the Lions, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

McLaurin will suit up with Stefon Diggs and Jayden Daniels after the trio sat out of Washington's preseason opener against Miami. McLaurin and Diggs are set to lead a Commanders pass-catching corps that also consists of Luke McCaffrey, Treylon Burks, rookie third-rounder Antonio Williams and tight end Chig Okonkwo.

Diggs is expected to make his preseason debut Saturday against Detroit, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Diggs, Terry McLaurin and Jayden Daniels are all lined up to play Saturday after all three sat out of the Commanders' preseason opener against the Dolphins on Friday, Aug. 14. Diggs joined the Commanders in early August on a one-year, $12 million contract after playing for the Patriots in 2025. He's slated to serve as the team's WR2 behind McLaurin, with Luke McCaffrey, Treylon Burks and rookie third-rounder Antonio Williams all competing for the No. 3 role.
