K.J. Hamler WR | BUF
Bills' KJ Hamler: Remains in Buffalo
The Bills signed Hamler to a reserve/future contract Monday.
Hamler, a 2020 second-round pick from Penn State, failed to make the Bills' active roster in late August but remained in Buffalo with the practice squad. His most recent in-game NFL action came with the Broncos in 2022, catching seven of his 14 targets for 165 yards across seven appearances. With Hamler sticking around in Buffalo, he's expected to compete for a depth role in the team's wide-receiver corps throughout the offseason.

Curtis Samuel WR | BUF
Bills' Curtis Samuel: Scores in AFCCG loss to Kansas City
Samuel secured one of three targets for four yards and one touchdown in Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Samuel emerged as a notable contributor for Buffalo's offense during the playoffs, securing six of eight targets for 81 yards and two scores in three postseason appearances, an encouraging development after his underwhelming regular season. Across 14 regular-season games, Samuel compiled 31 catches (on 46 targets) for just 253 yards and one touchdown, in addition to five carries for 14 yards. The 28-year-old has two more years remaining on his contract with the Bills, though the team will have a potential 'out' to consider after the 2025 campaign.

Keon Coleman WR | BUF
Bills' Keon Coleman: Only one catch in AFCCG loss
Coleman secured one of four targets for 12 yards during Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Coleman struggled to convert on his opportunities throughout Buffalo's playout run, compiling just three catches for 22 yards on eight targets across his three postseason appearances. The rookie second-round pick compiled a 29-556-4 receiving line on 57 targets in 13 regular-season appearances, modest production totals, if somewhat disappointing compared to expectations, considering Coleman's draft capital and the opportunity he faced following the departures of Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis. Coleman's role could grow Year 2, as both Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins are slated to hit free agency, but it also wouldn't be surprising to see Buffalo work to bolster Josh Allen's receiving corps for the 2025 campaign.
-
DeAndre Hopkins WR | BAL
Chiefs' DeAndre Hopkins: Quiet in AFCCG win
Hopkins secured one of two targets for 11 yards during Sunday's 32-29 AFC Championship Game win over the Bills.
Hopkins finished the AFC Championship Game just seventh on the team in terms of receiving, after having failed to secure his only target during Kansas City's previous divisional-round win over the Texans. The veteran wideout had strung together nine consecutive games with four or more targets to finish the regular season, though he rested Week 18, but he's now drawn just a combined three targets across two playoff appearances. Hopkins could be more involved versus the Eagles on Feb. 9 in Super Bowl LIX.
-
Allen Robinson WR | DET
Lions' Allen Robinson: Marginal impact in 2024
Robinson finished the 2024 regular season having caught three of seven targets for 30 yards over 12 games.
Robinson signed a one-year deal with Detroit in late September, and he operated as a depth option behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams at wide receiver in 2024. The 31-year-old never saw more than two targets in a game, and the most offensive snaps he played on the year came in Week 8 against the Titans when he logged 21. The wide receiver will enter the offseason as an unrestricted free agent, and it's unclear how much interest he'll garner on the open market.

Marquise Brown WR | PHI
Chiefs' Hollywood Brown: Targeted five times in AFCCG win
Brown had three receptions on five targets for 35 yards in Sunday's 32-29 AFC Championship Game win over the Bills.
Brown's five targets were second among Kansas City receivers after he finished with zero receptions on two targets against the Texans in the divisional round. The veteran wideout could have had a bigger fantasy score if he was able to secure a deep sideline pass from Patrick Mahomes in the second half that hit him in the hands. Brown joins teammates DeAndre Hopkins and JuJu Smith-Schuster as a group of veteran WRs who could either pop off or produce next to nothing when the Chiefs face the Eagles on Feb. 9 in Super Bowl LIX.
-
Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Highlight-reel worthy catch Sunday
Worthy brought down six of seven targets for 85 yards and a touchdown while taking two carries for 16 yards in Sunday's 32-29 win over Buffalo in the AFC Championship Game.
Worthy wound up leading the Chiefs in every receiving category while also finishing as the only position player for his team to reach the century mark in total yards from scrimmage. The electric rookie made a remarkable catch near the end of the first half in which he brought down an off-kilter pass from Patrick Mahomes while being draped by two Buffalo defenders. Worthy had just caught the first postseason touchdown of his career on the Chiefs' prior offensive drive, capping off an impressive overall performance en route to Super Bowl LIX. Expect Worthy to be involved as both a runner and pass catcher as Kansas City faces Philadelphia at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans on Feb. 9.
-
Mack Hollins WR | NE
Bills' Mack Hollins: Strong AFCCG outing not enough
Hollins caught three of four targets for 73 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Hollins was Buffalo's leading receiver in the season-ending loss. He caught a 34-yard touchdown pass in the final minute of the first half and set up Curtis Samuel's game-tying touchdown catch in the fourth quarter with a 32-yard reception down to the 4-yard line. Hollins surprisingly led the Bills with five touchdown catches in the regular season while playing on a one-year, $2.6 million contract, so Buffalo could have some interest in bringing the 31-year-old wide receiver back in free agency.
-
Amari Cooper WR | LV
Bills' Amari Cooper: Free agent following AFCCG loss
Cooper caught all four of his targets for 33 yards in Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Cooper wasn't the difference-maker the Bills had hoped for after they gave up a third-round draft pick to acquire him from the Browns. The 30-year-old wide receiver proceeded to catch 20 of 32 targets for 297 yards and two touchdowns in eight regular-season games for Buffalo and added only six catches for 41 yards on eight targets across three playoff outings. Cooper's best days appear to be behind him, but with seven 1,000-yard receiving seasons under his belt, the unrestricted free agent is likely to draw some interest on the open market.
-
Khalil Shakir WR | BUF
Bills' Khalil Shakir: Another six catches in AFCCG loss
Shakir caught six of seven targets for 46 yards in Sunday's 32-29 loss to the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game.
Shakir had six catches in each of Buffalo's three playoff games after leading the team in targets (100), catches (76) and receiving yards (821) during the regular season. The sure-handed receiver can reliably move the chains and do damage after the catch, but Shakir hasn't been much of a red-zone threat so far, with just seven touchdowns through 46 regular-season NFL games. The 2022 fifth-round draft pick will be back in Buffalo for the final year of his rookie deal in 2025.
