Romeo Doubs WR | NE
Packers' Romeo Doubs: Comes down with illness
The Packers added Doubs to their injury report Saturday, listing him as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Bears due to an illness, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.
Green Bay already may be without its top vertical threat in Christian Watson (knee) in Week 18, and now the status of perhaps QB Jordan Love's most-trusted option in Doubs is up in the air. With Watson sidelined last Sunday at Minnesota, Doubs was targeted 11 times and turned them into seven catches for 58 yards. Doubs' status for Sunday's matchup will be confirmed, one way or another, about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Charlie Jones WR | CIN
Bengals' Charlie Jones: Won't play against Pittsburgh
Jones (groin) is inactive for Saturday's game against the Steelers.
Jones was limited in practice all week due to a groin injury, and it appears he hasn't progressed enough in his recovery to play in Saturday's regular-season finale. He'll end the regular season with one catch for five yards across eight games. Kendric Pryor and Isaiah Williams will serve as Cincinnati's return options on kickoffs and punts due to Jones' absence.

Tee Higgins WR | CIN
Bengals' Tee Higgins: Active again Saturday
Higgins (ankle/knee) is listed as active Saturday at Pittsburgh.
Higgins tended to ankle and knee injuries for a second straight week, and a questionable designation for Week 18 action followed three consecutive limited listings on Bengals practice reports. He again will play through those health concerns, and if his performance (11-131-3 on 12 targets) last Saturday against the Broncos is any indication, he's in tune with QB Joe Burrow at the moment, even if Higgins is operating at less than 100 percent. Higgins will be taking on a Steelers defense this Saturday that has given up the 11th-most YPT (8.22) to opposing wide receivers this season.

Zay Flowers WR | BAL
Ravens' Zay Flowers: Ruled out of Saturday's game
Flowers (knee) won't return to Saturday's game versus the Browns.
Flowers was seen grabbing at his right knee following a 12-yard catch in the second quarter and was tended to on the field for some time before walking slowly to the sideline tent and eventually the locker room. He was ruled out after halftime, and with Nelson Agholor a healthy scratch Saturday, the Ravens' receiving corps currently is composed of Rashod Bateman, Tylan Wallace, Devontez Walker and Steven Sims.

Trent Taylor WR | SF
49ers' Trent Taylor: Elevated for Week 18
The 49ers elevated Taylor from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
It's the second time Taylor has been elevated to the active roster this season, with the first taking place for Week 5 against the Cardinals. He'll give San Francisco another return option on special teams and provide depth at wide receiver for Sunday's regular-season finale against Arizona.

Zay Flowers WR | BAL
Ravens' Zay Flowers: Injures knee in Week 18
Flowers suffered a knee injury during Saturday's game against the Browns.
Flowers remained on the turf after a 12-yard catch in the second quarter, holding his right knee while in visible pain. He was attended to for multiple minutes before making his way slowly to the sideline tent and eventually the locker room, at which point the Ravens deemed him questionable to return. If he's unable to re-enter the contest, Flowers will end Week 18 with the aforementioned reception and one carry for nine yards.

Kalif Raymond WR | CHI
Lions' Kalif Raymond: Activated off IR
The Lions activated Raymond (foot) from injured reserve Saturday.
Raymond was a full participant in practice this week, and while he's still listed as questionable for Sunday's regular-season finale against the Vikings, all signs point to him playing. He has been on injured reserve since late November due to a foot injury he suffered against the Colts in Week 12. Raymond's return Sunday gives the Lions another punt return option and depth at wide receiver behind Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams.
-
Alex Erickson WR | HOU
Patriots' Alex Erickson: Elevated for regular-season finale
New England elevated Erickson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Chris Mason of The Springfield Republican reports.
Erickson accumulated 90 kick return yards and 15 punt return yards during the Patriots' Week 17 loss to the Chargers. He's exclusively played on special teams over the past two weeks and will likely reprise that role during Sunday's regular-season finale against the Bills.
-
Dez Fitzpatrick WR | LAC
Chargers' Dez Fitzpatrick: Gets first elevation of campaign
The Chargers elevated Fitzpatrick from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.
Fitzpatrick has spent most of the campaign on Los Angeles' practice squad and last played in an NFL game last year, when he logged three special teams snaps and zero offensive snaps in one game with the Steelers. The Louisville product hasn't produced a regular-season NFL catch since his rookie 2021 campaign with Tennessee. Fitzpatrick's elevation for Week 18 comes as a result of Joshua Palmer being ruled out due to a foot injury.
-
Ja'Lynn Polk WR | NO
Patriots' Ja'Lynn Polk: Shifts to IR
Polk (shoulder) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Chris Mason of The Springfield Republican reports.
Polk had already been ruled out Friday, so the transaction is just meant to help the team sign a player to the active roster for the final game of the season. The 2024 second-round pick was a dramatic disappointment given the wide receivers taken after the rookie, as Polk finished with just 12 receptions for 87 yards and two touchdowns despite playing 15 games and 412 offensive snaps during those contests. The Patriots are expected to aggressively add to their wide receiver room, and it wouldn't be a surprise to see Polk way down the pass-catching hierarchy entering the 2025 campaign.
