Cooper (personal/back) was a full participant in Wednesday's walk-through practice.

Cooper missed the Bills' loss to the Patriots in Week 18 due to a personal family matter and is now listed with a back injury on this week's injury report, but his ability to take every rep at Wednesday's practice nonetheless has him on track to play in Sunday's wild-card game against the Broncos. After being acquired from the Browns on Oct. 15, Cooper appeared in eight games with Buffalo to close out the regular season, accruing a 20-297-2 line on 32 targets across those contests.

Flowers (knee) is not participating in the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media, Brian Wacker of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Flowers is reportedly trending in the wrong direction for Saturday's wild-card game against the Steelers due to a right knee sprain sustained during Baltimore's regular-season finale last weekend, a 35-10 win over the Browns. Head coach John Harbaugh labeled Flowers as day-to-day Monday, but the wideout has proceeded to sit out both of the Ravens' first two practices of the week. Thursday's practice will thus be a pivotal one for Flowers, who will likely need to get in at least limited on-field reps to have a chance at being cleared to play this weekend.

Doubs (illness) was present at Wednesday's practice, Ryan Wood of USA Today reports.

Doubs was tacked on to the Packers' Week 18 injury this past Saturday as questionable due to an illness and eventually was sidelined for Sunday's loss to the Bears. Head coach Matt LaFleur told Matt Schneidman of The Athletic afterward that Doubs was "in no shape" to play in the regular-season finale due to a "bug," but with the benefit of three days to rest and recover, the wide receiver appears to be mostly past the ailment. Wednesday's report will unveil how much work Doubs was able to handle.

Shakir didn't play any snaps during Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Patriots.

Shakir, alongside a handful of other key players, didn't see any action in Week 18 with Buffalo having already secured the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs heading into the day. He'll resume handling his usual starting role at wideout during Sunday's wild-card round matchup at home against the Broncos. Shakir concluded the regular season having tallied career-high marks across the board, despite appearing in just 15 games. He compiled 76 catches for 821 yards and four scores on 100 targets.

Coleman secured two of 10 targets for 31 yards during Sunday's 23-16 loss to the Patriots.

Coleman did little with the team-high 10 targets he drew from quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who played most of the game in place of Josh Allen with Buffalo having already secured the No. 2 seed in the AFC playoffs. With Trubisky under center, Curtis Samuel was the only member of the Bills' offense to eclipse 50 receiving yards. Coleman will resume his usual role on offense as Buffalo hosts the Broncos in a wild-card round matchup this Sunday.

Cooper didn't travel with the team ahead of its Week 18 road loss to the Patriots due to a personal family matter. With the wideout slated to practice Wednesday in some capacity, Cooper appears on track to be available for Sunday's wild-card round game against the Broncos. The Bills' first injury report of the report will be released later Wednesday and will indicate the extent of Cooper's participation in the walkthrough.

Bourne finished the 2024 regular season with 28 catches (on 38 targets) for 305 yards and a TD in 12 games.

Bourne, who suffered a torn right ACL in Week 8 of the 2023 season, began the 2024 campaign on the PUP list before being activated ahead of Week 5 action. Not surprisingly, the veteran wideout was eased back into the mix, but even when he started to see an uptick in playing time, his fantasy impact was modest most weeks. Looking ahead, Bourne is under contract with New England through 2026, but as Phil Perry of NBC Sports Boston notes, it's possible that the rebuilding Patriots could consider moving on from the 29-year-old pass catcher this offseason.

Nailor secured three of four targets for 53 yards during Sunday's 31-9 loss at Detroit.

Nailor stepped up his production during Minnesota's final two regular-season games, a span in which he combined for an 8-134-1 receiving line on nine targets. The 2022 sixth-round pick also had a hot start to the season, but from Week 8 to Week 16 he totaled just 67 yards on offense, albeit with two scores. Across 17 regular-season games, Nailor tallied 28 catches for 414 yards and six touchdowns on 42 targets. Nailor will work to remain productive behind Justin Jefferson and Jordan Addison during Monday's road wild-card matchup against the Rams.

Jarrett did not log a target over seven snaps on offense during the Buccaneers' 27-19 win over the Saints on Sunday. He finished the 2024 regular season with nine receptions for 124 yards on 11 targets and 141 kickoff-return yards in 10 games.

The speedy wideout had little opportunity for action with Sterling Shepard making his return from a one-game absence prompted by hamstring and foot injuries. Jarrett saw one fewer snap than fellow reserves Ryan Miller and Trey Palmer, and all three players are likely to primarily be limited to special-teams duties during the Buccaneers' upcoming postseason run.

Miller logged eight snaps on offense and did not see a target during the Buccaneers' 27-19 win over the Saints on Sunday.

Miller had filled the No. 3 receiver role Week 17 against the Panthers with Sterling Shepard sidelined due to hamstring and foot injuries, and he'd also recorded a key late-fourth-quarter touchdown grab in a narrow Week 16 loss to the Cowboys. However, with Shepard back in uniform Sunday, Miller didn't have any offensive highlights, going without a catch for the first time since Week 14. The undrafted Furman product finished his second season with his first 12 NFL receptions, which he took for 128 yards and a pair of touchdowns across 11 games. Miller is likely to remain in a deep reserve and special-teams role during the upcoming postseason.
