Palmer agreed Monday to a three-year contract with the Bills, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The initial report has it as a three-year, $36 million deal with half the money guaranteed. A 2021 third-round pick, Palmer never had more than 769 receiving yards or four TDs in a season for the Chargers, but he capably handled different roles under three offensive coordinators. In 2022, he had a 72-769-3 line on 107 targets at an 8.7 aDOT. In 2024, he had a 39-584-1 line on 65 targets at a 15.2 aDOT. The Bills need a downfield presence more so than another possession receiver, but it's nonetheless tough to predict exactly how they'll use Palmer, apart from the size of his contract suggesting he's expected to be a starter and play a lot of snaps. Then again, the same thing was said when they signed Curtis Samuel to a three-year, $24 million deal last offseason. Palmer at least is much younger than Samuel, turning 26 in September, and there's been no indication that Palmer's foot injury from late in the 2024 campaign will be an issue for 2025.

Brown and the Jaguars reached agreement Monday on a one-year, $10 million contract, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

It's a large contract relative to Brown's production -- at least if the initial figures prove semi-accurate -- but it perhaps shouldn't be a total surprise in light of his performance during the 2024 playoffs. After averaging 0.9 catches for 12.4 yards in 63 career regular-season games, Brown exploded for a 14-229-1 line on 18 targets during Washington's three-game playoff run. He's a 2021 third-round pick with 4.46 speed and only 25 years old, so there's reason to think Brown can help the Jacksonville offense even though he's unlikely to draw a lot of targets. The Jaguars recently released WR Christian Kirk and TE Evan Engram, leaving WRs Brian Thomas, Gabe Davis (knee) and Parker Washington and TE Brenton Strange as the top returning pass catchers from last season.

The Texans are slated to ink Berrios (knee) to a one-year, $2 million contract, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Berrios, who is recovering from a left ACL tear sustained Week 7 of the 2024 season, reached agreement on a contract with Houston just days after the team's move to trade for former Jaguars wideout Christian Kirk (collarbone). Berrios suited up for 16 regular-season games with the Dolphins back in 2023, securing 27 of 33 targets for 238 yards and one score. He's capable of contributing both as a depth wideout and on special teams, including in the return game.

Godwin (ankle) and the Buccaneers reached agreement Monday on a three-year contract, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Godwin will stay with the only NFL team he's ever known, reportedly getting a $66 million contract that has two-thirds of the money guaranteed at signing. He would've signed an even larger deal if his fantastic 2024 campaign hadn't been cut short by a dislocated left ankle Week 7. It's a good sign that the team with the most information about his recovery was willing to give Godwin a large contract, but we still haven't seen any reports about a recovery timeline or the possibility of ligament damage in his injured ankle. Godwin turned 29 in February, after averaging a career-high 19.7 PPR points in his seven games last season. He's unlikely to approach that level of production in 2025, coming back from a major injury to rejoin a Tampa Bay offense that now has WR Jalen McMillan competing for targets and Josh Grizzard replacing Liam Coen as the play caller.

Metcalf was traded to the Steelers in exchange for a second-round pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, before signing a five-year, $150 million contract Sunday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Metcalf officially will have his trade request granted, heading to Pittsburgh after six seasons with the Seahawks. The wide receiver is coming off a 2024 campaign in which he caught 66 of 108 targets for 992 yards and five touchdowns over 15 regular-season contests with Seattle. The 27-year-old now will be under contract through the 2030 season, earning the largest contract for a non-quarterback in Pittsburgh's franchise history. As it sits right now, the Steelers do not have any quarterbacks under contract for the 2025 season, but it's possible that Metcalf reunites with his former teammate Russell Wilson in Pittsburgh.

Adams agreed to a two-year, $46 million deal with the Rams on Sunday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Adams' deal includes $26 million in guaranteed salary, per Rapoport, which may make it easy for the Rams to move on from him after the 2025 season if they so choose. The 32-year-old was released by the Jets in a salary-shedding move last Tuesday and was seen as perhaps the top available wide receiver ahead of the free-agent negotiating window starting Monday. Adams recorded 85 catches for 1,063 yards and eight touchdowns over 14 regular-season games split between the Raiders (three) and Jets (11) in 2024, and he has totaled over 1,000 yards in all but one of the last seven seasons. He'll now join a Rams squad that boasts Pro Bowl veteran quarterback Matthew Stafford, who agreed to a re-structured contract that kept him in Los Angeles this offseason. Longtime Rams wideout Cooper Kupp is expected to be either cut or traded this offseason. His expected departure should leave Adams to fill a significant role alongside budding star receiver Puka Nacua in this receiving corps, which also includes Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington.

The Saints signed Pettis to a one-year contract Sunday, Ari Merov of The 33rd Team reports.

Pettis signed with the Saints' practice squad in October after being let go by the Bears with an injury settlement in early September. He was elevated from the practice squad three times before being signed to the active roster in December and saw an increased role in the Saints offense over the last four games of the regular season, during which he logged nine catches (on 22 targets) for 98 yards and one touchdown. Now under contract for one more year, Pettis will look to earn an even bigger role for himself for the 2025 campaign under new head coach Kellen Moore.

Worthy will not be charged following his Friday arrest in Williamson County, Texas, Tyler Davis of the Austin American-Statesman reports.

Worthy was booked for assault against a family or household member by impeding their breathing or circulation, which is a third-degree felony, but after authorities spoke with witnesses, the district attorney is not accepting the case at this time. Worthy's lawyers indicated it was an attempt at extortion by Worthy's accuser. It sounds like Worthy could avoid any sort of discipline from the NFL.

The Chiefs signed Brown to a one-year deal worth up to $11 million on Saturday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Brown missed most of the 2024 regular season due to a sternoclavicular joint injury that he suffered during the preseason. He was able to return in Week 16 against the Texans, and across the Chiefs' final five games of the 2024 campaign (including three playoff games), Brown accumulated 14 catches (on 28 targets) for 141 yards. With a full offseason under his belt, Brown will look to stay healthy and give Patrick Mahomes a speed-threat option in the passing game for the 2025 season.

Worthy was arrested Friday in Williamson County, Texas on an assault charge, Will Kunkel of Fox 26 Houston reports.

According to the police report, the 21-year-old wide receiver faces a charge of assault against a family or household member by impeding breathing or circulation. The Chiefs issued a statement Saturday noting that they are aware of Worthy's arrest and are gathering more information on the matter, per Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com. No bond or court appearance has been set yet for Worthy.
