Williams (foot) is active for Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Williams was spotted wearing a walking boot and didn't practice Wednesday. He logged limited practice sessions Thursday and Friday but still couldn't avoid a questionable designation. However, Williams has since been cleared for action after amassing a season-high six total tackles in the 32-26 loss to Carolina in Week 4.

Stout (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Brooke Evans of the 49ers' official site reports.

Stout missed Friday's practice session due to an AC joint sprain the cornerback suffered during the 49ers' Week 4 win over the Broncos. Despite missing the final practice of Week 5 prep, Stout was able to recover enough from the injury to suit up for Sunday's divisional matchup with the Seahawks.

Hurts completed 21 of 40 passes for 220 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 19-17 loss to the Jaguars. He added two rushing yards on two carries and lost one of two fumbles.

It was another sluggish effort from the Eagles' offense, and the only play longer than 19 yards that they managed on the day was a 62-yard TD from Hurts to Darius Cooper in the second quarter. Even so, the QB appeared to engineer a game-winning field goal drive inside the final two minutes of the fourth quarter, only for Jake Elliott to give Ameer Abdullah a returnable kickoff with eight seconds left on the clock which he took back to the Philly 39-yard line -- setting the stage for a game-winning Cam Little field goal. Hurts will take an 8:3 TD:INT and rough 57.8 percent completion rate through five games into a Week 6 meeting with the Panthers.

Sadiq is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Browns after exiting in the third quarter to be evaluated for a head injury.

The Jets will presumably put Sadiq through concussion tests before determining whether he's fit to return to the game. Prior to exiting the contest, Sadiq recorded two catches for three yards on three targets and also lost a fumble.

Rourke (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Rourke is inactive but will not be the emergency third quarterback for the 49ers. The team seems content with Brock Purdy and Mac Jones and does not appear to need the "break-glass" button that the 49ers themselves voted to add during the 2023 offseason.

Meeks (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Arizona.

Meeks appeared in the Lions' first four games of the 2026 campaign but will be a healthy scratch in Week 5. The 23-year-old hasn't had a productive season, catching his only target for eight yards.

Nolen (calf) is active for Sunday's game against the Lions.

Nolen was deemed questionable Friday after being limited in the Cardinals' Thursday and Friday prep sessions. The defensive tackle has recovered from the calf injury enough to suit up for Sunday's contest.

The Patriots ruled out Henderson (ankle) for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Raiders, Evan Lazar of the team's official site reports.

Initially considered questionable to return to the game after leaving in the second quarter due to the right ankle injury, Henderson didn't join the Patriots on the sideline to begin the second half before he was ruled out shortly after the third quarter got underway. He'll finish the afternoon with 22 yards on four carries to go with one catch for 16 yards. With Henderson sidelined for the rest of the contest, the Patriots will be left with Corey Kiner as their lone option behind No. 1 back Rhamondre Stevenson.

Holani (ribs/knee) is active for Sunday's Week 5 matchup against the 49ers.

Holani took a questionable tag into the weekend after practicing in limited fashion all week due to a rib injury, and as of Friday, a knee issue as well. Nevertheless, the third-year back will play through both injuries in Sunday's NFC West showdown, when he's expected to operate as a complementary option to current lead back Emanuel Wilson.

Beck (coach's decision) is inactive and is designated as Arizona's emergency third quarterback for Sunday's matchup versus the Lions.

Beck remains the third option behind Jacoby Brissett and Gardner Minshew. The rookie third-rounder will only enter the game if both Brissett and Minshew are unable to continue playing.
