  • Tylan Grable OT | BUF

Bills' Tylan Grable: Active for Week 13

Grable is active for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Grable was designated to return from injured reserve Monday after suffering a concussion in early August. The offensive lineman's return is likely due to the absence of starting tackles Spencer Brown (shoulder) and Dion Dawkins (concussion). Grable, a sixth-round pick from 2024, may be thrown into the fire against premier pass rushers T.J. Watt and Alex Highsmith for his first regular-season start.

  • Darius Slay CB | BUF

Steelers' Darius Slay: Healthy scratch Sunday

Slay (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bills, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

The veteran corner has fallen out of the starting lineup in recent weeks even when healthy, as he played on fewer than half of the defensive snaps last week against the Bears. With Asante Samuel officially in the fold after being elevated from the practice squad Saturday, Pittsburgh is going with a cornerback trio of Joey Porter, Samuel and James Pierre on the outside.

  • Adam Butler DT | LV

Raiders' Adam Butler: Good to go Week 13

Butler (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Butler was unable to practice Thursday due to an illness, but he has progressed enough in his recovery to be cleared to play Sunday. The veteran defensive tackle has accumulated 33 tackles (16 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one fumble recovery across 10 regular-season games.

  • Ross Matiscik LS | JAC

Jaguars' Ross Matiscik: Returns to game

Matiscik (back) returned to Sunday's game against the Titans, Michael DiRocco of ESPN.com reports.

Matiscik returned to his role as long snapper in the third quarter of Sunday's game. The starter reclaimed his position from DaVon Hamilton and will likely play the rest of Sunday's contest.

  • Darnay Holmes CB | ATL

Raiders' Darnay Holmes: Not playing Week 13

Holmes (illness) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Holmes missed Friday's practice due to an illness, which appears to be severe enough for the 2020 fourth-rounder to not play Sunday. Greedy Vance and Jamal Adams are candidates for more defensive snaps in the secondary in Holmes' absence.

  • Zamir White RB | SF

Raiders' Zamir White: Inactive for Week 13

White (illness) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

White appeared to fall under the weather Friday, and the illness is severe enough for the fourth-year pro to miss Sunday's AFC West tilt. Raheem Mostert and Dylan Laube will provide backfield depth for the Raiders behind rookie Ashton Jeanty in White's absence.

  • Will Howard QB | PIT

Steelers' Will Howard: Available as emergency QB

Howard (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's matchup with the Bills, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

The rookie quarterback would need starter Aaron Rodgers and backup Mason Rudolph to be unable to play due to injury, illness or ejection to get into the game. Howard was activated off injured reserve Nov. 12 after dealing with a fractured right hand, and he's been behind Rodgers and Rudolph ever since.

  • Raiders' Aidan O'Connell: Emergency QB3 for Week 13

O'Connell (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as the Raiders' emergency third quarterback against the Chargers on Sunday.

For a second straight week, O'Connell will be the Raiders' QB3 behind Geno Smith and Kenny Pickett. As the emergency quarterback, O'Connell is not allowed to play Sunday unless both Smith and Pickett were to leave the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

  • Walker Little OT | JAC

Jaguars' Walker Little: Enters concussion protocol

Little (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Titans, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports.

Little was evaluated by medical staff, and the confirmation of a concussion means that the left tackle will be unable to return to Sunday's game. Cole Van Lanen will likely finish the game at left tackle.

  • Maliek Collins DT | CLE

Browns' Maliek Collins: Carted off field

Collins (knee) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the 49ers, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Collins had to be carted off the field early in the third quarter after sustaining a knee injury. While he undergoes further tests to determine the severity of the injury, Shelby Harris and Mike Hall will see more defensive snaps in the second half.
