Warren (illness) remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Texans, but the Colts have "cautious optimism" that the tight end will play, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reports.

Warren didn't miss any practice time during Week 13 prep before he was surprisingly added to the injury report Saturday due to the illness, which Pelissero relays is a stomach issue. The standout rookie was re-evaluated earlier Sunday, and while the Colts haven't provided an update on his status, he appears to have made enough progress overnight to put himself on a path to play. Official word on Warren's availability will be made when the Colts release their inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff.

McMillan (neck) received clearance from a spine specialist to resume on-field work and is expected to return to practice in Week 14, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

McMillan has resided on injured reserve all season after he sustained three neck fractures as well as ligament damage during an Aug. 16 preseason game against the Steelers, per Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times. The ligament damage in particular took the longest time to heal and required McMillan to wear a neck brace for an extended period, but the second-year wideout has finally turned a corner in his recovery and could provide some aid to the Tampa Bay passing attack down the stretch. McMillan excelled in a complementary role as a rookie, appearing in 13 games while finishing with 37 catches for 461 yards and eight touchdowns on 58 targets.

Greenard (shoulder) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday in Seattle, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Greenard took a designation into the weekend after he was a limited participant in practice Wednesday through Friday, but he looks like he's on track to be cleared ahead of Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff. After tallying at least 12.0 sacks in both of the previous two seasons, Greenard has been limited to just two through nine appearances with Minnesota in 2025.

Brown finished Friday's Week 13 loss to Chicago with six tackles (three solo).

Brown was on the field for all but two of Philadelphia's 87 defensive snaps as he moved into a starting role as a result of Andrew Mukuba (ankle) landing on IR on Wednesday. Mukuba could very well be out for the remainder of the season, so Brown figures to retain the starting role moving forward. Prior to Friday, he had been working mostly on special teams this season.

Smith secured three tackles, including 1.0 sacks, in Friday's Week 13 loss to the Bears.

Smith logged a sack of Caleb Williams early in the third quarter that helped hold Chicago to a three-and-out. Smith added another QB hit and finished with three stops for the second straight game, both one short of his season high of four tackles in Week 1. He has 19 tackles, including 2.0 sacks, through seven contests on the campaign.

Reddick (ankle/knee), who is officially questionable for Sunday's game versus Arizona, is likely to suit up, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Reddick missed the Buccaneers' past four games due to the two injuries. He was able to log a pair of limited practices this week before practicing fully Friday, setting up his likely return to the lineup Sunday. Reddick recorded 16 tackles,1.5 sacks and one pass defensed over seven games prior to getting hurt.

Olave (back), who is officially listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Miami, is expected to play, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Olave sat out one practice and was limited in two others this week while managing the back issue, but after traveling with the Saints to Miami, he seems to be in line to suit up. The wideout has continued to be productive this season despite inconsistent play from New Orleans' quarterbacks, as he's put together a 69-734-4 receiving line through 11 games.

Ayomanor (hamstring), who is officially questionable for Sunday's matchup versus Jacksonville, is likely to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Ayomanor missed his first game of the season last Sunday against Seattle, but he appears set to return to action after logging a trio of limited practices this week. He should reclaim his spot as Tennessee's top wideout, but that hasn't led to big production of late. Ayomanor has topped 50 receiving yards just once over his past eight games.

Knight (knee), who is officially questionable to play Sunday against the Buccaneers, is expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Knight was limited in all three practices this week while managing the knee issue, but he looks like he'll be cleared to play in advance of Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Trey Benson (knee) and Emari Demercado (ankle) have both been ruled out for the contest, so Knight should serve as Arizona's top running back. However, Michael Carter should get a fair amount of offensive snaps as well, particularly on passing downs.

Harrison (appendix), who is officially questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, is expected to play, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Harrison has missed Arizona's past two games after undergoing an emergency appendectomy. He was able to return to practice this week and logged a trio of limited sessions, which appears to have been enough for him to return to game action Sunday. Harrison's expected return could put a dent in the production of fellow wideout Michael Wilson, after Wilson went off for a combined 25-303-0 receiving line on 33 targets in the two contests during Harrison's absence.
