The Vikings activated Yurosek (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

Yurosek is still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Saints, but his activation from IR indicates that the Vikings are confident that Yurosek will be available to make his 2026 regular-season debut. The second-year pro opened the regular season on injured reserve due to an ankle injury.

The Vikings elevated Jones from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Craig Peters of the team's official site reports.

The Vikings elevated both Jones and Odell Beckham from the practice squad, giving the team insurance at wide receiver in case one or both of Justin Jefferson (ankle) or Jordan Addison (hamstring) cannot play against the Saints on Sunday. Jones played 14 snaps (three on offense, 11 on special teams) without showing up on the box score otherwise during the Vikings' Week 4 win over the Dolphins.

Shepherd (illness) is now questionable for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Shepherd is now in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game due to an illness. Davon Godchaux, Khristian Boyd, Tyree Wilson and Colby Wooden would all be in line for more defensive snaps if Shepherd is not cleared to play against Minnesota.

The Saints waived Austin on Saturday.

Austin was signed to the Saints' active roster Oct. 1 after being elevated from the practice squad in each of the first three games of the regular season. He'll have the opportunity to explore his options if he clears waivers, and Austin should garner interest from teams looking for depth at wide receiver.

The Saints elevated Tillman from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

It is Tillman's first elevation from the practice squad this season, and the fourth-year pro could operate as the Saints' WR4 against the Vikings on Sunday if rookie sixth-rounder Barion Brown (thigh) is unable to play. Tillman caught 21 passes (on 39 targets) for 270 yards and two touchdowns across 13 regular-season games with the Browns in 2025, but he was cut by Cleveland at the end of training camp in late August.

The Giants placed Golston (neck) on injured reserve Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Golston was injured in last Sunday's win over the Cardinals and is facing an extended absence that could extend beyond the minimum four games. Darius Alexander and Bobby Jamison-Travis will be in line for increased snaps on the defensive line for New York.

The 49ers elevated Stoll from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

The addition of Stoll gives the 49ers extra depth at tight end behind George Kittle, Luke Farrell and Brayden Willis. Stoll appeared in 15 regular-season games for the Saints in 2025, contributing on both offense and special teams and finishing with six catches on 11 targets for 46 yards and a touchdown.

The 49ers activated Williams (knee) from the reserve/PUP list Saturday, and he no longer carries an injury designation into Sunday's NFC West tilt against the Seahawks.

Williams is set to play in his first game since he tore his ACL in early November of 2025. It wouldn't be surprising to see the 2025 first-rounder operate under a snap count against Seattle. Nevertheless, the return of Williams is a welcome one for the 49ers, especially with Nick Bosa set to miss a third consecutive game due to a calf injury.

Smith (concussion/neck) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Smith entered the league's concussion protocol during the Falcons' Week 4 win over the Saints on Monday. He drew the questionable tag after practicing in a limited capacity Friday, but it looks like he won't clear protocol before Sunday's game. Samson Ebukam (hamstring) is also listed as questionable, so Jared Ivey, Bralen Trice and Cameron Thomas are all in line for more defensive snaps against Baltimore. Smith's next chance to play is Week 6 against the Bears on Sunday, Oct. 18.

The Chargers signed Wease off the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.

The Chargers are thin at wide receiver ahead of Sunday's game against the Broncos, given that both Quentin Johnston (chest) and Brenen Thompson (quadriceps) are ruled out while Ladd McConkey (foot) is listed as questionable despite not practicing all week. If McConkey is not cleared to play, then Wease would step into the WR4 role behind Tre' Harris, Marquez Valdes-Stantling and Derius Davis. Wease joined the Chargers' practice squad in early September after failing to make the Dolphins' 53-man roster at the end of training camp in late August.
