Williams (knee) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

The 49ers opened Williams' 21-day practice window Wednesday. The defensive end was limited to start the week before upgrading to a full participant in Friday's practice. With a week of practice under his belt, there is a chance the team could move Williams back to the 53-man roster from the reserve/PUP list in time for Sunday's contest.

Parham (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Browns, Brian Costello of the New York Post reports.

A knee injury prevented Parham from practicing all week. He'll miss a second game in a row as a result of his injury, and his next chance to play is Week 6 against the Patriots on Sunday, Oct. 18. Jordan Meredith figures to once again start at left guard in Parham's absence.

Stout (shoulder) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Stout is day-to-day with an AC joint sprain. The cornerback practiced in a limited capacity Thursday while missing the 49ers' Wednesday and Friday sessions. Stout has an outside chance to play in Sunday's contest but with one limited practice session during the middle of the week, it is unlikely. If Stout does not play, Ephesians Prysock, Siran Neal or Jack Jones will likely start at slot cornerback against the Seahawks.

Ward (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.

Ward registered an LP-LP-FP practice log, and while he's been tagged as questionable, he's probably closer toward probable for Sunday's game given his full practice participation Friday. If he's not cleared to play, then Cam Taylor-Britt would be the top candidate to start opposite Sauce Gardner at outside cornerback.

Stick reverted to the Buccaneers' practice squad Friday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Stick was called up to the active roster ahead of Thursday's game against the Cowboys, when he served as the Buccaneers' backup QB behind Jalon Daniels in a 24-16 win for Tampa Bay. Stick is eligible for one more practice squad elevation, after which he would need to be signed to the active roster in order to be eligible to suit up for the Buccaneers.

Bosa (calf) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Seahawks.

Bosa is hoping to suit up for the 49ers' Week 6 game against the Commanders, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports. With the star defensive end still sidelined for the Week 5 divisional showdown, Ogbo Okoronkwo should start against the Seahawks on Sunday.

Landman (shoulder) was a limited participant in Friday's practice, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.

Landman was held out of Thursday's practice due to a shoulder injury, but he was back on the field Friday in a limited capacity. A full practice Saturday would probably be enough for him to avoid an injury tag for Monday's interconference game against the Bills.

Williams (ankle) does not have an injury designation for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Williams was a full practice participant Friday, which was enough for the veteran defensive lineman to fade an injury tag after working through an ankle issue all week. He has 13 tackles (nine solo), including 3.0 sacks, through the first four games of the regular season.

Neal (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.

Neal popped up on Thursday's injury report as a limited practice participant due to a hamstring issue. He was downgraded to a DNP on Friday and will not suit up for Sunday's NFC West tilt. His absence means one less regular contributor on special teams and less depth in the Seahawks' secondary, and his next chance to play is Week 6 against the Broncos on Thursday.

Amos (ankle) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Giants.

The Commanders opened Amos' 21-day practice window ahead of Wednesday's session. The cornerback was a limited participant in all three practices as he works back from his ankle injury. There is a chance the 24-year-old could return to the active roster for the Week 5 matchup with the Giants, but it would not be surprising if the team held off on returning Amos to the active roster until at least Week 6.
