Ben Bartch OT | DET
49ers' Ben Bartch: Activated from IR
The 49ers activated Bartch (ankle) from injured reserve Saturday.
Bartch had been on injured reserve since Week 3 with an ankle injury. Now activated, the 27-year-old is questionable for Sunday's game against the Rams. If he is able to suit up, he will resume his spot at left guard in place of Spencer Burford.

Ta'Quon Graham DT | PHI
Ta'Quon Graham: Signs with Philly
The Eagles signed Graham to the practice squad Saturday.
Graham appeared in two games for the Falcons earlier this season but was cut by Atlanta earlier this week. A fifth-round pick in 2021, Graham has made 51 career regular-season appearances across five seasons, logging 88 tackles (38 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble. He'll provide organizational depth for Philly.

Daniel Thomas SAF | CLE
Lions' Daniel Thomas: Activated from IR
The Lions activated Thomas (forearm) from injured reserve Saturday.
Thomas remains questionable for Sunday's game against the Commanders, but this move would suggest he's on track to play for the first time since going down with the forearm injury in Week 3. Thomas logged just nine defensive snaps across the first three games of the season but is a fixture on special teams for Detroit.

Jarran Reed DT | SEA
Seahawks' Jarran Reed: Placed on injured reserve
Reed (thumb/wrist) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, Ari Horton of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Reed managed to be a full participant in all three practice sessions this week and was not listed on Friday's injury report, so his move to injured reserve means he likely suffered a major setback in his recovery process. The 32-year-old defensive tackle will be required to miss at least the next four games, with Week 14 against the Falcons constituting his earliest return date. In Reed's absence Mike Morris will likely get more time at defensive end.

Will Howard QB | PIT
Steelers' Will Howard: Remaining on injured reserve
The Steelers did not activate Howard (hand) from injured reserve, and he has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Chargers, per the NFL's transaction report.
Howard continues to recover from a fractured right hand that he sustained during training camp in early August. His 21-day practice window opened Oct. 22, and if he's not activated from IR before the end of that time frame, he would be forced to miss the rest of the 2025 season. Howard's next opportunity to be activated from IR is ahead of the Steelers' Week 11 clash against the Bengals on Sunday, Nov. 16.

Ricky White III WR | SEA
Seahawks' Ricky White: Elevated for Week 10
White was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Ari Horton of the Seahawks' official site reports.
White has now been elevated for a second consecutive week, meaning he has one more elevation before he will need to be signed to the active roster to suit up. The rookie seventh-round pick will have a better shot to contribute to the offense and special teams units behind wide receivers Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Rashid Shaheed, and Cody White if Cooper Kupp (hamstring) and Tory Horton (groin/shin) are unable to go.

Cody White WR | LV
Seahawks' Cody White: Elevated for Week 10
White was elevated from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Ari Horton of the Seahawks' official site reports.
White has now been elevated for a second consecutive week, meaning he has one more elevation before he will need to be signed to the active roster to suit up. The wide receiver caught one of two targets for a 60-yard touchdown in this past Sunday's win over the Commanders, and he will once again be used to fill some holes caused by injuries in the Seahawks' corps. With Cooper Kupp (hamstring) questionable, Tory Horton (groin/shin) doubtful, Jake Bobo (calf) out and Dareke Young (quadriceps) on injured reserve, White will likely have to be a meaningful contributor for the Seahawks offense alongside Jaxon Smith-Njigba and new trade acquisition Rashid Shaheed.

Darius Muasau LB | NE
Giants' Darius Muasau: Goes on injured reserve
The Giants placed Muasau (ankle) on injured reserve Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Muasau was already ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears due to an ankle injury he sustained against the 49ers in Week 9. His placement on IR means he'll be required to miss at least the next four games, which makes Week 15 against the Commanders on Sunday, Dec. 14 the earliest he can return. Demetrius Flannigan-Fowles is in line to start at inside linebacker alongside Bobby Okereke due to Muasau and Micah McFadden (foot) both being on IR.
-
Anthony Gould WR | IND
Colts' Anthony Gould: Downgraded to out for Week 10
Gould (knee) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game against the Falcons.
Gould failed to practice this week ahead of Sunday morning's game against Atlanta in Germany. With Gould out, Josh Downs and Ashton Dulin will handle third and fourth wideout duties behind Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce.

Mykel Williams DE | SF
49ers' Mykel Williams: Sent to injured reserve
The 49ers placed Williams (knee) on injured reserve Saturday.
Williams suffered a torn ACL in last Sunday's win over the Giants and will miss the remainder of the season. He joins a laundry list of 49ers on the team's injured-reserve list. The 11th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, Williams wraps up his rookie season with 20 tackles (11 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one fumble recovery across nine appearances, all starts. San Francisco will lean on Bryce Huff, Keion White (groin), Sam Okuayinonu, Robert Beal and Clelin Ferrell at defensive end moving forward.
