Williams appeared in 17 regular-season games for the Bengals in 2024, though he mostly played on special teams and did not record a carry or target.

Patterson will be elevated to the Chargers' active roster for a third consecutive week, and he is expected to serve as the primary backup to Kimani Vidal on Sunday. Patterson has turned 20 carries into 74 yards in two regular-season games, though Vidal will be the top pass-catching back, as the former has not recorded a target this season.

Jurgens (knee) has been ruled out for Philadelphia's matchup against the Packers on Monday.
Jurgens will miss a second consecutive game as he continues to deal with the knee injury he suffered in the Week 7 win over the Vikings. He will look to make his return next week versus the Lions, while Brett Toth will make another start at center in his absence in Week 10.

Chargers' Da'Shawn Hand: Activated from IR
The Chargers activated Hand (groin) from injured reserve Saturday, but he is still listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Steelers.
Hand opened the week with back-to-back limited practices before logging a full session Friday. He hasn't been officially cleared to return from a four-game absence Sunday, but his activation from IR indicates that he will play against Pittsburgh. Hand's return would result in less snaps at defensive end to go around for Justin Eboigbe and Scott Matlock.

Saints' Barry Wesley: Ruled out vs. Panthers
Wesley (hip) has been ruled out for New Orleans' matchup versus the Panthers on Sunday.
Wesley will remain on injured reserve despite having been a full participant in practice throughout the week. The 26-year-old has been on injured reserve since August, and the team will have until Nov. 26 to officially activate him.

Tanner Conner: Back with Miami on practice squad
The Dolphins signed Conner to the practice squad Saturday.
Conner was waived by the Dolphins on Thursday, but he has opted to stay in Miami as a member of the team's practice squad. He logged nine catches (on 15 targets) for 91 yards through the Dolphins' first nine games of the regular season, and he would be be a candidate for elevation to the active roster should Miami require additional depth at tight end.

Dolphins' Hayden Rucci: Signed to Fins' active roster
The Dolphins signed Rucci from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Rucci was elevated from the practice squad in Weeks 8 and 9, and he will now be a part of the Dolphins' 53-man roster moving forward. With Julian Hill (ankle) listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Bills and Darren Waller (pectoral) on injured reserve, Rucci could serve as the Dolphins' TE2 in Week 10 behind Greg Dulcich.

Jaguars' Tim Jones: Elevated to Jags' active roster
The Jaguars elevated Jones from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Jones will give the Jaguars additional depth at wide receiver in the absence of Brian Thomas (ankle). Jones was elevated for the Jaguars' Week 9 overtime win over the Raiders, when he played 15 snaps each on offense and special teams and caught one pass for 15 yards on as many targets.

Patriots' D'Ernest Johnson: Elevated for Week 10
The Patriots elevated Johnson from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday.
Johnson has been elevated to the Patriots' active roster for a second consecutive week. He will serve as the RB3 behind TreVeyon Henderson and Terrell Jennings and will also serve as a returner on kickoffs in Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, per Evan Lazar of the Patriots' official site. Johnson played five snaps on special teams without showing up in the box score otherwise during the Patriots' Week 9 win over the Falcons.
