Raiders' Jackson Powers-Johnson: Suffers ankle inury
Powers-Johnson is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Broncos after suffering an ankle injury, Ryan McFadden of ESPN.com reports.
Powers-Johnson rolled his left ankle in the middle of a block. He was briefly examined in the medical tent but was then carted to the locker room. While Powers-Johnson is officially questionable to return, it would be a surprise to see him back in the contest.

KeAndre Lambert-Smith WR | LAC
Chargers' KeAndre Lambert-Smith: Managing hamstring issue
Lambert-Smith was limited in practice Thursday due to a hamstring injury.
Lambert-Smith wasn't on the injury report Wednesday, but he's now being listed as dealing with a hamstring issue. The rookie's practice participation level Friday should determine whether he enters the weekend with an injury designation. Lambert-Smith has just one catch on four targets through six games this season, but he's worked as one of the Chargers' top kick returners.

Keion White DE | SF
49ers' Keion White: Appears on injury report
White was a limited participant in practice Thursday due to a groin injury, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
The defensive end was not listed on Wednesday's injury report, so the groin issue appears to be new. White's participation in practice, even in a limited capacity, might be a sign that he can still play Sunday against the Rams. The former Patriot played on 33 defensive snaps in Week 9, his first game since being traded to the 49ers.

Scott Miller WR | CHI
Steelers' Scotty Miller: Participates in individual drills
Miller (finger) did not participate at practice Thursday, but he did go through individual drills.
Miller has yet to return to practice as he continues to work his way back from a broken finger, but his ability to work off to the side on his own is a step in the right direction. The wide receiver will have one more chance to practice before Sunday night's matchup with the Chargers.

Cordale Flott CB | TEN
Giants' Cor'Dale Flott: No longer dealing with concussion
Flott has cleared the NFL's concussion protocol, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Flott suffered a concussion in Week 8 versus Philadelphia and didn't play this past Sunday versus San Francisco. However, he logged a full practice Thursday following Wednesday's limited session and is now officially through concussion protocol. Flott should thus be able to return to action Sunday against Chicago.

Kalia Davis DT | CLE
49ers' Kalia Davis: Has ankle injury
Davis (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Thursday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
The defensive tackle popped up on the injury report Thursday. Davis has played on about half of the defensive snaps in most of the 49ers' games this season. Kevin Givens, Jordan Elliott and CJ West could all see more time if Davis were to miss Sunday's matchup with the Rams.
-
Jack Stoll TE | CLE
Saints' Jack Stoll: Logs another limited practice
Stoll (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Thursday.
Stoll has now recorded consecutive limited practices after leaving Sunday's game against the Rams due to a high-ankle sprain. Coach Kellen Moore said Monday that Stoll is unlikely to play this week, per Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com, so it's somewhat surprising that the tight end has been able to practice (even in a limited capacity) two days in a row. When the Saints release their final injury report of the week Friday, it will become clear whether Stoll has a chance to suit up against Carolina on Sunday.
-
Alfred Collins DT | SF
49ers' Alfred Collins: Lands on injury report
Collins (hip) did not participate in Thursday's practice, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
The defensive tackle was not listed on Wednesday's injury report. Collins has played in more than half the defensive snaps in each of San Francisco's last five games. Kevin Givens, Jordan Elliott and CJ West are the 49ers' reserve defensive tackles.
-
Braxton Berrios WR | NYG
Texans' Braxton Berrios: Able to practice in full Thursday
Berrios (chest) was a full practice participant Thursday.
Berrios has been dealing with a chest injury since last week and logged a limited practice this Wednesday. However, he was able to return to a full session Thursday, suggesting that he'll be fine for Sunday's clash against Jacksonville. Berrios has worked as both a depth receiver and a kick/punt returner during the three games during which he has been active this season.

Bryce Huff DE | SF
49ers' Bryce Huff: Limited again
Huff (hamstring) was a limited participant in practice for the second day in a row Thursday, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
The pass rusher has missed the last two two games due to a hamstring strain, so even his limited participation in practice can be considered a step in the right direction. With Mykel Williams (ACL), Yetur Gross-Matos (knee), Nick Bosa (knee - ACL) and Tarron Jackson (undisclosed) all on injured reserve, the 49ers could really use Huff on Sunday against the Rams.
