Blackwell was diagnosed with a concussion and ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Bengals.

Blackwell will enter the league's five-step concussion protocol, and he would have to be cleared by an independent neurologist in order to be available for the Bears' Week 10 clash against the Giants on Sunday, Nov. 9. He returned one kickoff for 23 yards prior to his exit.

Mahogany (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Mahogany suffered the injury midway through the fourth quarter, and the injury was severe enough for him to be carted off the field to the locker room. Kayode Awosika has taken over at right guard following Mahogany's exit.

Gonzalez (head) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Falcons, Mike Reiss of ESPN.com reports.

The cornerback had seven tackles (six solo) and two pass breakups at the time of his exit. Alex Austin and Charles Woods are the available backup corners for New England.

Golden (shoulder) has been ruled out of Sunday's game versus the Panthers.

Golden went to the locker room in the third quarter due to a shoulder injury and wasn't able to return, ending Week 9 action with two catches (on three targets) for nine yards. With Dontayvion Wicks (calf) inactive and TE Tucker Kraft (knee) also not returning Sunday, the Packers' receiving corps has been whittled down to Romeo Doubs, Christian Watson, Malik Heath and Savion Williams.

Kraft (knee) won't return to Sunday's game against the Panthers.

Kraft injured his right knee when he was rolled up on while blocking during a 15-yard run from Josh Jacobs in the third quarter. Kraft will finish Week 9 action with two catches (on three targets) for 20 yards. The severity of the issue isn't known, but John FitzPatrick and Luke Musgrave figure to take on larger roles if Kraft is forced to miss any time.

Seumalo has a pectoral injury and is out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Colts, Ray Fittipaldo of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.

The starting left guard exited Pittsburgh's Week 8 loss to Green Bay with a pec issue and didn't practice until Friday this past week. Spencer Anderson is his backup.

Gray (hamstring) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Texans, Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post reports.

Gray may have sustained the injury on special teams, which is severe enough for him to not return to Sunday's game. The injury could impact his availability for the Broncos' Week 10 contest against the Raiders on Thursday.

Arnold is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 9 tilt against Minnesota due to a back injury, Kimberley A. Martin of ESPN reports.

Arnold notched his first career pickoff late in the second quarter, but he exited during the second half with a back issue. Rock Ya-Sin has entered the game at cornerback in Arnold's stead.

Decker (knee) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Decker was able to leave the field under his own power, and his knee is being evaluated by medical staff in the locker room to determine whether he can return to Sunday's contest. Dan Skipper has entered the game at left tackle following Decker's exit.

Elliss (hip) won't return to Sunday's matchup versus Atlanta, Taylor Kyles of CLNSMedia.com reports.

Elliss was hurt late in the second quarter and was ruled out during the third period. Prior to getting hurt, he tallied five tackles, three of which came on special teams. Jahlani Tavai and Jack Gibbens are in line for increased defensive snaps in Elliss' absence.
