White (coach's decision) is inactive but will serve as Carolina's emergency third quarterback against Green Bay on Sunday, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.

Starter Bryce Young (ankle) and backup Andy Dalton (thumb) have both been cleared to play Sunday, so White will operate as the emergency third QB. That means White will be permitted to play only if both Young and Dalton are removed from the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Sigle (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Giants, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.

The safety started the first seven games of the season and played on every defensive snap from Week 1 to Week 5, but he saw his playing time drop from 62 percent of the defensive snaps to 31 percent to zero over the last three weeks, following the return of Malik Mustapha (knee) from injured reserve. Jason Pinnock is serving as San Francisco's third safety behind Mustapha and Ji'Ayir Brown.

Maddox (hamstring) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Maddox has missed the Lions' last two games prior to the Week 8 bye, and his return is invaluable for a Lions defense that is thin at defensive back with injuries to key players such as Kerby Joseph, Erick Hallett, Daniel Thomas and D.J. Reed. The backup slot corner will likely have utility both defensively and on special teams for Sunday's divisional showdown with the Vikings.

Burton (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.

The 2024 third-rounder has been a healthy scratch for the first nine games of the regular season. Burton's next opportunity to play is Week 11 against the Steelers on Sunday, Nov. 16, but he's unlikely to play unless the Bengals need depth at wide receiver or a returner on kickoffs.

Okuayinonu (ankle) is active for Sunday's matchup with the Giants, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.

The defensive end suffered the ankle injury in Week 8 against the Texans and missed Wednesday's practice, but he was able to return for Thursday's session. On Sunday against the G-men, Okuayinonu should continue to fill in for Nick Bosa, who is out for the season with a torn ACL. Okuayinonu has 22 tackles (10 solo), including 1.0 sacks, and a forced fumble on the year.

Clifford (coach's decision) will be the Bengals' inactive third quarterback against the Bears on Sunday.

Joe Flacco (right shoulder) was cleared to play Sunday, so Clifford will serve as the Bengals' emergency third quarterback while Jake Browning operates as the backup. As the emergency QB3, Clifford is restricted from playing unless both Flacco and Browning are removed from the game due to injury, illness or ejection.

Decker (shoulder) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Decker logged a limited practice on Wednesday as well as a full practice Thursday in preparation for Sunday's game. The starting left tackle has been dealing with a shoulder injury most of the season, but is finally clear of any injury status. With Decker back in the starting slot, Dan Skipper will return to operating in a reserve capacity.

Winters (knee) is active for Sunday's contest against the Giants, Briana Jeannel of the 49ers' official site reports.

The starting linebacker suffered the injury in Week 8 against the Texans and logged a couple of limited practices ahead of Sunday's matchup. Now that he's suiting up, Winters can be expected to resume his normal role, as he's played on most of the defensive snaps for San Francisco this season. The third-year pro already has a career-high 54 tackles (40 solo) on the year.

Wilson (calf) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bears.

Wilson's absence comes as little surprise after he was unable to practice this week due to the calf injury before being listed as doubtful heading into Sunday. Before succumbing to the injury, the veteran linebacker had seen his playing time get scaled back in each of the past three weeks while the Bengals opened up more snaps for rookies Demetrius Knight and Barrett Carter. As a result of the drop in playing time, Wilson put in a request for a trade, and Dianna Russini of The Athletic relays that the Bengals have received inquiries from several teams regarding the 29-year-old's availability ahead of Tuesday's trade deadline.

McLaughlin (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Texans.

McLaughlin will be a healthy scratch for the eighth time in nine games as the Broncos go with three active running backs in J.K. Dobbins, RJ Harvey and Tyler Badie. McLaughlin's next opportunity to see the field is Thursday against the Raiders.
